Psalmów 125

1 Pieśń stopni. Którzy ufają w Panu, są jako góra Syon, która się nie poruszy, ale na wieki zostaje.

A Song of Ascents. They that trust in the LORD are as mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abideth for ever.

2 Jako około Jeruzalemu są góry, tak Pan jest około ludu swego, od tego czasu aż i na wieki.

As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people, from this time forth and for evermore.

3 Albowiem nie zostanie laska niezbożników nad losem sprawiedliwych, by snać nie ściągnęli sprawiedliwi rąk swych ku nieprawości.

For the sceptre of wickedness shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; that the righteous put not forth their hands unto iniquity.

4 Dobrze czyń, Panie! dobrym, i tym, którzy są uprzejmego serca.

Do good, O LORD, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.

5 Ale tych, którzy się udawają krzyewemi drogami swemi, niech zapędzi Pan z tymi, którzy czynią nieprawość; lecz pokój niech będzie nad Izraelem.

But as for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity. Peace be upon Israel.
