Aionian Verses
| تمامی اهل خانواده‌اش سعی کردند وی را دلداری دهند، ولی سودی نداشت. او می‌گفت: «سوگوار پیش پسرم به قبر خواهم رفت.» این را می‌گفت و می‌گریست. (Sheol ) |
And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him, but he refused to be comforted, and he said, For I will go down to Sheol to my son mourning. And his father wept for him. (Sheol )
| ولی یعقوب در جواب او گفت: «پسر من با شما به مصر نخواهد آمد؛ چون برادرش یوسف مرده و از فرزندان مادرش تنها او برای من باقی مانده است. اگر بلایی بر سرش بیاید پدر پیرتان از غصه خواهد مُرد.» (Sheol ) |
And he said, My son shall not go down with you, for his brother is dead, and he only is left. If harm befalls him by the way in which ye go, then ye will bring down my gray hairs with sorrow to Sheol. (Sheol )
| اگر برادرش را هم از من بگیرید و بلایی بر سرش بیاید، پدر پیرتان از غصه خواهد مُرد.“ (Sheol ) |
And if ye take this one also from me, and harm befall him, ye will bring down my gray hairs with sorrow to Sheol. (Sheol )
| اگر او ببیند که پسرش همراه ما نیست، از غصه خواهد مُرد. آن وقت ما مسئول مرگ پدر پیرمان خواهیم بود. (Sheol ) |
it will come to pass, when he sees that the young man is not with us, that he will die. And thy servants will bring down the gray hairs of thy servant our father with sorrow to Sheol. (Sheol )
| اما اگر خداوند معجزه‌ای نموده، زمین باز شود و ایشان را با هر چه که دارند ببلعد و زنده به گور شوند، آنگاه بدانید که این مردان به خداوند اهانت کرده‌اند.» (Sheol ) |
But if Jehovah makes a new thing, and the ground opens its mouth, and swallows them up, with all that pertains to them, and they go down alive into Sheol, then ye shall understand that these men have despised Jehovah. (Sheol )
| پس به این ترتیب، زمین بر ایشان به هم آمد و ایشان زنده به گور شدند و از بین رفتند. (Sheol ) |
So they, and all that pertained to them, went down alive into Sheol. And the earth closed upon them, and they perished from among the assembly. (Sheol )
| خشم من افروخته شده، زمین و محصولش را خواهد سوزانید، و تا اعماق زمین فرو رفته، بنیاد کوهها را به آتش خواهد کشید. (Sheol ) |
For a fire is kindled in my anger, and burns to the lowest Sheol, and devours the earth with its increase, and sets on fire the foundations of the mountains. (Sheol )
| «خداوند می‌میراند و زنده می‌کند، به گور فرو می‌برد و بر می‌خیزاند. (Sheol ) |
Jehovah kills, and makes alive. He brings down to Sheol, and brings up. (Sheol )
| مرگ برای من دام نهاده بود تا مرا به کام خود بکشد. (Sheol ) |
The cords of Sheol were round about me. The snares of death came upon me. (Sheol )
| تو مردی حکیم هستی و می‌دانی چه باید کرد. اجازه نده او با موی سفید در آرامش به گور فرو رود. (Sheol ) |
Do therefore according to thy wisdom, and do not let his hoar head go down to Sheol in peace. (Sheol )
| ولی تو او را بی‌گناه نشمار. تو مردی حکیم هستی و می‌دانی با او چه باید کرد. موی سفیدش را خون‌آلود به گور بفرست.» (Sheol ) |
Now therefore do not hold him guiltless, for thou are a wise man, and thou will know what thou ought to do to him, and thou shall bring his hoar head down to Sheol with blood. (Sheol )
| کسانی که می‌میرند مثل ابری که پراکنده و ناپدید می‌شود، برای همیشه از این دنیا می‌روند. (Sheol ) |
As the cloud is consumed and vanishes away, so he who goes down to Sheol shall come up no more. (Sheol )
| آنها بلندتر از آسمانهاست؛ تو کی هستی؟ و عمیقتر از هاویه؛ تو چه می‌دانی؟ (Sheol ) |
It is high as heaven; what can thou do? Deeper than Sheol; what can thou know? (Sheol )
| ای کاش مرا تا زمانی که خشمگین هستی در کنار مردگان پنهان می‌کردی و پس از آن دوباره به یاد می‌آوردی. (Sheol ) |
O that thou would hide me in Sheol, that thou would keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou would appoint for me a set time, and remember me! (Sheol )
