আর তাকে ওই মুর্ত্তিকে নিঃশ্বাস দিতে পারে এমন ক্ষমতা দেওয়া হলো, যাতে ঐ জন্তুর মুর্ত্তিটি কথা বলতে পারে এবং যত লোক সেই জন্তুর মুর্ত্তিটি পূজো না করবে, তাদের মেরে ফেলতে পারে।
তাকে ক্ষমতা দেওয়া হল যেন সে প্রথম পশুটির প্রতিমায় প্রাণবায়ু দিতে পারে ও সেই প্রতিমা কথা বলতে পারে। তখন সেই পশুর প্রতিমা আদেশ দিল যে, যারাই তাকে পূজা করতে অস্বীকার করে তাদের হত্যা করা হয়।
