Hosea 6
1 “Njoo, turudi kwa Bwana. Kwa maana ametuvunja vipande vipande, lakini atatuponya; ametujeruhi, lakini atatufunga majeraha yetu.
In her tribulacioun thei schulen rise eerli to me. Come ye, and turne we ayen to the Lord;
2 Baada ya siku mbili atatufufua; siku ya tatu atatuinua, na tutaishi mbele yake.
for he took, and schal heele vs; he schal smyte, and schal make vs hool.
3 Nasi tumjue Bwana; tukaendelee kumjua Bwana. Kuja kwake ni hakika kama asubuhi; atakuja kwetu kama mvua, kama mvua ya vuli ambayo huinyeshea ardhi.”
He schal quykene vs after twei daies, and in the thridde dai he schal reise vs, and we schulen lyue in his siyt. We schulen wite, and sue, that we knowe the Lord. His goyng out is maad redi at the morewtid, and he schal come as a reyn to vs, which is timeful and lateful to the erthe.
4 Efuraimu, nikufanyie nini? Yuda, nikufanyie nini? Uaminifu wako ni kama wingu la asubuhi, kama umande unaoondoka mapema.
Effraym, what schal Y do to thee? Juda, what schal Y do to thee? Youre merci is as a cloude of the morewtid, and as deew passynge forth eerli.
5 Kwa hiyo nimewavunja vipande vipande kwa vinywa vya manabii, nimewaua kwa maneno ya kinywa changu. Maagizo yako ni kama nuru inayoangaza.
For this thing Y hewide in profetis, Y killide hem in the wordis of my mouth;
6 Kwa maana natamani uaminifu wala si dhabihu, na kumjua Mungu kuliko sadaka za kuteketezwa.
and thi domes schulen go out as liyt. For Y wolde merci, and not sacrifice, and Y wolde the kunnyng of God, more than brent sacrificis.
7 Kama Adamu wamevunja agano; hawakuwa waaminifu kwangu.

8 Gileadi ni jiji la wahalifu wenye miguu ya damu.
Galaad the citee of hem that worchen idol, is supplauntid with blood; and
9 Kama makundi ya wanyang'anyi wanaomngojea mtu, hivyo makuhani hujiunga pamoja kufanya mauaji kwa njia ya Shekemu; wamefanya uhalifu wa aibu.

10 Katika nyumba ya Israeli nimeona jambo baya; Uzinzi wa Efraimu ukopale, na Israeli ametiwa unajisi.

11 Kwa maana wewe, Yuda, mavuno yameteuliwa, nitakaporudisha urithi wa watu wangu.
Israel is defoulid; but also thou, Juda, sette heruest to thee, whanne Y schal turne the caitiftee of my puple.
