Aionian Verses
他的兒女都起來安慰他，他卻不肯受安慰，說：「我必悲哀着下陰間，到我兒子那裏。」約瑟的父親就為他哀哭。 (Sheol h7585)
And all his children being gathered together to comfort their father in his sorrow, he would not receive comfort, but said: I will go down to my son into hell, mourning. And whilst he continued weeping, (Sheol h7585)
雅各說：「我的兒子不可與你們一同下去；他哥哥死了，只剩下他，他若在你們所行的路上遭害，那便是你們使我白髮蒼蒼、悲悲慘慘地下陰間去了。」 (Sheol h7585)
But he said: My son shall not go down with you: his brother is dead, and he is left alone: if any mischief befall him in the land to which you go, you will bring down my gray hairs with sorrow to hell. (Sheol h7585)
現在你們又要把這個帶去離開我，倘若他遭害，那便是你們使我白髮蒼蒼、悲悲慘慘地下陰間去了。』 (Sheol h7585)
If you take this also, and any thing befall him in the way you will bring down my gray hairs with sorrow unto hell. (Sheol h7585)
我們的父親見沒有童子，他就必死。這便是我們使你僕人－我們的父親白髮蒼蒼、悲悲慘慘地下陰間去了。 (Sheol h7585)
And he shall see that he is not with us, he will die, and thy servants shall bring down his gray hairs with sorrow unto hell. (Sheol h7585)
倘若耶和華創作一件新事，使地開口，把他們和一切屬他們的都吞下去，叫他們活活地墜落陰間，你們就明白這些人是藐視耶和華了。」 (Sheol h7585)
But if the Lord do a new thing, and the earth opening her mouth swallow them down, and all things that belong to them, and they go down alive into hell, you shall know that they have blasphemed the Lord. (Sheol h7585)
這樣，他們和一切屬他們的，都活活地墜落陰間；地口在他們上頭照舊合閉，他們就從會中滅亡。 (Sheol h7585)
And they went down alive into hell the ground closing upon them, and they perished from among the people. (Sheol h7585)
因為在我怒中有火燒起， 直燒到極深的陰間， 把地和地的出產盡都焚燒， 山的根基也燒着了。 (Sheol h7585)
A fire is kindled in my wrath, and shall burn even to the lowest hell: and shall devour the earth with her increase, and shall burn the foundations of the mountains. (Sheol h7585)
耶和華使人死，也使人活， 使人下陰間，也使人往上升。 (Sheol h7585)
The Lord killeth and maketh alive, he bringeth down to hell and bringeth back again. (Sheol h7585)
陰間的繩索纏繞我， 死亡的網羅臨到我。 (Sheol h7585)
The cords of hell compassed me: the snares of death prevented me. (Sheol h7585)
所以你要照你的智慧行，不容他白頭安然下陰間。 (Sheol h7585)
Do therefore according to thy wisdom, and let not his hoary head go down to hell in peace. (Sheol h7585)
現在你不要以他為無罪。你是聰明人，必知道怎樣待他，使他白頭見殺，流血下到陰間。」 (Sheol h7585)
Do not thou hold him guiltless. But thou art a wise man, and knowest what to do with him, and thou shalt bring down his grey hairs with blood to hell. (Sheol h7585)
雲彩消散而過； 照樣，人下陰間也不再上來。 (Sheol h7585)
As a cloud is consumed, and passeth away: so he that shall go down to hell shall not come up. (Sheol h7585)
他的智慧高於天，你還能做甚麼？ 深於陰間，你還能知道甚麼？ (Sheol h7585)
He is higher than heaven, and what wilt thou do? he is deeper than hell, and how wilt thou know? (Sheol h7585)
惟願你把我藏在陰間， 存於隱密處，等你的忿怒過去； 願你為我定了日期，記念我。 (Sheol h7585)
Who will grant me this, that thou mayst protect me in hell, and hide me till thy wrath pass, and appoint me a. time when thou wilt remember me? (Sheol h7585)
我若盼望陰間為我的房屋， 若下榻在黑暗中， (Sheol h7585)
If I wait hell is my house, and I have made my bed in darkness. (Sheol h7585)
等到安息在塵土中， 這指望必下到陰間的門閂那裏了。 (Sheol h7585)
All that I have shall go down into the deepest pit: thinkest thou that there at least I shall have rest? (Sheol h7585)
他們度日諸事亨通， 轉眼下入陰間。 (Sheol h7585)
They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment they go down to hell. (Sheol h7585)
乾旱炎熱消沒雪水； 陰間也如此消沒犯罪之輩。 (Sheol h7585)
Let him pass from the snow waters to excessive heat, and his sin even to hell. (Sheol h7585)
在上帝面前，陰間顯露； 滅亡也不得遮掩。 (Sheol h7585)
Hell is naked before him, and there is no covering for destruction. (Sheol h7585)
因為，在死地無人記念你， 在陰間有誰稱謝你？ (Sheol h7585)
For there is no one in death, that is mindful of thee: and who shall confess to thee in hell? (Sheol h7585)
惡人，就是忘記上帝的外邦人， 都必歸到陰間。 (Sheol h7585)
The wicked shall be turned into hell, all the nations that forget God. (Sheol h7585)
因為你必不將我的靈魂撇在陰間， 也不叫你的聖者見朽壞。 (Sheol h7585)
Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; nor wilt then give thy holy one to see corruption. (Sheol h7585)
陰間的繩索纏繞我， 死亡的網羅臨到我。 (Sheol h7585)
The sorrows of hell encompassed me: and the snares of death prevented me. (Sheol h7585)
耶和華啊，你曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來， 使我存活，不至於下坑。 (Sheol h7585)
Thou hast brought forth, O Lord, my soul from hell: thou hast saved me from them that go down into the pit. (Sheol h7585)
耶和華啊，求你叫我不致羞愧， 因為我曾呼籲你； 求你使惡人羞愧， 使他們在陰間緘默無聲。 (Sheol h7585)
Let me not be confounded, O Lord, for I have called upon thee. Let the wicked be ashamed, and be brought down to hell. (Sheol h7585)
他們如同羊群派定下陰間； 死亡必作他們的牧者。 到了早晨，正直人必管轄他們； 他們的美容必被陰間所滅，以致無處可存。 (Sheol h7585)
They are laid in hell like sheep: death shall feed upon them. And the just shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their help shall decay in hell from their glory. (Sheol h7585)
只是上帝必救贖我的靈魂脫離陰間的權柄， 因他必收納我。 (細拉) (Sheol h7585)
But God will redeem my soul from the hand of hell, when he shall receive me. (Sheol h7585)
願死亡忽然臨到他們！ 願他們活活地下入陰間！ 因為他們的住處，他們的心中，都是邪惡。 (Sheol h7585)
Let death come upon them, and let them go down alive into hell. For there is wickedness in their dwellings: in the midst of them. (Sheol h7585)
因為，你向我發的慈愛是大的； 你救了我的靈魂免入極深的陰間。 (Sheol h7585)
For thy mercy is great towards me: and thou hast delivered my soul out of the lower hell. (Sheol h7585)
因為我心裏滿了患難； 我的性命臨近陰間。 (Sheol h7585)
For my soul is filled with evils: and my life hath drawn nigh to hell. (Sheol h7585)
誰能常活免死、 救他的靈魂脫離陰間的權柄呢？ (細拉) (Sheol h7585)
Who is the man that shall live, and not see death: that shall deliver his soul from the hand of hell? (Sheol h7585)
死亡的繩索纏繞我； 陰間的痛苦抓住我； 我遭遇患難愁苦。 (Sheol h7585)
