1 อิต: ปรํ ยีศุ: ศิษฺยานฺ อุวาจ, วิคฺไหฺนรวศฺยมฺ อาคนฺตวฺยํ กินฺตุ วิฆฺนา เยน ฆฏิษฺยนฺเต ตสฺย ทุรฺคติ รฺภวิษฺยติฯ

And he said to his disciples, It cannot be but that offences come, but woe [to him] by whom they come!

2 เอเตษำ กฺษุทฺรปฺราณินามฺ เอกสฺยาปิ วิฆฺนชนนาตฺ กณฺฐพทฺธเปษณีกสฺย ตสฺย สาคราคาธชเล มชฺชนํ ภทฺรํฯ

It would be [more] profitable for him if a millstone were hanged about his neck and he cast into the sea, than that he should be a snare to one of these little ones.

3 ยูยํ เสฺวษุ สาวธานาสฺติษฺฐต; ตว ภฺราตา ยทิ ตว กิญฺจิทฺ อปราธฺยติ ตรฺหิ ตํ ตรฺชย, เตน ยทิ มน: ปริวรฺตฺตยติ ตรฺหิ ตํ กฺษมสฺวฯ

Take heed to yourselves: if thy brother should sin, rebuke him; and if he should repent, forgive him.

4 ปุนเรกทินมเธฺย ยทิ ส ตว สปฺตกฺฤโตฺว'ปราธฺยติ กินฺตุ สปฺตกฺฤตฺว อาคตฺย มน: ปริวรฺตฺย มยาปราทฺธมฺ อิติ วทติ ตรฺหิ ตํ กฺษมสฺวฯ

And if he should sin against thee seven times in the day, and seven times should return to thee, saying, I repent, thou shalt forgive him.

5 ตทา เปฺรริตา: ปฺรภุมฺ อวทนฺ อสฺมากํ วิศฺวาสํ วรฺทฺธยฯ

And the apostles said to the Lord, Give more faith to us.

6 ปฺรภุรุวาจ, ยทิ ยุษฺมากํ สรฺษไปกปฺรมาโณ วิศฺวาโสสฺติ ตรฺหิ ตฺวํ สมูลมุตฺปาฏิโต ภูตฺวา สมุเทฺร โรปิโต ภว กถายามฺ เอตสฺยามฺ เอตทุฑุมฺพราย กถิตายำ ส ยุษฺมากมาชฺญาวโห ภวิษฺยติฯ

But the Lord said, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard [seed], ye had said to this sycamine tree, Be thou rooted up, and be thou planted in the sea, and it would have obeyed you.

7 อปรํ สฺวทาเส หลํ วาหยิตฺวา วา ปศูนฺ จารยิตฺวา เกฺษตฺราทฺ อาคเต สติ ตํ วทติ, เอหิ โภกฺตุมุปวิศ, ยุษฺมากมฺ เอตาทฺฤศ: โกสฺติ?

But which of you [is there] who, having a bondman ploughing or shepherding, when he comes in out of the field, will say, Come and lie down immediately to table?

8 วรญฺจ ปูรฺวฺวํ มม ขาทฺยมาสาทฺย ยาวทฺ ภุญฺเช ปิวามิ จ ตาวทฺ พทฺธกฏิ: ปริจร ปศฺจาตฺ ตฺวมปิ โภกฺษฺยเส ปาสฺยสิ จ กถามีทฺฤศีํ กึ น วกฺษฺยติ?

But will he not say to him, Prepare what I shall sup on, and gird thyself and serve me that I may eat and drink; and after that thou shalt eat and drink?

9 เตน ทาเสน ปฺรโภราชฺญานุรูเป กรฺมฺมณิ กฺฤเต ปฺรภุ: กึ ตสฺมินฺ พาธิโต ชาต: ? เนตฺถํ พุธฺยเต มยาฯ

Is he thankful to the bondman because he has done what was ordered? I judge not.

10 อิตฺถํ นิรูปิเตษุ สรฺวฺวกรฺมฺมสุ กฺฤเตษุ สตฺมุ ยูยมปีทํ วากฺยํ วทถ, วยมฺ อนุปการิโณ ทาสา อสฺมาภิรฺยทฺยตฺกรฺตฺตวฺยํ ตนฺมาตฺรเมว กฺฤตํฯ

Thus ye also, when ye shall have done all things that have been ordered you, say, We are unprofitable bondmen; we have done what it was our duty to do.

