Aionian Verses
And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave to my son mourning: Thus his father wept for him. (Sheol )
Собрашася же вси сынове его и дщери и приидоша утешити его: и не хотяше утешитися, глаголя: яко сниду к сыну моему сетуя во ад. И плакася о нем отец его. (Sheol )
And he said, My son shall not go down with you; for his brother is dead, and he is left alone: if mischief shall befall him by the way in which ye go, then will ye bring down my gray hairs with sorrow to the grave. (Sheol )
Он же рече: не пойдет сын мой с вами, яко брат его умре, и той един оста: и случится ему зло на пути, в оньже аще пойдете, и сведете старость мою с печалию во ад. (Sheol )
And if ye take this also from me, and mischief shall befall him, ye will bring down my gray hairs with sorrow to the grave. (Sheol )
аще убо поймете и сего от лица моего, и случится ему зло на пути, и сведете старость мою с печалию во ад. (Sheol )
It shall come to pass, when he seeth that the lad [is] not [with us], that he will die: and thy servants will bring down the gray hairs of thy servant our father, with sorrow to the grave. (Sheol )
и будет егда увидит он не суща отрочища с нами, умрет: и сведут раби твои старость раба твоего, отца же нашего, с печалию во ад: (Sheol )
But if the LORD shall make a new thing, and the earth shall open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that [appertain] to them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD. (Sheol )
но явно покажет Господь, и отверзши земля уста своя пожрет я и домы их, и кущы их и вся, елика суть их, и снидут живи во ад, и уведите, яко разгневаша человецы сии Господа. (Sheol )
They, and all that [appertained] to them went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation. (Sheol )
и снидоша тии, и вся, елика суть их, живи во ад, и покры их земля, и погибоша от среды сонма: (Sheol )
For a fire is kindled in my anger, and shall burn to the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains. (Sheol )
яко огнь возгорится от ярости Моея, разжжется до ада преисподняго, снест землю и жита ея, попалит основания гор: (Sheol )
The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up. (Sheol )
Господь мертвит и живит, низводит во ад и возводит, (Sheol )
The sorrows of hell encompassed me; the snares of death seized me; (Sheol )
болезни смертныя обыдоша мя, предвариша мя жестокости смертныя. (Sheol )
Do therefore according to thy wisdom, and let not his hoary head go down to the grave in peace. (Sheol )
и сотвориши по мудрости твоей, и не сведеши старости его с миром во ад: (Sheol )
Now therefore hold him not guiltless: for thou [art] a wise man, and knowest what thou oughtest to do to him; but his hoary head do thou bring down to the grave with blood. (Sheol )
и да не обезвиниши его, яко муж мудр еси ты, и увеси что сотвориши ему, и сведеши старость его с кровию во ад. (Sheol )
[As] the cloud is consumed and vanisheth away: so he that goeth down to the grave shall come up no [more]. (Sheol )
якоже облак очищен от небесе: аще бо человек снидет во ад, ктому не взыдет, (Sheol )
[It is] as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what canst thou know? (Sheol )
Высоко небо, и что сотвориши? Глубочае же сущих во аде что веси? (Sheol )
O that thou wouldst hide me in the grave, that thou wouldst keep me secret, until thy wrath is past, that thou wouldst appoint me a set time, and remember me! (Sheol )
Убо, о, дабы во аде мя сохранил еси, скрыл же мя бы еси, дондеже престанет гнев Твой, и вчиниши ми время, в неже память сотвориши ми. (Sheol )
If I wait, the grave [is] my house: I have made my bed in the darkness. (Sheol )
Аще бо стерплю, ад ми есть дом, в сумраце же постлася ми постеля. (Sheol )
They shall go down to the bars of the pit, when [our] rest together [is] in the dust. (Sheol )
Или со мною во ад снидут, или вкупе в персть снидем. (Sheol )
They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave. (Sheol )
Скончаша во благих житие свое, в покои же адове успоша. (Sheol )
Drouth and heat consume the snow-waters: [so doth] the grave [those who] have sinned. (Sheol )
рукоятие бо сирых разграбиша. (Sheol )
Hell [is] naked before him, and destruction hath no covering. (Sheol )
Наг ад пред Ним, и несть покрывала Пагубе. (Sheol )
For in death [there is] no remembrance of thee: in the grave who will give thee thanks? (Sheol )
яко несть в смерти поминаяй Тебе, во аде же кто исповестся Тебе? (Sheol )
The wicked shall be turned into hell, [and] all the nations that forget God. (Sheol )
Да возвратятся грешницы во ад, вси языцы забывающии Бога. (Sheol )
For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thy Holy One to see corruption. (Sheol )
Яко не оставиши душу мою во аде, ниже даси преподобному Твоему видети истления. (Sheol )
The sorrows of hell encompassed me: the snares of death seized me. (Sheol )
болезни адовы обыдоша мя, предвариша мя сети смертныя. (Sheol )
O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol )
Господи, возвел еси от ада душу мою, спасл мя еси от низходящих в ров. (Sheol )
Let me not be ashamed, O LORD; for I have called upon thee: let the wicked be ashamed, and let them be silent in the grave. (Sheol )
Господи, да не постыжуся, яко призвах Тя: да постыдятся нечестивии, и снидут во ад. (Sheol )
Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling. (Sheol )
Яко овцы во аде положени суть, смерть упасет я: и обладают ими правии заутра, и помощь их обетшает во аде: от славы своея изриновени быша. (Sheol )
But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. (Selah) (Sheol )
