Psalmii 79
1 Un psalm al lui Asaf. Dumnezeule, păgânii au intrat în moștenirea ta; templul tău cel sfânt l-au pângărit; au făcut Ierusalimul ruine.
A psalm of Asaph O God they have come [the] nations - in inheritance your they have made unclean [the] temple of holiness your they have made Jerusalem into heaps of ruins.
2 Trupurile moarte ale servitorilor tăi le-au dat să fie hrană pentru păsările cerului, carnea sfinților tăi pentru fiarele pământului.
They have given [the] corpse[s] of servants your food to [the] bird[s] of the heavens [the] flesh faithful [people] your to [the] animal[s] of [the] earth.
3 Le-au vărsat sângele ca apa în jurul Ierusalimului; și nu a fost nimeni să îi îngroape.
They have poured out blood their - like water round about Jerusalem and there not [was one who] buried [them].
4 Noi am devenit de ocară pentru vecinii noștri, o batjocură și un lucru de râs pentru cei ce sunt împrejurul nostru.
We have become a reproach to neighbors our mockery and derision to [those] around us.
5 Până când, DOAMNE? Vei fi mânios pentru totdeauna? Va arde gelozia ta ca un foc?
Until when? O Yahweh will you be angry? to perpetuity will it burn? like fire jealousy your.
6 Revarsă-ți mânia peste păgânii ce nu te-au cunoscut și peste împărățiile ce nu au chemat numele tău.
Pour out anger your against the nations which not they know you and on kingdoms which on name your not they call.
7 Fiindcă au mâncat pe Iacob și i-au pustiit locuința.
For it has consumed Jacob and habitation its they have devastated.
8 Nu îți aminti împotriva noastră de nelegiuirile dinainte; să ne întâmpine degrabă îndurările tale blânde, căci suntem foarte înjosiți.
May not you remember to us iniquities former [surely] quickly may they come to meet us compassion your for we have become low exceedingly.
9 Ajută-ne, Dumnezeul salvării noastre, pentru gloria numelui tău, și scapă-ne și îndepărtează păcatele noastre, pentru numele tău.
Help us - O God of salvation our on [the] matter of [the] glory of name your and deliver us and atone on sins our for [the] sake of name your.
10 De ce să spună păgânii: Unde este Dumnezeul lor? Să fie el cunoscut printre păgâni, înaintea ochilor noștri, prin răzbunarea sângelui vărsat al servitorilor tăi.
Why? - will they say the nations where? [is] God their let it be known (among the nations *Q(k)*) to eyes our [the] vengeance of [the] blood of servants your poured out.
11 Să ajungă geamătul prizonierului înaintea ta; conform măreției puterii tale păstrează pe cei ce sunt rânduiți să moară.
May it come before you [the] groaning of [the] prisoner according to [the] greatness of arm your leave over [the] sons of death.
12 Și întoarce vecinilor noștri de șapte ori în sânul lor, ocara lor, cu care te-au ocărât, Doamne.
And repay to neighbors our sevenfold into bosom their reproach their which they reproached you O Lord.
13 Așa că noi, poporul tău și oile pășunii tale, îți vom aduce mulțumiri pentru totdeauna, vom vesti lauda ta din generație în generație.
And we people your - and [the] sheep of pasture your we will give thanks to you for ever to a generation and a generation we will recount praise your.