11 ส ยิรูศาลมิ ยาตฺรำ กุรฺวฺวนฺ โศมิโรณฺคาลีลฺปฺรเทศมเธฺยน คจฺฉติ,

And it came to pass as he was going up to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

12 เอตรฺหิ กุตฺรจิทฺ คฺราเม ปฺรเวศมาเตฺร ทศกุษฺฐินสฺตํ สากฺษาตฺ กฺฤตฺวา

And as he entered into a certain village ten leprous men met him, who stood afar off.

13 ทูเร ติษฺฐนต อุจฺไจ รฺวกฺตุมาเรภิเร, เห ปฺรโภ ยีโศ ทยสฺวาสฺมานฺฯ

And they lifted up [their] voice saying, Jesus, Master, have compassion on us.

14 ตต: ส ตานฺ ทฺฤษฺฏฺวา ชคาท, ยูยํ ยาชกานำ สมีเป สฺวานฺ ทรฺศยต, ตตเสฺต คจฺฉนฺโต โรคาตฺ ปริษฺกฺฤตา: ฯ

And seeing [them] he said to them, Go, shew yourselves to the priests. And it came to pass as they were going they were cleansed.

15 ตทา เตษาเมก: สฺวํ สฺวสฺถํ ทฺฤษฺฏฺวา โปฺรจฺไจรีศฺวรํ ธนฺยํ วทนฺ วฺยาฆุฏฺยายาโต ยีโศ รฺคุณานนุวทนฺ ตจฺจรณาโธภูเมา ปปาต;

And one of them, seeing that he was cured, turned back, glorifying God with a loud voice,

16 ส จาสีตฺ โศมิโรณีฯ

and fell on [his] face at his feet giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan.

17 ตทา ยีศุรวทตฺ, ทศชนา: กึ น ปริษฺกฺฤตา: ? ตหฺยเนฺย นวชนา: กุตฺร?

And Jesus answering said, Were not the ten cleansed? but the nine, where [are they]?

18 อีศฺวรํ ธนฺยํ วทนฺตมฺ เอนํ วิเทศินํ วินา โกปฺยโนฺย น ปฺราปฺยตฯ

There have not been found to return and give glory to God save this stranger.

19 ตทา ส ตมุวาจ, ตฺวมุตฺถาย ยาหิ วิศฺวาสเสฺต ตฺวำ สฺวสฺถํ กฺฤตวานฺฯ

And he said to him, Rise up and go thy way: thy faith has made thee well.

20 อถ กเทศฺวรสฺย ราชตฺวํ ภวิษฺยตีติ ผิรูศิภิ: ปฺฤษฺเฏ ส ปฺรตฺยุวาจ, อีศฺวรสฺย ราชตฺวมฺ ไอศฺวรฺยฺยทรฺศเนน น ภวิษฺยติฯ

And having been asked by the Pharisees, When is the kingdom of God coming? he answered them and said, The kingdom of God does not come with observation;

21 อต เอตสฺมินฺ ปศฺย ตสฺมินฺ วา ปศฺย, อิติ วากฺยํ โลกา วกฺตุํ น ศกฺษฺยนฺติ, อีศฺวรสฺย ราชตฺวํ ยุษฺมากมฺ อนฺตเรวาเสฺตฯ

nor shall they say, Lo here, or, Lo there; for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.

22 ตต: ส ศิษฺยานฺ ชคาท, ยทา ยุษฺมาภิ รฺมนุชสุตสฺย ทินเมกํ ทฺรษฺฏุมฺ วาญฺฉิษฺยเต กินฺตุ น ทรฺศิษฺยเต, อีทฺฤกฺกาล อายาติฯ

And he said to the disciples, Days are coming, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and shall not see [it].

23 ตทาตฺร ปศฺย วา ตตฺร ปเศฺยติ วากฺยํ โลกา วกฺษฺยนฺติ, กินฺตุ เตษำ ปศฺจาตฺ มา ยาต, มานุคจฺฉต จฯ

And they will say to you, Lo here, or Lo there; go not, nor follow [them].