Обаче Бог избавит душу мою из руки адовы, егда приемлет мя. (Sheol )
Let death seize upon them, [and] let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness [is] in their dwellings, [and] among them. (Sheol )
Да приидет же смерть на ня, и да снидут во ад живи: яко лукавство в жилищих их, посреде их. (Sheol )
For great [is] thy mercy towards me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell. (Sheol )
яко милость Твоя велия на мне, и избавил еси душу мою от ада преисподнейшаго. (Sheol )
For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh to the grave. (Sheol )
Яко исполнися зол душа моя, и живот мой аду приближися. (Sheol )
What man [is he that] liveth, and shall not see death? shall he deliver his soul from the hand of the grave? (Selah) (Sheol )
Кто есть человек, иже поживет и не узрит смерти, избавит душу свою из руки адовы? (Sheol )
The sorrows of death encompassed me, and the pains of hell came upon me: I found trouble and sorrow. (Sheol )
Объяша мя болезни смертныя, беды адовы обретоша мя: скорбь и болезнь обретох и имя Господне призвах: (Sheol )
If I ascend into heaven, thou [art] there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou [art there]. (Sheol )
Аще взыду на небо, Ты тамо еси: аще сниду во ад, тамо еси. (Sheol )
Our bones are scattered at the grave's mouth, as when one cutteth and cleaveth [wood] upon the earth. (Sheol )
Яко толща земли проседеся на земли, расточишася кости их при аде. (Sheol )
Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit: (Sheol )
пожрем же его якоже ад жива, и возмем память его от земли, (Sheol )
Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell. (Sheol )
безумия бо нозе низводят употребляющих ю со смертию во ад, стопы же ея не утверждаются: (Sheol )
Her house [is] the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death. (Sheol )
путие адовы дом ея, низводящии в сокровища смертная. (Sheol )
But he knoweth not that the dead [are] there; [and that] her guests [are] in the depths of hell. (Sheol )
Он же не весть, яко земнороднии у нея погибают и во дне ада обретаются. (Sheol )
Hell and destruction [are] before the LORD: how much more then the hearts of the children of men? (Sheol )
Ад и Пагуба явна пред Господем, како не и сердца человеков? (Sheol )
The way of life [is] above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath. (Sheol )
Путие живота помышления разумнаго, да уклонився от ада спасется. (Sheol )
Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell. (Sheol )
ты бо побиеши его жезлом, душу же его избавиши от смерти. (Sheol )
Hell and destruction are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied. (Sheol )
Ад и Погибель не насыщаются: такожде и очи человечестии несыти. (Sheol )
The grave; and the barren womb; the earth [that] is not filled with water; and the fire [that] saith not, [It is] enough. (Sheol )
Ад и похоть жены, и земля ненапоеная водою и вода и огнь не рекут: довлеет. (Sheol )
Whatever thy hand findeth to do, do [it] with thy might; for [there is] no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest. (Sheol )
Вся, елика аще обрящет рука твоя сотворити, якоже сила твоя, сотвори: зане несть сотворение и помышление и разум и мудрость во аде, аможе ты идеши тамо. (Sheol )
Set me as a seal upon thy heart, as a seal upon thy arm: for love [is] strong as death; jealousy [is] cruel as the grave: the coals of it [are] coals of fire, [which hath] a most vehement flame. (Sheol )
Положи мя яко печать на сердцы твоем, яко печать на мышце твоей: зане крепка яко смерть любы, жестока яко ад ревность: крила ея крила огня, (углие огненно) пламы ея. (Sheol )
Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it. (Sheol )
И разшири ад душу свою и разверзе уста своя, еже не престати: и снидут славнии и велицыи и богатии и губителие их и веселяйся в нем: (Sheol )
Ask thee a sign from the LORD thy God; ask it either in the depth, or in the hight above. (Sheol )
проси себе знамения от Господа Бога твоего во глубину, или в высоту. (Sheol )
Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet [thee] at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, [even] all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. (Sheol )
Ад доле огорчися, срет тя: восташа с тобою вси Исполини обладавшии землею, подвизавшии от престолов своих всех царей языческих. (Sheol )
Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, [and] the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. (Sheol )
Сниде слава твоя во ад, многое веселие твое: под тобою постелют гнилость, и покров твой червь. (Sheol )
Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit. (Sheol )
Ныне же во ад снидеши и во основания земли. (Sheol )
Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we in agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not reach us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves: (Sheol )
Яко рекосте: сотворихом завет со адом и со смертию сложение: буря носима аще мимоидет, не приидет на нас: положихом лжу надежду нашу и лжею покрыемся. (Sheol )
And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it. (Sheol )
и не отимет от вас завета смертнаго, и надежда ваша, яже ко аду, не пребудет. Буря идущая аще найдет, будете ей в попрание: (Sheol )
I said in the cutting off of my days, I shall go to the gates of the grave: I am deprived of the residue of my years. (Sheol )
Аз рекох в высоте дний моих: пойду во врата адова, оставлю лета прочая. (Sheol )
For the grave cannot praise thee, death can [not] celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth. (Sheol )
