2 Івана 1
1 Ста́рець — вибраній пані та ді́тям її, яких я поправці люблю́, і не тільки я, але й усі, хто правду пізнав,
The elder to the chosen lady, and to her children, whom I love in truth, and not only I, but also all those having known the truth,
because of the truth that is remaining in us, and will be with us throughout the age, (aiōn g165)
3 нехай буде з вами благодать, милість, мир від Бога Отця та Ісуса Христа́, Сина Отцевого, у правді та в любові!
there will be with you grace, mercy, [and] peace from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
4 Я дуже зрадів, що між ді́тьми твоїми знайшов таких, що ходять у правді, як заповідь ми прийняли́ від Отця.
I rejoiced exceedingly that I have found of your children walking in truth, even as we received a command from the Father;
5 І тепер я благаю тебе, пані, не так, ніби пишу́ тобі нову́ заповідь, але ту, яку маємо від поча́тку, — щоб ми любили один о́дного!
and now I implore you, lady, not as writing to you a new command, but which we had from the beginning, that we may love one another,
6 А любов ця — щоб ми жили згідно з Його заповідями. Це та заповідь, яку ви чули від поча́тку, щоб ви згідно з нею жили́.
and this is love, that we may walk according to His commands; this is the command, even as you heard from the beginning, that you may walk in it,
7 Бо в світ увійшло багато обма́нців, які не визнаю́ть Ісуса Христа, що прийшов був у тілі. Такий — то обманець та анти́христ!
because many deceivers entered into the world, who are not confessing Jesus Christ coming in flesh; this one is he who is leading astray, and the antichrist.
8 Пильнуйте себе, щоб ви не згубили того, над чим працювали, але щоб прийняли́ повну нагоро́ду.
See to yourselves that you may not lose the things that we worked for, but may receive a full reward;
9 Кожен, хто робить пере́ступ та не пробуває в науці Христовій, той Бога не має. А хто пробуває в науці Його́, той має і Отця, і Сина.
everyone who is transgressing, and is not remaining in the teaching of the Christ, does not have God; he who is remaining in the teaching of the Christ, this one has both the Father and the Son;
10 Коли хто приходить до вас, але не приносить науки цієї, не приймайте до дому його́, і не вітайте його́!
if anyone comes to you, and does not bear this teaching, do not receive him into the house, and do not say to him, “Greetings!”
11 Хто бо вітає його́, той у́часть бере в лихи́х учинках його́.
For he who is saying to him, “Greetings,” has fellowship with his evil works.
12 Багато я мав написати до вас, але не схотів на папері й чорнилом. Та маю надію прибути до вас, і говорити уста́ми до уст, щоб повна була́ ваша радість!
Having many things to write to you, I did not intend [it] with paper and ink, but I hope to come to you, and speak mouth to mouth, that our joy may be full.
13 Вітають тебе діти ви́браної сестри твоєї. Амі́нь.
The children of your chosen sister greet you. Amen.