The sorrows of death have encompassed me: and the perils of hell have found me. I met with trouble and sorrow: (Sheol h7585)
我若升到天上，你在那裏； 我若在陰間下榻，你也在那裏。 (Sheol h7585)
If I ascend into heaven, thou art there: if I descend into hell, thou art present. (Sheol h7585)
我們的骨頭散在墓旁， 好像人耕田、刨地的土塊。 (Sheol h7585)
As when the thickness of the earth is broken up upon the ground: Our bones are scattered by the side of hell. (Sheol h7585)
我們好像陰間，把他們活活吞下； 他們如同下坑的人， 被我們囫圇吞了； (Sheol h7585)
Let us swallow him up alive like hell, and whole as one that goeth down into the pit. (Sheol h7585)
她的腳下入死地； 她腳步踏住陰間， (Sheol h7585)
Her feet go down into death, and her steps go in as far as hell. (Sheol h7585)
她的家是在陰間之路， 下到死亡之宮。 (Sheol h7585)
Her house is the way to hell, reaching even to the inner chambers of death. (Sheol h7585)
人卻不知有陰魂在她那裏； 她的客在陰間的深處。 (Sheol h7585)
And he did not know that giants are there, and that her guests are in the depths of hell. (Sheol h7585)
陰間和滅亡尚在耶和華眼前， 何況世人的心呢？ (Sheol h7585)
Hell and destruction are before the Lord: how much more the hearts of the children of men? (Sheol h7585)
智慧人從生命的道上升， 使他遠離在下的陰間。 (Sheol h7585)
The path of life is above for the wise, that he may decline from the lowest hell. (Sheol h7585)
你要用杖打他， 就可以救他的靈魂免下陰間。 (Sheol h7585)
Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and deliver his soul from hell. (Sheol h7585)
陰間和滅亡永不滿足； 人的眼目也是如此。 (Sheol h7585)
Hell and destruction are never filled: so the eyes of men are never satisfied. (Sheol h7585)
就是陰間和石胎， 浸水不足的地，並火。 (Sheol h7585)
Hell, and the mouth of the womb, and the earth which is not satisfied with water: and the fire never saith: It is enough. (Sheol h7585)
凡你手所當做的事要盡力去做；因為在你所必去的陰間沒有工作，沒有謀算，沒有知識，也沒有智慧。 (Sheol h7585)
Whatsoever thy hand is able to do, do it earnestly: for neither work, nor reason, nor wisdom, nor knowledge shall be in hell, whither thou art hastening. (Sheol h7585)
求你將我放在你心上如印記， 帶在你臂上如戳記。 因為愛情如死之堅強， 嫉恨如陰間之殘忍； 所發的電光是火焰的電光， 是耶和華的烈焰。 (Sheol h7585)
Put me as a seal upon thy heart, as a seal upon thy arm, for love is strong as death, jealousy as hard as hell, the lamps thereof are fire and flames. (Sheol h7585)
故此，陰間擴張其欲， 開了無限量的口； 他們的榮耀、群眾、繁華， 並快樂的人都落在其中。 (Sheol h7585)
Therefore hath hell enlarged her soul, and opened her mouth without any bounds, and their strong ones, and their people, and their high and glorious ones shall go down into it. (Sheol h7585)
「你向耶和華－你的上帝求一個兆頭：或求顯在深處，或求顯在高處。」 (Sheol h7585)
Ask thee a sign of the Lord thy God either unto the depth of hell, or unto the height above. (Sheol h7585)
你下到陰間， 陰間就因你震動來迎接你， 又因你驚動在世曾為首領的陰魂， 並使那曾為列國君王的， 都離位站起。 (Sheol h7585)
Hell below was in an uproar to meet thee at thy coming, it stirred up the giants for thee. All the princes of the earth are risen up from their thrones, all the princes of nations. (Sheol h7585)
你的威勢和你琴瑟的聲音都下到陰間。 你下鋪的是蟲，上蓋的是蛆。 (Sheol h7585)
Thy pride is brought down to hell, thy carcass is fallen down: under thee shall the moth be strewed, and worms shall be thy covering. (Sheol h7585)
然而，你必墜落陰間， 到坑中極深之處。 (Sheol h7585)
But yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, into the depth of the pit. (Sheol h7585)
你們曾說： 我們與死亡立約， 與陰間結盟； 敵軍如水漲漫經過的時候， 必不臨到我們； 因我們以謊言為避所， 在虛假以下藏身。 (Sheol h7585)
For you have said: We have entered into a league with death, and we have made a covenant with hell. When the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come upon us: for we have placed our hope in lies, and by falsehood we are protected. (Sheol h7585)
你們與死亡所立的約必然廢掉， 與陰間所結的盟必立不住。 敵軍如水漲漫經過的時候， 你們必被他踐踏； (Sheol h7585)
And Sour league with death shall be abolished, and your covenant with hell shall not stand: when the overflowing scourge shall pass, you shall be trodden down by it. (Sheol h7585)
我說：正在我中年之日 必進入陰間的門； 我餘剩的年歲不得享受。 (Sheol h7585)
I said: In the midst of my days I shall go to the gates of hell: I sought for the residue of my years. (Sheol h7585)
原來，陰間不能稱謝你， 死亡不能頌揚你； 下坑的人不能盼望你的誠實。 (Sheol h7585)
For hell shall not confess to thee, neither shall death praise thee: nor shall they that go down into the pit, look for thy truth. (Sheol h7585)
你把油帶到王那裏， 又多加香料， 打發使者往遠方去， 自卑自賤直到陰間， (Sheol h7585)
And thou hast adorned thyself for the king with ointment, and hast multiplied thy perfumes. Thou hast sent thy messengers far off, and wast debased even to hell. (Sheol h7585)
主耶和華如此說：「它下陰間的那日，我便使人悲哀。我為它遮蓋深淵，使江河凝結，大水停流；我也使黎巴嫩為它悽慘，田野的諸樹都因它發昏。 (Sheol h7585)
Thus saith the Lord God: In the day when he went down to hell, I brought in mourning, I covered him with the deep: and I withheld its rivers, and restrained the many waters: Libanus grieved for him, and all the trees of the field trembled. (Sheol h7585)
我將它扔到陰間，與下坑的人一同下去。那時，列國聽見它墜落的響聲就都震動，並且伊甸的一切樹－就是黎巴嫩得水滋潤、最佳最美的樹－都在陰府受了安慰。 (Sheol h7585)
I shook the nations with the sound of his fall, when I brought him down to hell with them that descend into the pit: and all the trees of pleasure, the choice and best in Libanus, all that were moistened with waters, were comforted in the lowest parts of the earth. (Sheol h7585)
它們也與它同下陰間，到被殺的人那裏。它們曾作它的膀臂，在列國中它的蔭下居住。 (Sheol h7585)
For they also shall go down with him to hell to them that are slain by the sword: and the arm of every one shall sit down under his shadow in the midst of the nations. (Sheol h7585)
強盛的勇士要在陰間對埃及王和幫助他的說話；他們是未受割禮被殺的人，已經下去，躺臥不動。 (Sheol h7585)
The most mighty among the strong ones shall speak to him from the midst of hell, they that went down with his helpers, and slept uncircumcised, slain by the sword. (Sheol h7585)

