Псалми 103
1 [Псалом] Давида. Благослови, душе моя, Господа, і все нутро моє [прослав] святе ім’я Його!
“A psalm of David.” Bless the LORD, O my soul! And all that is within me, bless his holy name!
2 Благослови, душе моя, Господа, і не забувай усіх добрих діянь Його!
Bless the LORD, O my soul! And forget not all his benefits!
3 Він прощає всі беззаконня твої, зцілює всі твої хвороби,
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; Who healeth all thy diseases;
4 визволяє від безодні смерті життя твоє; Хто вінчає тебе милістю й щедротами,
Who redeemeth thy life from the grave; Who crowneth thee with loving-kindness and tender mercies;
5 задовольняє бажання твої добром – [тоді] оновлюється, немов орел, юність твоя.
Who satisfieth thine old age with good, So that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
6 Господь творить справедливість і правосуддя всім пригніченим.
The LORD executeth justice And equity for all the oppressed.
7 Він показав шляхи Свої Мойсею і діяння Свої – синам Ізраїлевим.
He made known his ways to Moses, His doings to the children of Israel.
8 Милостивий і милосердний Господь, довготерпеливий і щедрий на доброту.
The LORD is merciful and kind, Slow to anger and rich in mercy.
9 Він не буде постійно вести судову суперечку й [гнів] триматиме не вічно.
He doth not always chide, Nor doth he keep his anger for ever.
10 Не за нашими гріхами Він вчинив нам і віддячив нам не так, як ми заслужили нашими переступами.
He hath not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor requited us according to our iniquities.
11 Адже як високо небо над землею, так звеличилася милість Його над тими, хто Його боїться.
As high as are the heavens above the earth, So great is his mercy to them that fear him.
12 Як далеко схід від заходу, так віддалив Він від нас наші беззаконня.
As far as the east is from the west, So far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Як милує батько синів, так милує Господь тих, хто боїться Його.
Even as a father pitieth his children, So the LORD pitieth them that fear him.
14 Бо Він знає нашу сутність, пам’ятає, що ми – порох.
For he knoweth our frame, He remembereth that we are dust.
15 Дні людини – немов трава; як цвіт польовий, так цвіте вона.
As for man, his days are as grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
16 Як тільки вітер пронесеться над ним, не стане його, і більше не впізнає його місце, [де він ріс].
The wind passeth over it, and it is gone; And its place shall know it no more.
17 А милість Господа споконвіку й навіки над тими, хто боїться Його, і праведність Його – на синах синів,
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting to them that fear him, And his righteousness to children's children,
18 що бережуть Його Завіт і пам’ятають настанови Його, щоб їх виконувати.
To such as keep his covenant, And remember his commandments to do them.
19 Господь на небесах утвердив престол Свій, і Царство Його панує над усім.
The LORD hath established his throne in the heavens, And his kingdom ruleth over all.
20 Благословіть Господа, ангели Його, могутні силою, що виконують сказане Ним, слухаючись голосу Його слова!
Bless the LORD, ye his angels, Ye mighty ones who do his commands, Hearkening to the voice of his word!
21 Благословіть Господа, усі воїнства Його, слуги Його, що виконують Його волю!
Bless the LORD, all ye his hosts; Ye, his ministers, who do his pleasure!
22 Прославте Господа, усі діяння Його, на всіх місцях Його панування! Благослови, душе моя, Господа!
Bless the LORD, all his works, In all places of his dominion! Bless the LORD, O my soul!