| اگر بمیرم، در تاریکی فرو رفته و قبر را پدر و کرم را مادر و خواهر خود خواهم خواند. (Sheol ) |
If I look for Sheol as my house, if I have spread my couch in the darkness, (Sheol )
| نه، امیدم با من به گور می‌رود و با هم در دل خاک خواهیم خوابید! (Sheol ) |
It shall go down to the bars of Sheol when once there is rest in the dust. (Sheol )
| آنها روزهای خود را در سعادتمندی به سر می‌برند و راحت می‌میرند، (Sheol ) |
They spend their days in prosperity, and in a moment they go down to Sheol. (Sheol )
| مرگ آنها را می‌بلعد، آن گونه که خشکی و گرما برف را آب می‌کند. (Sheol ) |
Drought and heat consume the snow waters, and Sheol those who have sinned. (Sheol )
| هاویه به حضور خدا عریان است، و اَبَدون را پوششی نیست. (Sheol ) |
Sheol is naked before God, and Abaddon has no covering. (Sheol )
| زیرا مردگان نمی‌توانند تو را به یاد آورند. کیست که در قبر تو را ستایش کند؟ (Sheol ) |
For in death there is no remembrance of thee. In Sheol who shall give thee thanks? (Sheol )
| همهٔ بدکاران و تمام قومهایی که خدا را از یاد می‌برند هلاک خواهند شد. (Sheol ) |
Wicked men shall be turned back to Sheol, even all the nations that forget God. (Sheol )
| زیرا تو جان مرا در چنگال مرگ رها نخواهی کرد و نخواهی گذاشت قُدّوسِ تو در قبر بپوسد. (Sheol ) |
For thou will not leave my soul to Sheol, nor will thou allow thy holy man to see corruption. (Sheol )
| مرگ برای من دام نهاده بود تا مرا به کام خود بکشد. (Sheol ) |
The cords of Sheol were round about me. The snares of death came upon me. (Sheol )
| مرا از لب گور برگرداندی و از چنگال مرگ نجاتم دادی تا نمیرم. (Sheol ) |
O Jehovah, thou have brought up my soul from Sheol. Thou have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol )
| ای خداوند، به تو متوسل شده‌ام، نگذار سرافکنده شوم. بگذار شریران شرمنده شوند و خاموش به قبرهایشان فرو روند. (Sheol ) |
Let me not be put to shame, O Jehovah, for I have called upon thee. Let the wicked be put to shame. Let them be silent in Sheol. (Sheol )
| آنها گوسفندانی هستند که به سوی هلاکت پیش می‌روند زیرا مرگ، آنها را شبانی می‌کند. صبحگاهان، شروران مغلوب نیکان می‌شوند و دور از خانه‌های خود، اجسادشان در عالم مردگان می‌پوسد. (Sheol ) |
They are appointed as a flock for Sheol. Death shall be their shepherd, and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning. And their beauty shall be for Sheol to consume, that there be no habitation for it. (Sheol )
| اما خداوند جان مرا از عالم مردگان نجات داده، خواهد رهانید. (Sheol ) |
But God will redeem my soul from the power of Sheol, for he will receive me. (Selah) (Sheol )
| باشد که دشمنانم پیش از وقت، زنده به گور شوند، زیرا دلها و خانه‌هایشان پر از شرارت است. (Sheol ) |
Let death come suddenly upon them. Let them go down alive into Sheol. For wickedness is in their dwelling, in the midst of them. (Sheol )
| زیرا محبت تو در حق من بسیار عظیم است؛ تو مرا از خطر مرگ رهانیده‌ای! (Sheol ) |
For great is thy loving kindness toward me, and thou have delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol. (Sheol )
| زندگی من پر از رنج و مصیبت است؛ جانم به لب رسیده است! (Sheol ) |
For my soul is full of troubles, and my life draws near to Sheol. (Sheol )
| کیست که بتواند نمیرد و تا ابد زنده بماند؟ (Sheol ) |
What man is he who shall live and not see death, who shall deliver his soul from the power of Sheol? (Selah) (Sheol )
| خطر مرگ بر من سایه افکنده بود و مایوس و غمگین بودم، (Sheol ) |
The cords of death encompassed me, and the pains of Sheol got hold upon me. I found trouble and sorrow. (Sheol )
| اگر به آسمان صعود کنم، تو در آنجا هستی؛ اگر به اعماق زمین فرو روم، تو در آنجا هستی. (Sheol ) |
If I ascend up into heaven, thou are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, thou are there. (Sheol )
