< Rimliqlargha 2 >

1 Emdi ey bashqilarning üstidin höküm qilidighan insan, kim bolushungdin qet’iynezer bahane körsitelmeysen; chünki bashqilar üstidin qaysi ishta höküm qilsang, shu ishta öz gunahingni békitisen. Chünki ey hökümchi, sen özüngmu ulargha oxshash ishlarni qiliwatisen.
Wherefore, inexcusable, thou art, O man, whoever judgest; for, wherein thou judgest some one else, thyself, thou dost condemn, —for, the very things, thou dost practise, who art judging:
2 Bizge melumki, Xudaning undaq ishlarni qilghanlar üstidin höküm chiqirishi [mutleq] heqiqetke asaslan’ghandur.
We know, however, that, the sentence of God, is according to truth against them who, such things as these, do practise.
3 Shunga, i shundaq ishlarni qilghanlar üstidin höküm chiqarghuchi, shundaqla shuninggha oxshash ishlarni qilghuchi insan, özüng Xudaning hökümidin qachalaymen dep xiyal qilamsen?
And reckonest thou this, O man—who dost judge them who such things do practise, and yet art doing the same, that, thou, shalt escape the sentence of God?
4 Yaki Xudaning méhribanliqining séni towa qilish yoligha bashlaydighanliqini héch bilmey, uning méhribanliqi, keng qorsaqliqi we sewr-taqitining molluqigha sel qarawatamsen?
Or, the riches of his kindness, and forbearance, and long-suffering, dost thou despise, —not knowing that, the kindness of God, unto repentance, is leading thee?
5 Eksiche, towa qilmaydighan jahilliqing we tash yüreklikingdin, Xuda adil hökümini ayan qilidighan ghezeplik küni üchün sen öz béshinggha chüshidighan ghezipini toplawatisen.
But, according to thy hardness, and [thine] impenitent heart, art treasuring up for thyself anger, in a day of anger and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, —
6 Xuda herkimge öz emellirige yarisha ish köridu.
Who will render unto each one according to his works: —
7 Yaxshi ishlarni sewrchanliq bilen qilip, shan-sherep, hörmet-éhtiram we baqiyliqni izdigenlerge U menggülük hayat ata qilidu; (aiōnios g166)
Unto them, on the one hand, who, by way of endurance in good work, are seeking, glory, honour and incorruption, life age-abiding, (aiōnios g166)
8 lékin shexsiyetchilerge, heqiqetke ten bermey, eksiche heqqaniyetsizlikke egeshkenlerge ghezep-qehr yaghdurulidu;
Unto them, on the other hand, who are of contention, and are not yielding unto the truth, but are yielding unto unrighteousness, anger and wrath,
9 yamanliq qilidighan barliq jan igisige, aldi bilen Yehudiylargha, andin Gréklerge külpet we derd-elem chüshidu;
tribulation and anguish—against every soul of man who worketh out what is base, both of Jew first and of Greek, —
10 biraq, barliq yaxshiliq qilghuchilargha, aldi bilen Yehudiylargha, andin Gréklerge shan-sherep, hörmet-éhtiram we aman-xatirjemlik teqdim qilinidu.
But glory and honour and peace—unto every one who worketh what is good, both unto Jew first and unto Greek:
11 Chünki Xudada ademning yüz-xatirisini qilish yoqtur.
For there is no respect of persons with God; —
12 — chünki Tewrat qanunini bilmey gunah sadir qilghanlarning herbiri Tewrat qanunining hökümige uchrimisimu, [eyibke uchrap] halak bolidu; Tewrat qanunini bilip turup gunah sadir qilghanlarning herbiri bu qanun boyiche soraqqa tartilidu
For, as many as without law sinned, without law, also shall perish, and, as many as within law sinned, through law, shall be judged;
13 (chünki Xudaning aldida qanunni anglighanlar emes, belki qanun’gha emel qilghuchilar heqqaniy hésablinidu.
For, not the hearers of law, are righteous with God, but, the doers of law, shall be declared righteous;
14 Chünki Tewrat qanunini bilmeydighan ellikler tebiiy halda bu qanun’gha uyghun ishlarni qilsa, gerche bu qanundin xewersiz bolsimu, Tewrat qanuni ularda körün’gen bolidu.
