< Colossians 2 >
1 For I desire you to know, how great a contest I am having—in behalf of you, and of those in Laodicea, and as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;
Sen loong raang ih nyia Lodisia mina loong raang ih, erah dam ih ngah lathaak chomui kang mina wahoh loong raang ih mamah kah ih laatchaat motang erah baat korumha.
2 In order that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, even unto all the riches of the full assurance of their understanding, unto a personal knowledge of the sacred secret of God, —Christ:
Ngah reetang ah langla neng loong ah tarong toom ang ah nyia eroom ih minchan nah toom ang rum ah, eno amiisak ejat esam tiit asuh, neng ah changteng toom eh hoon rum ah ih reetang. Emamah ih neng ih Rangte husah tiit ah jat rum ah, marah Kristo heh teeteewah rah ah.
3 In whom are all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge hidden away.
Heh ah saabi Rangte ih ejat esam nyia thungse takmi nyamka loong hotthiin ha pungka jen daaptheng rah ah.
4 This I say, in order that, no one, may be reasoning, you, aside with plausible discourse;
Erah thoih, ngah ih baat rumhala, sen loong ah mih, emoong tiitbaatte ih nak toom jap mokwaan han, neng ih echaat suh ese mamah taat et baat rum abah uh sen ih lakap theng.
5 For, though, indeed, in the flesh, I am absent, yet, in the spirit, with you, I am—rejoicing, and beholding your order and the solid firmness of your Christ-ward faith.
Ngah hansi nah sen damdoh laje rang bah uh, chiiala ni bah ngah sen damdam, eno ngah rapne ih roonlang sen loong ah rongkopkop ih Kristo suh tuungmaang anno eroomroom ih tongtha lan ah sok rumha no ah.
6 As therefore ye have accepted the Anointed Jesus as your Lord, in him, be walking, —
Sen ih Jisu Kristo asuh sen Teesu ih thiik han bah, heh damdam ih roong tongsong an.
7 Rooted, and being built up, in him, and making yourselves sure in your faith, even as ye have been taught, —surpassing therein with thanksgiving.
Sen hing ah hanteng ih heh sak nah sot an, sen hasong ah heh damdoh song an, eno sen hanpi ah sen suh mamet nyoot tahan erah jun ih ehan han ih boot rong an. Eno lakookmi jengkhaap nawa ih sen tenthun ah me theng.
8 Be taking heed, lest there shall be anyone leading, you, off as a spoil, through means of their philosophy, and an empty deceit, —according to the instruction of men, according to the first principles of the world, —and not according to Christ:
Erah thoih sen ih naririh ih ban sok an, o uh mina mongwah maakwah tiit marah thaangmuh rah ih heh dah nak toom ih hoon han, marah Kristo jiin nawa lah angthang ih, mina jih ajaat nyia rang ahah pante loong moong achaang rah ih nak toom panhan.
9 Because, in him, dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead, bodily,

10 And ye are, in him, filled full, —Who, is the head of all principality and authority,
eno sen suh roitang roidong ah heh damdi roop thoih kohalan. Heh ah jaatrep chiiala phansiitte nyia chaan aphaan loong tokkhodi ih elongthoon.
11 In whom, ye have also been circumcised with a circumcision not done by hand, in the despoiling of the body of flesh, in the circumcision of the Christ, —
Kristo damdi roop thoih ba sen khoopkhan banlam ah hoon tahan, mina ih hansi khoopkhan rumta likhiik lah angthang ih, Kristo ih khoopkhan tahe adi bah, arah puh asak ah rangdah nawa dooksiit tahe anep wak jeela.
12 Having been buried together with him in your immersion, wherein also ye have been raised together, through your faith in the energising of God—Who raised him from among the dead.

13 And, as for you—who were, dead, by your offences and by the uncircumcision of your flesh, he hath brought you to life together with him, —having in favour forgiven us all our offences,
Maangdi sen rangdah thoih sen loong ah chiiala ni tekcho ang tan nyia sen loong ah Hootthe muh ih Ranglajatte angtan. Amadi bah Rangte ih sen ah Kristo damdi roidong lampo ni doksiit halan. Rangte ih seng loongtang rangdah loong ah biin anaan hali;
14 Having blotted out the handwriting against us by the decrees, which was hostile to us, —and hath taken away, the same, out of the midst, nailing it up to the cross:
seng mendi banlam ih jamha jun ih thaangsoot loong themjih lom raangthiinta nyia banlam loong ah heh ih matsiitta, heh ih bangphak ni rabbot ano thoontang thoonsiitta.
15 Spoiling the principalities and the authorities, he made of them an open example, celebrating a triumph over them thereby.

16 Let no one, therefore, be judging, you, —in eating and in drinking, or in respect of feast, or new moon, or sabbath, —
Erah thoih, o mina eh uh sen ih tumjaat jok aphak jih ah, adoleh esa rangwuung, adoleh Laana Kuwaang adoleh Jehudi naangtongsa loong banlam ah lahoon theng.
17 Which are a shadow of the things to come, whereas, the body, is of the Christ.
Erah loong abah lakngah nawa saathoi tiit loong ah laaphaang; amiisak abah Kristo ah.
18 Let, no one, against you, be arbitrating, however wishful, —in respect of lowliness of mind, and of a religious observance of the messengers: upon what things he hath seen, taking his stand, in vain, puffed up by his carnal mind, —
Senteewah ah, o ih ang abah uh neng ah elongthoon ih chaang rumha loong asuh nakmok dut haat thuk an, tumeah neng ih hoondak mot amang tiit tiitmoong ah baat rumha nyia toongtang likhiik ih noisok ha nyia rangsah soomte likhiik ih noisok rumha. 19 And not holding fast the head: from which, all the body, through means of its joints and uniting bands, receiving supply, and connecting itself together, groweth with the growth of God.

20 If ye have died, together with Christ, from the first principles of the world, why, as though alive in the world, are ye submitting to decrees, —
Sen loong ah Kristo damdi roongtek lan eno rang ahah pante moong achaang loong dowa dooksiit halan. Erah ang abah, sen ah mongrep mina likhiik mame tongsong lan? Sen ih arah loong likhiik banlam ah mamet chaat han
21 Do not handle, nor taste, nor touch; —
“Arah nak joh uh,” “Therah nak taat uh,” “Mihoh hukkhaak nak taajoh uh?”
22 Which things are all for decay in the using up; —according to the commandments and teachings of men?
Erah loong ah jaasiit maakta dowa ih thaangmuh ih hoonla hukkhaak loong ah; erah loong bah mina ih nyootsoot theng nyia banlam loong luulu.
23 The which things, indeed, though they have, an appearance, of wisdom, in self-devised religious observance, and lowliness of mind, [and] ill-treatment of body, are, in no honourable way, unto a satisfying of the flesh.
Elang eah, erah likhiik loong banlam ah emoong mina nyia rangsah loong ih laatchaatchaat ih nyootsoot suh dong hoon arah ang ah, eno sakpuh sattiiti ih chamnaang thuk ah; enoothong erah hansi sak thisusuh thaangmuh di chamnaang thuk ha.
