Йов 22
1 Елифаз дин Теман а луат кувынтул ши а зис:
And Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said,
2 „Поате ун ом сэ адукэ вреун фолос луй Думнезеу? Ну, чи ынцелептул ну-шь фолосеште декыт луй.
Can a man be profitable to God? surely it is unto himself that the wise man is profitable.
3 Дакэ ешть фэрэ приханэ, аре Чел Атотпутерник вреун фолос? Ши дакэ трэешть фэрэ винэ, че ва кыштига Ел?
Is it any pleasure to the Almighty if thou art righteous? And is it gain [to him] that thou makest thy ways perfect?
4 Пентру евлавия та те педепсеште Ел оаре ши интрэ ла жудекатэ ку тине?
Will he reason with thee for fear of thee? Will he enter with thee into judgment?
5 Ну-й маре рэутатя та? Ши фэрэделеӂиле тале, фэрэ нумэр?
Is not thy wickedness great? and thine iniquities without end?
6 Луай фэрэ причинэ зэлоаӂе де ла фраций тэй, лэсай фэрэ хайне пе чей гой.
For thou hast taken a pledge of thy brother for nought, and stripped off the clothing of the naked.
7 Ну дэдяй апэ омулуй ынсетат, ну вояй сэ дай пыне омулуй флэмынд.
Thou hast not given water to the fainting to drink, and thou hast withholden bread from the hungry.
8 Цара ера а та фииндкэ ерай май таре, те ашезай ын еа фииндкэ ерай ку вазэ.
But the powerful man, he had the land; and the man of high rank dwelt in it.
9 Дэдяй афарэ пе вэдуве ку мыниле гоале ши брацеле орфанилор ле фрынӂяй.
Widows hast thou sent empty away, and the arms of the fatherless have been broken.
10 Пентру ачея ешть ынконжурат де курсе ши те-а апукат гроаза динтр-одатэ.
Therefore snares are round about thee, and sudden fear troubleth thee;
11 Ну везь дар ачест ынтунерик, ачесте апе мулте каре те нэпэдеск?
Or darkness, that thou canst not see, and floods of waters cover thee.
12 Ну есте Думнезеу сус ын черурь? Привеште вырфул стелелор. Че ыналт есте!
Is not God in the height of the heavens? And behold the summit of the stars: how exalted are they!
13 Ши ту зичь: ‘Че штие Думнезеу? Поате сэ жудече Ел прин ынтунерикул де норь?
And thou sayest, What doth God know? will he judge through the dark cloud?
14 Ыл ынфэшоарэ норий, ну веде нимик, болта черяскэ абя дакэ о стрэбате!’
Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh on the vault of the heavens.
15 Че, врей с-апучь пе каля стрэвеке, пе каре ау урмат-о чей нелеӂюиць,
Dost thou mark the ancient path which wicked men have trodden?
16 каре ау фост луаць ынаинте де време ши ау цинут кыт цине ун пырыу каре се скурӂе?
Who were carried off before the time, whose foundation was overflowed with a flood;
17 Ей зичяу луй Думнезеу: ‘Плякэ де ла ной! Че не поате фаче Чел Атотпутерник?’
Who said unto God, Depart from us! and what could the Almighty do to them?
18 Ши тотушь Думнезеу ле умплусе каселе де бунэтэць. – Департе де мине сфатул челор рэй! –
Yet he filled their houses with good. But the counsel of the wicked is far from me.
19 Чей фэрэ приханэ вор фи марторь ай кэдерий лор ши се вор букура, чел невиноват ва рыде де ей
The righteous see it, and are glad; and the innocent laugh them to scorn:
20 ши ва зиче: ‘Ятэ пе потривничий ноштри нимичиць! Ятэ-ле богэцииле арсе де фок!’
Is not he who rose against us destroyed, and doth not the fire consume his residue?
21 Ымприетенеште-те дар ку Думнезеу, ши вей авя паче; те вей букура астфел ярэшь де феричире.
Reconcile thyself now with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.
22 Примеште ынвэцэтурэ дин гура Луй ши пуне-ць ла инимэ кувинтеле Луй.
Receive, I pray thee, instruction from his mouth, and lay up his words in thy heart.
23 Вей фи ашезат ярэшь ла локул тэу дакэ те вей ынтоарче ла Чел Атотпутерник, дакэ депэртезь фэрэделеӂя дин кортул тэу.
If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up. If thou remove unrighteousness far from thy tents,
24 Арункэ дар аурул ын цэрынэ, арункэ аурул дин Офир ын прундул пыраелор!
And put the precious ore with the dust, and [the gold of] Ophir among the stones of the torrents,
25 Ши атунч, Чел Атотпутерник ва фи аурул тэу, арӂинтул тэу, богэция та.
Then the Almighty will be thy precious ore, and silver heaped up unto thee;
26 Атунч, Чел Атотпутерник ва фи десфэтаря та, ши ыць вей ридика фаца спре Думнезеу.
Yea, then shalt thou delight thyself in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God:
27 Ыл вей руга, ши те ва аскулта ши ыць вей путя ымплини журуинцеле.
Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he will hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows;
28 Пе че вей пуне мына ыць ва избути, пе кэрэриле тале ва стрэлучи лумина.
And thou shalt decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee; and light shall shine upon thy ways.
29 Винэ смериря, ту те вей руга пентру ридикаря та: Думнезеу ажутэ пе чел ку окий плекаць.
When they are made low, then thou shalt say, Rise up! and he shall save him that is of downcast eyes.
30 Ел ва избэви кяр ши пе чел виноват, каре ышь ва датора скэпаря курэцией мынилор тале.”
[Even] him that is not innocent shall he deliver; yea, he shall be delivered by the pureness of thy hands.