And they shall not sleep with the brave, and with them that fell uncircumcised, that went down to hell with their weapons, and laid their swords under their heads, and their iniquities were in their bones, because they were the terror of the mighty in the land of the living. (Sheol h7585)
我必救贖他們脫離陰間， 救贖他們脫離死亡。 死亡啊，你的災害在哪裏呢？ 陰間哪，你的毀滅在哪裏呢？ 在我眼前絕無後悔之事。 (Sheol h7585)
I will deliver them out of the hand of death. I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy death; O hell, I will be thy bite: comfort is hidden from my eyes. (Sheol h7585)
他們雖然挖透陰間， 我的手必取出他們來； 雖然爬上天去， 我必拿下他們來； (Sheol h7585)
Though they go down even to hell, thence shall my hand bring them out: and though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down. (Sheol h7585)
說： 我遭遇患難求告耶和華， 你就應允我； 從陰間的深處呼求， 你就俯聽我的聲音。 (Sheol h7585)
And he said: I cried out of my affliction to the Lord, and he heard me: I cried out of the belly of hell, and thou hast heard my voice. (Sheol h7585)
迦勒底人因酒詭詐，狂傲， 不住在家中， 擴充心欲，好像陰間。 他如死不能知足， 聚集萬國，堆積萬民都歸自己。 (Sheol h7585)
And as wine deceiveth him that drinketh it: so shall the proud man be, and he shall not be honoured: who hath enlarged his desire like hell: and is himself like death, and he is never satisfied: but will gather together unto him all nations, and heap together unto him all people. (Sheol h7585)
只是我告訴你們，凡向弟兄動怒的，難免受審判；凡罵弟兄是拉加的，難免公會的審判；凡罵弟兄是魔利的，難免地獄的火。 (Geenna g1067)