Не похвалят бо Тебе, иже во аде, ни умершии возблагословят Тя, и не надеются, иже во аде, милости Твоея. (Sheol )
And thou wentest to the king with ointment, and didst increase thy perfumes, and didst send thy messengers far off, and didst debase [thyself even] to hell. (Sheol )
и умножил еси блужение твое с ними, и многи сотворил, иже далече от тебе, и послал еси послы за пределы твоя, и смирился еси даже до ада. (Sheol )
Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the day when he went down to the grave I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained its floods, and the great waters were stayed: and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him. (Sheol )
Сия глаголет Адонаи Господь: в оньже день сведеся во ад, плакася о нем бездна: и удержах реки ея и возбраних множеству вод, и померче о нем Ливан, и вся древеса полевая о нем разслабишася: (Sheol )
I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him down to the grave with them that descend into the pit: and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, shall be comforted in the nether parts of the earth. (Sheol )
от гласа падения его потрясошася языцы, егда свождах его во ад со снизходящими в ров, и утешаху его в земли долнейшей вся древеса Сладости, и избранная и добрая Ливанова, вся пиющая воду: (Sheol )
They also went down into the grave with him to [them that are] slain with the sword; and [they that were] his arm, [that] dwelt under his shade in the midst of the heathen. (Sheol )
и та бо сведошася с ним во ад со язвеными от меча, и семя его, и живущии под покровом его среде жизни своея погибоша. (Sheol )
The strong among the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of the grave with them that help him: they are gone down, they lie uncircumcised, slain by the sword. (Sheol )
И рекут ти исполини: во глубине пропасти буди, кого лучши еси ты? Сниди и лязи с необрезаными среде язвеных мечем. (Sheol )
And they shall not lie with the mighty [that are] fallen of the uncircumcised, who are gone down to the grave, with their weapons of war: and they have laid their swords under their heads, but their iniquities shall be upon their bones, though [they were] the terror of the mighty in the land of the living. (Sheol )
И успоша со исполины падшими от века, иже снидоша во ад во оружии воинстем и положиша мечы своя под главы своя, и быша беззакония их на костех их, яко устрашиша всех во житии своем, и страх сильным быша на земли живущым. (Sheol )
I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues, O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from my eyes. (Sheol )
От руки адовы избавлю я и от смерти искуплю я: где пря твоя, смерте? Где остен твой, аде? Утешение скрыся от очию Моею: (Sheol )
Though they dig into the place of the dead, thence shall my hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down: (Sheol )
аще сокрыются во аде, то и оттуду рука Моя исторгнет я, и аще взыдут на небо, то и оттуду свергу я: (Sheol )
And said, I cried by reason of my affliction to the LORD, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, [and] thou heardst my voice. (Sheol )
и рече: возопих в скорби моей ко Господу Богу моему, и услыша мя из чрева адова вопль мой, услышал еси глас мой: (Sheol )
Yes also, because he transgresseth by wine, [he is] a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire, as hell, and [is] as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathereth to him all nations, and collecteth to him all people: (Sheol )
Презорливый же и обидливый муж и величавый ничесоже скончает: иже разшири аки ад душу свою, и сей яко смерть ненасыщен: и соберет к себе вся языки и приимет к себе вся люди. (Sheol )
But I say to you, That whoever is angry with his brother without a cause, shall be in danger of the judgment: and whoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell-fire. (Geenna )
Аз же глаголю вам, яко всяк гневаяйся на брата своего всуе повинен есть суду: иже бо аще речет брату своему: рака, повинен есть сонмищу: а иже речет: уроде, повинен есть геенне огненней. (Geenna )
And if thy right eye shall cause thee to sin, pluck it out, and cast [it] from thee: for [it] is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not [that] thy whole body should be cast into hell. (Geenna )
аще же око твое десное соблажняет тя, изми е и верзи от себе: уне бо ти есть, да погибнет един от уд твоих, а не все тело твое ввержено будет в геенну (огненную): (Geenna )
And if thy right hand shall cause thee to sin, cut it off, and cast [it] from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not [that] thy whole body should be cast into hell. (Geenna )
и аще десная твоя рука соблажняет тя, усецы ю и верзи от себе: уне бо ти есть, да погибнет един от уд твоих, а не все тело твое ввержено будет в геенну. (Geenna )
And fear not them who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Geenna )
И не убойтеся от убивающих тело, души же не могущих убити: убойтеся же паче могущаго и душу и тело погубити в геенне. (Geenna )
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. (Hadēs )
И ты, Капернауме, иже до небес вознесыйся, до ада снидеши: зане аще в Содомех быша силы были бывшыя в тебе, пребыли убо быша до днешняго дне: (Hadēs )
And whoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whoever speaketh against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the [world] to come. (aiōn )
и иже аще речет слово на Сына Человеческаго, отпустится ему: а иже речет на Духа Святаго, не отпустится ему ни в сей век, ни в будущий. (aiōn )