For, whensoever the nations which have not law, by nature, the things of the law, may be doing, the same, not having law, unto themselves, are a law, —
15 Ularning bu qilghanliri öz qelblirige qanun teleplirining pütüklük ikenlikini körsitidu; shuningdek, ularning wijdanlirimu özlirige heqiqetning guwahchisi bolup, oy-pikirliri özini eyibleydu yaki özini aqlaydu)
Who, indeed, shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience therewith bearing witness, and, between one another, their reasonings accusing—or, even excusing, them: —
16 — men yetküzüp kéliwatqan bu xush xewerge asasen Xudaning Eysa Mesih arqiliq insanlarning qelbide pükken mexpiy ishlar üstidin höküm chiqiridighan künide [yuqirida éytilghan ishlar choqum yüz béridu].
In the day on which God judgeth the secrets of men according to my glad-message through Christ Jesus.
17 Senchu, eger özüngni Yehudiy dep atap, Tewrat qanunigha ümid baghlap, Xudagha tewemen dep maxtansang,
If, however, thou, art taking the name of Jew, and resting thyself upon law, and boasting in God,
18 qanundin öginip uning iradisini bilip, ésil bilen pesni perq etken bolsang,
And art taking note of his will, and testing the things that differ—when receiving oral instruction out of the law,
19 Tewrat qanunidin bilim we heqiqetning jewhirige ige boldum dep qarap, özüngni korlargha yol bashlighuchi, qarangghuda qalghanlargha mayak, nadanlargha ögetküchi, gödeklerge ustaz dep ishen’gen bolsang —
Art persuaded, moreover, that, thou thyself, art—a guide of the blind, a light of them that are in darkness,
A trainer of the simple, a teacher of babes, having the forming of knowledge and truth in the law, —
21 emdi sen bashqilargha telim bérisenu, özüngge bermemsen? Oghriliq qilmanglar dep wez éytisenu, özüng oghriliq qilamsen?
Thou, therefore, that art teaching someone else, thyself, art thou not teaching? Thou that proclaimest—Do not steal! Art thou, stealing?
22 «Zina qilmanglar» — dep wez éytiysenu, özüng zina qilamsen? Butlardin nepretlinisenu, özüng butxanilardiki nersilerni bulang-talang qilamsen?
That sayest—Do not commit adultery! Art thou, committing adultery? That abhorrest sacrilege, Art thou, robbing temples?
23 Tewrat qanuni bilen maxtinisenu, özüng shu qanun’gha xilapliq qilip, Xudagha dagh keltüremsen?!
That in law dost boast, Through the transgression of the law, art thou dishonouring God?
24 Xuddi [muqeddes yazmilarda] yézilghinidek: «Silerning qilmishinglar tüpeylidin Xudaning nami taipiler arisida kupurluqqa uchrimaqta».
For the name of God, because of you, is defamed among the nations, —even as it is written.
25 Tewrat qanunigha emel qilsang, xetne qilin’ghiningning ehmiyiti bolidu, lékin uninggha xilapliq qilsang, xetne qilin’ghining xetne qilinmighandek hésablinidu.
For, circumcision, indeed, profiteth—if, law, thou be practising; but, if thou be a transgressor of law, thy circumcision, hath become, uncircumcision
26 Emdi xetnisizler qanunning teleplige emel qilsa, gerche xetnisiz bolsimu, Xuda teripidin xetnilik hésablanmamdu?
If then, the uncircumcision, be guarding the righteous requirement of the law, shall not, his uncircumcision, as circumcision be reckoned?—
27 Tewrat qanun desturidin xewerdar we xetnilik turuqluq qanun’gha xilapliq qilghuchi, i Yehudiy, qanun’gha emel qilidighan jismaniy xetnisizler teripidin séning gunahing üstidin höküm chiqiriliwatmamdu?
And the uncircumcision by nature, completing the law, shall judge, thee, who, notwithstanding letter and circumcision, art a transgressor of law!
28 Chünki sirtqi körünüshi Yehudiy bolsila uni [heqiqiy] Yehudiy dégili bolmaydu, sirtqi jehettiki jismaniy xetninimu [heqiqiy] xetne dégili bolmaydu,
For, not he who is one in appearance, is a Jew, nor is, that which is such in appearance in flesh, circumcision;
29 rohida Yehudiy bolghini [heqiqiy] Yehudiydur; uning xetne qilin’ghini xetne qanun desturi arqiliq emes, belki qelbide, Rohtindur. Bundaq kishining teriplinishi insanlar teripidin emes, belki Xuda teripidin bolidu.
But, he who is one in secret, is a Jew, —and, [that is], circumcision, which is of the heart, in spirit, not in letter, —whose, praise, is not of men, but of God.