| استخوانهایشان مانند سنگهایی که در اثر خیش زدن پخش می‌شوند، به هر سو پراکنده خواهند شد. (Sheol ) |
Like plowing and furrowing the earth, our bones are scattered at the mouth of Sheol. (Sheol )
| و مانند قبر، آنها را ببلعیم و از هستی ساقط کنیم؛ (Sheol ) |
Let us swallow them up alive as Sheol, and whole, as those who go down into the pit. (Sheol )
| زن بدکاره تو را به سوی مرگ و جهنم می‌کشاند، (Sheol ) |
Her feet go down to death. Her steps take hold on Sheol, (Sheol )
| خانهٔ او راهی است به سوی مرگ و هلاکت. (Sheol ) |
Her house is the way to Sheol, going down to the chambers of death. (Sheol )
| آنها نمی‌دانند که عاقبت کسانی که به خانهٔ او می‌روند مرگ و هلاکت است. (Sheol ) |
But he knows not that the dead are there, that her guests are in the depths of Sheol. (Sheol )
| حتی دنیای مردگان از نظر خداوند پنهان نیست، چه رسد به افکار انسان! (Sheol ) |
Sheol and Abaddon are before Jehovah. How much more then the hearts of the sons of men! (Sheol )
| راه دانایان به سوی حیات بالا می‌رود و آنها را از فرو رفتن به جهنم باز می‌دارد. (Sheol ) |
To the wise man the way of life is upward, that he may depart from Sheol beneath. (Sheol )
| او را با چوب تنبیه کن که جانش را از هلاکت نجات خواهی داد. (Sheol ) |
Thou shall beat him with the rod, and shall deliver his soul from Sheol. (Sheol )
| همان‌طور که دنیای مردگان از بلعیدن زندگان سیر نمی‌شود، خواسته‌های انسان نیز هرگز ارضا نمی‌گردد. (Sheol ) |
Sheol and Abaddon are never satisfied, and the eyes of man are never satisfied. (Sheol )
| دنیای مردگان، رحم نازا، زمین بی‌آب، آتش مشتعل. (Sheol ) |
Sheol, and the barren womb, the earth that is not satisfied with water, and the fire that does not say, Enough. (Sheol )
| هر کاری که می‌کنی آن را خوب انجام بده، چون در عالم مردگان، که بعد از مرگ به آنجا خواهی رفت، نه کار کردن هست، نه نقشه کشیدن، نه دانستن و نه فهمیدن. (Sheol ) |
Whatever thy hand finds to do, do with thy might, for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where thou go. (Sheol )
| عشق مرا در دل خود مهر کن و مرا چون حلقهٔ طلا بر بازویت ببند تا همیشه با تو باشم. عشق مانند مرگ قدرتمند است و شعله‌اش همچون شعله‌های پرقدرت آتش با بی‌رحمی می‌سوزاند و نابود می‌کند. (Sheol ) |
Set me as a seal upon thy heart, as a seal upon thine arm. For love is strong as death, jealousy is cruel as Sheol. The flashes of it are flashes of fire, a most vehement flame. (Sheol )
| دنیای مردگان با ولع زیاد دهان خود را باز کرده، تا آنها را به کام خود فرو برد. بزرگان و اشراف‌زادگان اورشلیم همراه مردم عادی که شادی می‌کنند، همگی طعمهٔ مرگ خواهند شد. (Sheol ) |
Therefore Sheol has enlarged its desire, and opened its mouth without measure. And their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he who rejoices among them, descend into it. (Sheol )
| «ای آحاز، از من علامتی بخواه تا مطمئن شوی که دشمنانت را شکست خواهم داد. هر علامتی که بخواهی، چه در زمین باشد چه در آسمان، برایت انجام خواهد شد.» (Sheol ) |
Ask thee a sign of Jehovah thy God, ask it either in the depth, or in the height above. (Sheol )
| «دنیای مردگان آماده می‌شود تا به استقبال تو بیاید. رهبران و پادشاهان دنیا که سالها پیش مرده‌اند، آنجا در انتظار تو هستند. (Sheol ) |
Sheol from beneath is moved for thee, to meet thee at thy coming. It stirs up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth. It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. (Sheol )
| حشمت تو از دست رفته است و نوای دلنشین بربطهای کاخ تو دیگر به گوش نمی‌رسد. اکنون تشک تو کرمها هستند و لحافت موریانه‌ها.“ (Sheol ) |
Thy pomp is brought down to Sheol, and the noise of thy viols. The worm is spread under thee, and worms cover thee. (Sheol )
| اما تو به دنیای مردگان که در قعر زمین است، سرنگون شدی. (Sheol ) |
Yet thou shall be brought down to Sheol, to the utmost parts of the pit. (Sheol )