He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. (aiōn )
А сеянное в тернии, се есть слышай слово, и печаль века сего и лесть богатства подавляет слово, и без плода бывает. (aiōn )
The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. (aiōn )
а враг всеявый их есть диавол: а жатва кончина века есть: а жатели Ангели суть. (aiōn )
As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. (aiōn )
Якоже убо собирают плевелы и огнем сожигают, тако будет в скончание века сего: (aiōn )
So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just, (aiōn )
Тако будет в скончание века: изыдут Ангели, и отлучат злыя от среды праведных, (aiōn )
And I say also to thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church: and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. (Hadēs )
и Аз же тебе глаголю, яко ты еси Петр, и на сем камени созижду Церковь Мою, и врата адова не одолеют ей: (Hadēs )
Wherefore, if thy hand or thy foot causeth thee to sin, cut them off, and cast [them] from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into everlasting fire. (aiōnios )
Аще ли рука твоя или нога твоя соблажняет тя, отсецы ю и верзи от себе: добрейше ти есть внити в живот хрому или бедну, неже две руце и две нозе имущу ввержену быти во огнь вечный: (aiōnios )
And if thy eye causeth thee to sin, pluck it out, and cast [it] from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell-fire. (Geenna )
и аще око твое соблажняет тя, изми е и верзи от себе: добрейше ти есть со единем оком в живот внити, неже две оце имущу ввержену быти в геенну огненную. (Geenna )
And behold, one came and said to him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life? (aiōnios )
И се, един (некий) приступль рече Ему: Учителю благий, что благо сотворю, да имам живот вечный? (aiōnios )
And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands for my name's sake, shall receive a hundred-fold, and shall inherit everlasting life. (aiōnios )
и всяк, иже оставит дом, или братию, или сестры, или отца, или матерь, или жену, или чада, или села, имене Моего ради, сторицею приимет и живот вечный наследит: (aiōnios )
And when he saw a fig-tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing on it, but leaves only, and said to it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforth for ever. And immediately the fig-tree withered. (aiōn )
и узрев смоковницу едину при пути, прииде к ней, и ничтоже обрете на ней, токмо листвие едино, и глагола ей: да николиже от тебе плода будет во веки. И абие изсше смоковница. (aiōn )
Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him two-fold more the child of hell than yourselves. (Geenna )
Горе вам, книжницы и фарисее, лицемери, яко преходите море и сушу, сотворити единаго пришелца: и егда будет, творите его сына геенны сугубейша вас. (Geenna )
[Ye] serpents, [ye] generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? (Geenna )
Змия, порождения ехиднова, како убежите от суда (огня) геенскаго? (Geenna )
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when will these things be? and what [will be] the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? (aiōn )
Седящу же Ему на горе Елеонстей, приступиша к Нему ученицы на едине, глаголюще: рцы нам, когда сия будут? И что есть знамение Твоего пришествия и кончина века? (aiōn )
Then will he say also to them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: (aiōnios )
Тогда речет и сущым ошуюю (Его): идите от Мене, проклятии, во огнь вечный, уготованный диаволу и аггелом его: (aiōnios )
And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. (aiōnios )
И идут сии в муку вечную, праведницы же в живот вечный. (aiōnios )
Teaching them to observe all things whatever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, [even] to the end of the world. Amen. (aiōn )
учаще их блюсти вся, елика заповедах вам: и се, Аз с вами есмь во вся дни до скончания века. Аминь. (aiōn )
But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never hath forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation: (aiōn , aiōnios )
а иже восхулит на Духа Святаго, не имать отпущения во веки, но повинен есть вечному суду. (aiōn , aiōnios )
And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful. (aiōn )
и печали века сего, и лесть богатства, и о прочих похоти входящыя подавляют слово, и безплодно бывает. (aiōn )
And if thy hand causeth thee to fall into sin, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: (Geenna )
И аще соблажняет тя рука твоя, отсецы ю: добрее ти есть беднику в живот внити, неже обе руце имущу внити в геенну, во огнь неугасающий, (Geenna )
And if thy foot causeth thee to fall into sin, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: (Geenna )
И аще нога твоя соблажняет тя, отсецы ю: добрее ти есть внити в живот хрому, неже две нозе имущу ввержену быти в геенну, во огнь неугасающий, (Geenna )
And if thy eye causeth thee to fall into sin, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes, to be cast into hell-fire. (Geenna )
И аще око твое соблажняет тя, исткни е: добрее ти есть со единем оком внити в Царствие Божие, неже две оце имущу ввержену быти в геенну огненную, (Geenna )
And when he had gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? (aiōnios )
И исходящу Ему на путь, притек некий и поклонься на колену Ему, вопрошаше Его: Учителю благий, что сотворю, да живот вечный наследствую? (aiōnios )
But he shall receive a hundred-fold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come, eternal life. (aiōn , aiōnios )

