Ephesians 6
1 Ye children, be obedient unto your parents [in the Lord], for this is right:
Hesusah loong, arah sen Kristaan loong mootkaatjih, sen ih sen nuwah loong jeng chaatchaat etheng, tiimnge liidoh punre eli aju arah.
2 Honour thy father and thy mother, —which indeed is the first commandment with promise,
“Sennuh senwah ah soomtu etheng” ah jaakhothoon jengdang erah ah kakham ni wakjeela:
3 That it may come to be, well with thee, and thou shalt be long-lived upon the land.
“Tiimnge liidoh jirep ah sen damdam ese toom angha, eno arah hah adoh sen loong ah roidong eloh toom ih tong an.”
4 And ye fathers, be not provoking your children to anger, but be nourishing them up in the discipline and admonition of the Lord.
Henuh hewah loong, sensuh sensah loong ah ekhat etheng nak liilaang an. Erah nang ebah, Kristaan dang ajang nyia reeraang lam ih renbaat anno hakpan theng.
5 Ye servants, be obedient unto them who, after the flesh, are your masters, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto the Christ;
Dah sen loong ah, sen changte wah ra mootcho damdoh hejeng chaatchaat ih re an; senten senmong ah koh anno Kristo mootkaat moh an rah likhiik ih moh an.
6 Not by way of eye-service as man-pleasers, but as servants of Christ, doing the will of God, from the soul,
Neng ih toomse chohe ngeh ih, neng miktup doh luulu nakre theng; erah nang ebah Kristo dah mamah angtheng ah erah sen ten ni Rangte ih tiimre theng liiha jun ih reetheng.
7 with good will, rendering service—as unto the Lord, and not unto men;
Sen mootkaat pakna ah tenroon woksoon ih mokah an, mina raangtaan lah angthang ih Teesu mootkaat ngeh ih thun an.
8 Knowing that, each one, whatsoever he may do that is good, the same, shall he receive back from the Lord, whether bond or free.
Sen loong ah ih erah samthun an, dah angkojio adoleh mama pongwan ih tongte angkojio, mootse kaatse kali ah thaang Teesu ih jaasiit hethaang kot ehe.
9 And ye masters, the same things, be doing towards them, forbearing your threat—knowing that, both their and your Master, is in the heavens, and, respect of persons, there is none, with him.
Changteewah loong, sen dah loong damdoh sen uh emamah ang theng, neng loong ah nak choophaan an. Sen ih erah samthun an, dah nyia heh changte loong changteewah ah rangmong ni tongla, heh ih wareprep ah phoosiitsiit ih dande ah.
10 For the rest, be empowering yourselves in the Lord, and in the grasp of his might:
Hethoon doh, Teesu damdoh roop an nyia hechaan hephaan nah rongtangtang ang an.
11 Put on the complete armour of God, with a view to your having power to stand against the strategies of the adversary;
Sen loong ah Hakhoh Luuwang ethih phoong abe dowa jen pui suh, Rangte ih kotahan lang apah ah kap an.
12 Because our struggle is not against blood and flesh, but, against the principalities, against the authorities, against the world-holders, of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenlies. (aiōn g165)

13 For this cause, take up the complete armour of God, in order that ye may receive power to withstand in the evil day, and, all things, having accomplished, to stand!
Erah raangtaan ih Rangte ih koh halan lang apah ah amah dowa ih kap an. Eno juuba, ethih rangwu thok ha doh piiara ih thoklong han bah uh jen mui e an; raamui thoon lidoh nep sen rongtangtang jen chap an.
14 Stand therefore, —having girded your loins with truth, and put on the breastplate of righteousness,
Erah raangtaan ih amiisak tiit ah, sen room ni roomkhe kheeha ah likhiik nyia kateng tiit ah laakkhoi likhiik ih toom ang ah,
15 And shod your feet with the readiness of the glad-message of peace;
eno Ruurang Ese baattaan han ah sen lah ni lasong songhan arah likhiik ih toom ang ah.
16 With all, having taken up the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall have power, all the ignited darts of the wicked one, to quench;
Sen laalom ah laakkhoi likhiik; tiimnge liidoh Ethih warah ih we ih khaam ah likhiik wot ih haap handoh toom jen metmot an.
17 And, the helmet of salvation, welcome ye, and the sword of the spirit, which is what God hath spoken,
Eno khopi roidong ah khopok likhiik ih kap an, nyia Rangte jengkhaap ah Chiiala ih koh halan lang ah likhiik toom ang ah.
18 With all prayer and supplication, praying in every season, in spirit, and, thereunto, watching, with all perseverance and supplication, for all the saints, —
Arah loong ah sen rangsoom nah Rangte jiin nawa suh an. Chiiala ih sen lam mamah siit han jirep raangtaan ih suh an. Arah tiit ah sen thung nah thunroh ih anno Rangte mina loong ah raangtaan rangsoom nah tong an.
19 And on behalf of me; —that, unto me, may be given discourse in the opening of my mouth, with freedom of utterance, to make known the sacred secret [of the glad-message]
Eno, husah ni jatthuk halang tiitkhaap ah baat chung adoh lacho laphaan ih baattaan suh Rangte ih kot toom ehang suh rangsoom kohe.
20 In behalf of which I am conducting an embassy in chains, that, therein, I may use freedom of utterance as it is needful for me to speak.
Phaatak ni laang asak hang bah uh Ruurang ese raangtaan ih ngah roop chaplang. Ruurang ese ah mamah baat theng ah, erah lacho laphaan ih baat suh rangsoom kohe.
21 In order, however, that, ye also, may know the things which relate to me—what I am accomplishing, —all things, shall Tychicus make known unto you, [he] the beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord,
Seng phono Taikikas, marah Teesu laksuh mootkaat ni laalomlom ih mootkaatte, warah ih nga tiit ah heh ih toombaat han, eno ngah mamah anglang erah jat an.
22 Whom I have sent unto you for this very purpose, that ye may get to know the things concerning us, and he may encourage your hearts.
Erah thoidi, heh sen reeni kaat thuk halang—seng mamah tongli erah heh ih chobaat han adoleh sen suh chaankot jengkhaap ah jeng kohan.
23 Peace unto the brethren, and love with faith, —from God our Father, and Lord Jesus Christ.
Seng loong Wah Rangte nyia seng Teesu Jisu Kristo ih semroongroong nyia laalomlom ih tong suh Kristaan minchan toom kohan.
24 Favour be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ with incorruptness.
O mina ih seng Teesu Jisu Kristo ah minchan ruh eha loong damdoh Rangte minchan toomje ah.
