1 En Tackpsalm. Fröjdens Herranom, all verlden.

A Melody for Thanksgiving. Make a joyful noise to Yahweh, all the earth:

2 Tjener Herranom med fröjd; kommer för hans ansigte med glädskap.

Serve Yahweh with rejoicing, Enter before him, with shouts of triumph.

3 Förnimmer, att Herren är Gud; han hafver gjort oss, och icke vi sjelfve, till sitt folk, och till sin fosterfår.

Know that, Yahweh, he, is God, —He, made us, and not, we ourselves, His people, and the flock of his pasture.

4 Går in i hans portar med tackande; uti hans gårdar med lofvande; tacker honom, lofver hans Namn.

Enter ye his gates, with thanksgiving, his courts, with praise, Give ye thanks to him, bless ye his Name;

5 Ty Herren är god, och hans nåd varar evinnerliga, och hans sanning ifrå slägte till slägte.

For good is Yahweh, Age-abiding is his lovingkindness, And, unto generation after generation, his faithfulness.