And Jesus answered and said to it, Let no man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard [it]. (aiōn )

And he will reign over the house of Jacob for ever, and of his kingdom there will be no end. (aiōn )

As he spoke to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed for ever. (aiōn )
якоже глагола ко отцем нашым, Аврааму и семени его до века. (aiōn )
As he spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets, who have been since the world began: (aiōn )

And they besought him, that he would not command them to go out into the deep. (Abyssos )
И моляху Его, да не повелит им в бездну ити. (Abyssos )
And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted to heaven, shall be thrust down to hell. (Hadēs )
И ты, Капернауме, иже до небес вознесыйся, до ада низведешися. (Hadēs )
And behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? (aiōnios )
И се, законник некий воста, искушая Его и глаголя: Учителю, что сотворив, живот вечный наследую? (aiōnios )
But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, who after he hath killed, hath power to cast into hell; yes, I say to you, Fear him. (Geenna )
сказую же вам, кого убойтеся: убойтеся имущаго власть по убиении воврещи в дебрь огненную: ей, глаголю вам, того убойтеся. (Geenna )
And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light. (aiōn )
И похвали господь дому строителя неправеднаго, яко мудре сотвори: яко сынове века сего мудрейши паче сынов света в роде своем суть. (aiōn )
And I say to you, Make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that when ye fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations. (aiōnios )
И Аз вам глаголю: сотворите себе други от мамоны неправды, да, егда оскудеете, приимут вы в вечныя кровы. (aiōnios )
And in hell he lifted up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. (Hadēs )
и во аде возвед очи свои, сый в муках, узре Авраама издалеча, и Лазаря на лоне его: (Hadēs )
And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? (aiōnios )
И вопроси Его некий князь, глаголя: Учителю благий, что сотворив, живот вечный наследствую? (aiōnios )
Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting. (aiōn , aiōnios )
иже не приимет множицею во время сие, и в век грядущий живот вечный. (aiōn , aiōnios )
And Jesus answering, said to them, The children of this world marry, and are given in marriage: (aiōn )
И отвещав рече им Иисус: сынове века сего женятся и посягают: (aiōn )
But they who shall be accounted worthy to obtain that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage. (aiōn )
а сподобльшиися век он улучити и воскресение, еже от мертвых, ни женятся, ни посягают: (aiōn )
That whoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. (aiōnios )
да всяк веруяй в Онь не погибнет, но имать живот вечный. (aiōnios )
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life. (aiōnios )
Тако бо возлюби Бог мир, яко и Сына Своего Единороднаго дал есть, да всяк веруяй в Онь не погибнет, но имать живот вечный. (aiōnios )
He that believeth on the Son, hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son, shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (aiōnios )
Веруяй в Сына имать живот вечный: а иже не верует в Сына, не узрит живота, но гнев Божий пребывает на нем. (aiōnios )
But whoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him, shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him, shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. (aiōn , aiōnios )
а иже пиет от воды, юже Аз дам ему, не вжаждется во веки: но вода, юже (Аз) дам ему, будет в нем источник воды текущия в живот вечный. (aiōn , aiōnios )
And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit to life eternal: that both he that soweth, and he that reapeth, may rejoice together. (aiōnios )
и жняй мзду приемлет и собирает плод в живот вечный, да и сеяй вкупе радуется и жняй: (aiōnios )
Verily, verily, I say to you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but hath passed from death to life. (aiōnios )

Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. (aiōnios )

Labor not for the food which perisheth, but for that food which endureth to everlasting life, which the Son of man will give to you: for him hath God the Father sealed. (aiōnios )

Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. (aiōnios )

And the servant abideth not in the house for ever, [but] the Son abideth for ever. (aiōn )

Verily, verily, I say to you, If a man shall keep my saying, he shall never see death. (aiōn )

Then said the Jews to him, Now we know that thou hast a demon. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man shall keep my saying, he shall never taste death. (aiōn )
Реша убо Ему Жидове: ныне разумехом, яко беса имаши: Авраам умре и пророцы, и Ты глаголеши: аще кто слово Мое соблюдет, смерти не имать вкусити во веки: (aiōn )
Since the world began hath it not been heard that any man opened the eyes of one that was born blind. (aiōn )
от века несть слышано, яко кто отверзе очи слепу рождену: (aiōn )
And I give to them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any pluck them out of my hand. (aiōn , aiōnios )
и Аз живот вечный дам им, и не погибнут во веки, и не восхитит их никтоже от руки Моея: (aiōn , aiōnios )
And whoever liveth, and believeth in me, shall never die. Believest thou this? (aiōn )
и всяк живый и веруяй в Мя не умрет во веки. Емлеши ли веру сему? (aiōn )
He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world, shall keep it to life eternal. (aiōnios )
любяй душу свою погубит ю, и ненавидяй души своея в мире сем в живот вечный сохранит ю: (aiōnios )
The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of man? (aiōn )
Отвеща Ему народ: мы слышахом от закона, яко Христос пребывает во веки: како Ты глаголеши: вознестися подобает Сыну Человеческому? Кто есть Сей Сын Человеческий? (aiōn )
And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatever I speak therefore, even as the Father said to me, so I speak. (aiōnios )
и вем, яко заповедь Его живот вечный есть: яже убо Аз глаголю, якоже рече Мне Отец, тако глаголю. (aiōnios )
Peter saith to him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me. (aiōn )
Глагола Ему Петр: не умыеши ногу моею во веки. Отвеща ему Иисус: аще не умыю тебе, не имаши части со Мною. (aiōn )
And I will pray the Father, and he will give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; (aiōn )
и Аз умолю Отца, и иного Утешителя даст вам, да будет с вами в век, (aiōn )
As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. (aiōnios )
якоже дал еси Ему власть всякия плоти, да всяко, еже дал еси Ему, даст им живот вечный: (aiōnios )
And this is life eternal, that they may know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent. (aiōnios )

Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thy Holy One to see corruption: (Hadēs )
яко не оставиши души моея во аде, ниже даси преподобному Твоему видети истления: (Hadēs )
He seeing this before, spoke of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither did his flesh see corruption. (Hadēs )
предвидев глагола о воскресении Христове, яко не оставися душа Его во аде, ни плоть Его виде истления. (Hadēs )
Whom the heaven must receive, until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets, since the world began. (aiōn )
Егоже подобает небеси убо прияти даже до лет устроения всех, яже глагола Бог усты всех святых Своих пророк от века. (aiōn )
Then Paul and Barnabas became bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first be spoken to you: but seeing ye reject it, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. (aiōnios )
Дерзнувша же Павел и Варнава рекоста: вам бе лепо первее глаголати слово Божие: а понеже отвергосте е и недостойны творите сами себе вечному животу, се, обращаемся во языки: (aiōnios )
And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life, believed. (aiōnios )
Слышаще же языцы радовахуся и славляху слово Господне, и вероваша, елицы учинени бяху в жизнь вечную: (aiōnios )
Known to God are all his works from the beginning of the world. (aiōn )
Разумна от века суть Богови вся дела Его. (aiōn )
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: (aïdios )
невидимая бо Его, от создания мира твореньми помышляема, видима суть, и присносущная сила Его и Божество, во еже быти им безответным. (aïdios )
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. (aiōn )

To them who by patient continuance in well-doing, seek for glory, and honor, and immortality; eternal life: (aiōnios )
Овым убо, по терпению дела благаго, славы и чести и нетления ищущым, живот вечный. (aiōnios )
That as sin hath reigned to death, even so might grace reign through righteousness to eternal life, by Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios )
да якоже царствова грех во смерть, такожде и благодать воцарится правдою в жизнь вечную, Иисус Христом Господем нашим. (aiōnios )
But now being made free from sin, and having become servants to God, ye have your fruit to holiness, and the end everlasting life. (aiōnios )
Ныне же свобождшеся от греха, порабощшеся же Богови, имате плод ваш во святыню, кончину же жизнь вечную. (aiōnios )
For the wages of sin [is] death: but the gift of God [is] eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios )

Whose [are] the fathers, and from whom according to the flesh, Christ [came], who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. (aiōn )

Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring Christ again from the dead.) (Abyssos )

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good and acceptable, and perfect will of God. (aiōn )

Now to him that is able to establish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which hath been kept secret since the world began, (aiōnios )
Могущему же вас утвердити по благовествованию моему и проповеданию Иисус Христову, по откровению тайны, леты вечными умолчанныя, (aiōnios )
But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith: (aiōnios )

To God the only wise, [be] glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen. (aiōn )

Where [is] the wise? where [is] the scribe? where [is] the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? (aiōn )

However, we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to naught: (aiōn )
Премудрость же глаголем в совершенных, премудрость же не века сего, ни князей века сего престающих, (aiōn )
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, [even] the hidden [wisdom] which God ordained before the world to our glory: (aiōn )
но глаголем премудрость Божию, в тайне сокровенную, юже предустави Бог прежде век в славу нашу, (aiōn )
Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known [it], they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn )
юже никтоже от князей века сего разуме: аще бо быша разумели, не быша Господа славы распяли. (aiōn )
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. (aiōn )
Никтоже себе да прельщает: аще кто мнится мудр быти в вас в веце сем, буй да бывает, яко да премудр будет. (aiōn )
Wherefore, if food maketh my brother to fall into sin, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to fall into sin. (aiōn )
Темже аще брашно соблазняет брата моего, не имам ясти мяса во веки, да не соблазню брата моего. (aiōn )
Now all these things happened to them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. (aiōn )

O death, where [is] thy sting? O grave, where [is] thy victory? (Hadēs )

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them who believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine to them. (aiōn )

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh out for us a far more exceeding [and] eternal weight of glory; (aiōnios )

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen [are] temporal; but the things which are not seen [are] eternal. (aiōnios )

For we know that if our earthly house of [this] tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. (aiōnios )

(As it is written, He hath dispersed; he hath given to the poor: his righteousness remaineth for ever. (aiōn )

The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is blessed for evermore, knoweth that I lie not. (aiōn )

Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: (aiōn )

To whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )

For he that soweth to his flesh shall from the flesh reap corruption: but he that soweth to the Spirit, shall from the Spirit reap life everlasting. (aiōnios )
яко сеяи в плоть свою, от плоти пожнет истление: а сеяи в дух, от духа пожнет живот вечный. (aiōnios )
Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: (aiōn )
превыше всякаго Началства и Власти и Силы и Господства, и всякаго имене именуемаго не точию в веце сем, но и во грядущем: (aiōn )
In which in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: (aiōn )
в нихже иногда ходисте по веку мира сего, по князю власти воздушныя, духа, иже ныне действует в сынех противления, (aiōn )
That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in [his] kindness towards us, through Christ Jesus. (aiōn )
да явит в вецех грядущих презелное богатство благодати Своея благостынею на нас о Христе Иисусе. (aiōn )
And to make all [men] see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: (aiōn )
и просветити всех, что есть смотрение тайны сокровенныя от веков в Бозе, создавшем всяческая Иисус Христом, (aiōn )
According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord: (aiōn )
по предложению век, еже сотвори о Христе Иисусе Господе нашем, (aiōn )
To him [be] glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. (aiōn )

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]. (aiōn )

Now to God and our Father [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )

[Even] the mystery which hath been hid from ages, and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints: (aiōn )

Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; (aiōnios )
иже муку приимут, погибель вечную, от лица Господня и от славы крепости Его, (aiōnios )
Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, who hath loved us, and hath given [us] everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, (aiōnios )
Сам же Господь наш Иисус Христос, и Бог и Отец наш, возлюбивый нас и давый утешение вечно и упование благо в благодати, (aiōnios )
However, for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show forth all long-suffering, for a pattern to them who should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. (aiōnios )
Но сего ради помилован бых, да во мне первем покажет Иисус Христос все долготерпение, за образ хотящих веровати Ему в жизнь вечную. (aiōnios )
Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, God the only wise, [be] honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. (aiōnios )

Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom [be] honor and power everlasting. Amen. (aiōnios )

Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; (aiōn )

Who hath saved us, and called [us] with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before the world began; (aiōnios )

Therefore I endure all things for the sake of the elect, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. (aiōnios )

For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and hath departed to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia. (aiōn )

And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve [me] to his heavenly kingdom; to whom [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn )

In hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before the world began; (aiōnios )

Teaching us, that denying ungodliness, and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and piously, in this present world; (aiōn )

Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood; he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption [for us]. (aiōnios )

How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? (aiōnios )

And I looked, and behold, a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and hell followed with him. And power was given to them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. (Hadēs )

And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven to the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. (Abyssos )

And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. (Abyssos )
и отверзе студенца бездны, и взыде дым от студенца яко дым пещи велики, и омерче солнце и воздух от дыма студеничнаго. (Abyssos )
And they had a king over them, [who is] the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew language [is] Abaddon, but in the Greek language he hath [his] name Apollyon. (Abyssos )
И имели над собою царя аггела бездны, емуже имя еврейски Аваддон, а еллински Аполлион. (Abyssos )
And swore by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that are in it, and the earth, and the things that are in it, and the sea, and the things which are in it, that there should be time no longer: (aiōn )
и клятся Живущим во веки веков, Иже созда небо и яже на нем, и землю и яже на ней, и море и яже в нем, яко лета уже не будет: (aiōn )
And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. (Abyssos )
И егда скончают свидетелство свое, зверь, иже исходит от бездны, сотворит с ними брань и победит их и убиет я, (Abyssos )
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become [the kingdoms] of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he will reign for ever and ever. (aiōn )
И седмый Ангел воструби, и быша гласи велицы на небесех, глаголюще: бысть царство мира Господа нашего и Христа Его, и воцарится во веки веков. (aiōn )
And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and language, and people, (aiōnios )
И видех инаго Ангела паряща посреде небесе, имущаго Евангелие вечно благовестити живущым на земли и всякому племени и языку, и колену и людем, (aiōnios )
And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receiveth the mark of his name. (aiōn )
и дым мучения их во веки веков восходит, и не имут покоя день и нощь покланяющиися зверю и образу его и приемлющии начертание имене его. (aiōn )
And one of the four living beings gave to the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever. (aiōn )
И едино от четырех животных даде седмим Ангелом седмь фиал златых, исполненых ярости Бога живущаго во веки веков. (aiōn )
The beast that thou sawest, was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. (Limnē Pyr )

And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. (Abyssos )

And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled; and after that he must be loosed a little season. (Abyssos )

And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet [are], and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. (aiōn , Limnē Pyr )

И нощи не будет тамо, и не потребуют света от светилника, ни света солнечнаго, яко Господь Бог просвещает я: и воцарятся во веки веков. (aiōn )
These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever. ()
