Psalms 148

1 Luzitisa Yave; luzitisa Yave tona mu diyilu. Lunzitisa mu bibuangu bizangama ngolo.

Praise Yah! Praise Yahweh from the heavens! Praise him in the heights!

2 Lunzitisa, beno zimbasi ziandi zioso; lunzitisa beno minkangu miandi mioso mi masodi ma diyilu.

Praise him, all his angels! Praise him, all his army!

3 Lunzitisa beno thangu ayi ngondi, lunzitisa beno zimbuetete zioso zidi kiezila.

Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars!

4 Lunzitisa ngeyo diyilu dizangama ngolo ayi beno minlangu midi ku mbata diyilu,

Praise him, you heavens of heavens, you waters that are above the heavens.

5 bika bizitisa dizina di Yave; bila niandi wuvana lutumunu ayi biawu bivangama.

Let them praise Yahweh’s name, for he commanded, and they were created.

6 Wubivuandisa va buangu mu zithangu zioso ayi mu thangu yi kayimani. Niandi wuvana nzengolo yayi, yikayilendi vioka ko.

He has also established them forever and ever. He has made a decree which will not pass away.

7 Luzitisa Yave tona va ntoto, beno bivangu binneni bi mbu ayi beno zithipula zioso zi mbu;

Praise Yahweh from the earth, you great sea creatures, and all depths,

8 mbazu ayi mvula yi matadi, mvula yi phembi ayi matuti; vuka ki phemo kieti sadila zithumunu ziandi.

lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy wind, fulfilling his word,

9 Beno miongo ayi miongo mioso mi fioti; minti mimbutanga makundi ayi minti mioso mi Sedeli;

mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,

10 bibulu bi nsitu ayi bibulu bibioso bi fioti, bivangu bi fioti ayi zinuni zieti dumuka;

wild animals and all livestock, small creatures and flying birds,

11 mintinu mi ntoto ayi makanda moso; beno bana ba mintinu ayi minyadi mioso mi ntoto;

kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth,

12 bamatoko ayi bandumba, binunu ayi bana balezi

both young men and maidens, old men and children.

13 bika bazitisa dizina di Yave bila dizina diandi diawu kaka difueni mu yayusu; kiezila kiandi kidi va yilu ntoto ayi ku yilu diyilu.

Let them praise Yahweh’s name, for his name alone is exalted. His glory is above the earth and the heavens.

14 Niandi wutotudila batu bandi phoka, nzitusu wu banlongo bandi boso; wu Iseli, batu bobo badi bakangama mu ntimꞌandi. Luzitisa Yave.

He has lifted up the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints, even of the children of Israel, a people near to him. Praise Yah!