And he that received the seed among thorns, is he that heareth the word, and the care of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choketh up the word, and he becometh fruitless. (aiōn g165)
撒稗子的仇敵就是魔鬼；收割的時候就是世界的末了；收割的人就是天使。 (aiōn g165)
And the enemy that sowed them, is the devil. But the harvest is the end of the world. And the reapers are the angels. (aiōn g165)
將稗子薅出來用火焚燒，世界的末了也要如此。 (aiōn g165)
Even as cockle therefore is gathered up, and burnt with fire: so shall it be at the end of the world. (aiōn g165)
世界的末了也要這樣。天使要出來，從義人中把惡人分別出來， (aiōn g165)
So shall it be at the end of the world. The angels shall go out, and shall separate the wicked from among the just. (aiōn g165)
我還告訴你，你是彼得，我要把我的教會建造在這磐石上；陰間的權柄不能勝過他。 (Hadēs g86)

And every one that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands for my name’s sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall possess life everlasting. (aiōnios g166)
看見路旁有一棵無花果樹，就走到跟前，在樹上找不着甚麼，不過有葉子，就對樹說：「從今以後，你永不結果子。」那無花果樹就立刻枯乾了。 (aiōn g165)
And seeing a certain fig tree by the way side, he came to it, and found nothing on it but leaves only, and he saith to it: May no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And immediately the fig tree withered away. (aiōn g165)
「你們這假冒為善的文士和法利賽人有禍了！因為你們走遍洋海陸地，勾引一個人入教，既入了教，卻使他作地獄之子，比你們還加倍。 (Geenna g1067)
Woe to you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites; because you go round about the sea and the land to make one proselyte; and when he is made, you make him the child of hell twofold more than yourselves. (Geenna g1067)

Then he shall say to them also that shall be on his left hand: Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels. (aiōnios g166)

And these shall go into everlasting punishment: but the just, into life everlasting. (aiōnios g166)

And if thy hand scandalize thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life, maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into unquenchable fire: (Geenna g1067)

And when he was gone forth into the way, a certain man running up and kneeling before him, asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may receive life everlasting? (aiōnios g166)