24 ยตสฺตฑิทฺ ยถากาไศกทิศฺยุทิย ตทนฺยามปิ ทิศํ วฺยาปฺย ปฺรกาศเต ตทฺวตฺ นิชทิเน มนุชสูนุ: ปฺรกาศิษฺยเตฯ

For as the lightning shines which lightens from [one end] under heaven to [the other end] under heaven, thus shall the Son of man be in his day.

25 กินฺตุ ตตฺปูรฺวฺวํ เตนาเนกานิ ทุ: ขานิ โภกฺตวฺยาเนฺยตทฺวรฺตฺตมานโลไกศฺจ โส'วชฺญาตวฺย: ฯ

But first he must suffer many things and be rejected of this generation.

26 โนหสฺย วิทฺยมานกาเล ยถาภวตฺ มนุษฺยสูโน: กาเลปิ ตถา ภวิษฺยติฯ

And as it took place in the days of Noe, thus also shall it be in the days of the Son of man:

27 ยาวตฺกาลํ โนโห มหาโปตํ นาโรหทฺ อาปฺลาวิวารฺเยฺยตฺย สรฺวฺวํ นานาศยจฺจ ตาวตฺกาลํ ยถา โลกา อภุญฺชตาปิวนฺ วฺยวหนฺ วฺยวาหยํศฺจ;

they ate, they drank, they married, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed all [of them];

28 อิตฺถํ โลโฏ วรฺตฺตมานกาเลปิ ยถา โลกา โภชนปานกฺรยวิกฺรยโรปณคฺฤหนิรฺมฺมาณกรฺมฺมสุ ปฺราวรฺตฺตนฺต,

and in like manner as took place in the days of Lot: they ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

29 กินฺตุ ยทา โลฏฺ สิโทโม นิรฺชคาม ตทา นภส: สคนฺธกาคฺนิวฺฤษฺฏิ รฺภูตฺวา สรฺวฺวํ วฺยนาศยตฺ

but on the day that Lot went out from Sodom, it rained fire and sulphur from heaven, and destroyed all [of them]:

30 ตทฺวนฺ มานวปุตฺรปฺรกาศทิเนปิ ภวิษฺยติฯ

after this [manner] shall it be in the day that the Son of man is revealed.

31 ตทา ยทิ กศฺจิทฺ คฺฤโหปริ ติษฺฐติ ตรฺหิ ส คฺฤหมธฺยาตฺ กิมปิ ทฺรวฺยมาเนตุมฺ อวรุหฺย ไนตุ; ยศฺจ เกฺษเตฺร ติษฺฐติ โสปิ วฺยาฆุฏฺย นายาตุฯ

In that day, he who shall be on the housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not go down to take it away; and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back.

32 โลฏ: ปตฺนีํ สฺมรตฯ

Remember the wife of Lot.

33 ย: ปฺราณานฺ รกฺษิตุํ เจษฺฏิษฺยเต ส ปฺราณานฺ หารยิษฺยติ ยสฺตุ ปฺราณานฺ หารยิษฺยติ เสอว ปฺราณานฺ รกฺษิษฺยติฯ

Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose it shall preserve it.

34 ยุษฺมานหํ วจฺมิ ตสฺยำ ราเตฺรา ศไยฺยกคตโย โรฺลกโยเรโก ธาริษฺยเต ปรสฺตฺยกฺษฺยเตฯ

I say to you, In that night there shall be two [men] upon one bed; one shall be seized and the other shall be let go.

35 สฺตฺริเยา ยุคปตฺ เปษณีํ วฺยาวรฺตฺตยิษฺยตสฺตโยเรกา ธาริษฺยเต ปราตฺยกฺษฺยเตฯ

Two [women] shall be grinding together; the one shall be seized and the other shall be let go.

36 ปุรุเษา เกฺษเตฺร สฺถาสฺยตสฺตโยเรโก ธาริษฺยเต ปรสฺตฺยกฺษฺยเตฯ

[Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be seized and the other let go.]

37 ตทา เต ปปฺรจฺฉุ: , เห ปฺรโภ กุเตฺรตฺถํ ภวิษฺยติ? ตต: ส อุวาจ, ยตฺร ศวสฺติษฺฐติ ตตฺร คฺฤธฺรา มิลนฺติฯ

And answering they say to him, Where, Lord? And he said to them, Where the body [is], there the eagles will be gathered together.
