For God closide alle thingis togidere in vnbileue, that he haue mercy on alle.

Ubi sapiens? ubi scriba? ubi conquisitor hujus sæculi? Nonne stultam fecit Deus sapientiam hujus mundi? (aiōn )
For we speken wisdom among perfit men, but not wisdom of this world, nether of princes of this world, that ben distried; (aiōn )
but we speken the wisdom of God in mysterie, `which wisdom is hid; which wisdom God bifor ordeynede bifor worldis in to oure glorie, (aiōn )
which noon of the princes of this world knew; for if thei hadden knowe, thei schulden neuere haue crucified the Lord of glorie.

as it is writun, He delide abrood, he yaf to pore men, his riytwisnesse dwellith withouten ende. (aiōn )
sicut scriptum est: Dispersit, dedit pauperibus: justitia ejus manet in sæculum sæculi. (aiōn )
God and the fadir of oure Lord Jhesu Crist, that is blessid in to worldis, woot that Y lie not. (aiōn )

But to God and oure fadir be glorie in to worldis of worldis. (aiōn )