| شما با فخر می‌گویید: «با مرگ معامله کرده‌ایم و با دنیای مردگان قرارداد بسته‌ایم. اطمینان داریم که هرگاه مصیبتی رخ دهد هیچ گزندی به ما نخواهد رسید؛ زیرا با دروغ و فریب برای خود مخفیگاه ساخته‌ایم.» (Sheol ) |
Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and we are at agreement with Sheol. When the overflowing scourge shall pass through it shall not come to us, for we have made lies our refuge, and we have hid ourselves under falsehood. (Sheol )
| قراردادی که با مرگ و دنیای مردگان بسته‌اید باطل خواهد شد، بنابراین وقتی مصیبت بیاید شما را از پای درمی‌آورد. (Sheol ) |
And your covenant with death shall be annulled, and your agreement with Sheol shall not stand. When the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it. (Sheol )
| فکر می‌کردم در بهار عمر خویش زندگی را بدرود خواهم گفت، و به دنیای مردگان خواهم شتافت. (Sheol ) |
I said, In the noontide of my days I shall go into the gates of Sheol. I am deprived of the residue of my years. (Sheol )
| کسی در دنیای مردگان نمی‌تواند تو را تمجید کند، و یا به وفاداریت توکل کند. (Sheol ) |
For Sheol cannot praise thee, death cannot celebrate thee. Those who go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth. (Sheol )
| با عطر و روغن به حضور بت «مولک» می‌روید تا آنها را تقدیمش کنید. به سفرهای دور و دراز می‌روید، حتی به جهنم هم پا می‌گذارید، تا شاید خدایان تازه‌ای بیابید و به آنها دل ببندید. (Sheol ) |
And thou went to the king with oil, and increased thy perfumes, and sent thine ambassadors far off, and debased thyself even to Sheol. (Sheol )
| خداوند یهوه می‌فرماید: «وقتی مصر سقوط کند دریاها را برمی‌انگیزم تا برایش ماتم گیرند و از حرکت باز ایستند. لبنان را سیاه‌پوش می‌کنم و تمام درختان، پژمرده می‌شوند. (Sheol ) |
Thus says the lord Jehovah: In the day when he went down to Sheol I caused a mourning. I covered the deep for him. And I restrained the rivers of it, and the great waters were stayed. And I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him. (Sheol )
| وقتی مصر و تمام کسانی را که مانند وی هستند به دنیای مردگان بفرستم، قومها از صدای افتادنش وحشت خواهند کرد. تمام درختان عدن، مرغوبترین و بهترین درختان لبنان که همیشه سیراب بودند، وقتی ببینند که مصر هم در دنیای مردگان در کنار آنهاست، خوشحال خواهند شد. (Sheol ) |
I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall when I cast him down to Sheol with those who descend into the pit. And all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, were comforted in the nether parts of the earth. (Sheol )
| تمام هم‌پیمانان او نیز که در زیر سایه‌اش بودند هلاک شده، همراه وی به دنیای مردگان خواهند رفت. (Sheol ) |
They also went down into Sheol with him to those who are slain by the sword, yea, those who were his arm, that dwelt under his shadow in the midst of the nations. (Sheol )
| وقتی همراه هم‌پیمانانش به دنیای مردگان وارد شود، جنگاوران بزرگ خواهند گفت که مصر و هم‌پیمانانش آمده‌اند تا در کنار کسانی که تحقیر کرده و کشته‌اند قرار گیرند. (Sheol ) |
The strong among the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of Sheol with those who help him. They have gone down. They lie still, even the uncircumcised, slain by the sword. (Sheol )
| آنها مانند سرداران نامور که با سلاحها، شمشیرها و سپرهای خود، باشکوه فراوان به خاک سپرده می‌شوند، دفن نشده‌اند بلکه مثل اشخاص عادی دفن شده و به دنیای مردگان رفته‌اند، زیرا در زمان حیات خود باعث رعب و وحشت بودند. (Sheol ) |
And they shall not lie with the mighty who are fallen of the uncircumcised, who have gone down to Sheol with their weapons of war, and have laid their swords under their heads. But their iniquities are upon their bones, for they were the terror of the mighty in the land of the living. (Sheol )
| آیا او را از چنگال گور برهانم؟ آیا از مرگ نجاتش بدهم؟ ای مرگ، بلاهای تو کجاست؟ و ای گور هلاکت تو کجاست؟ من دیگر بر این قوم رحم نخواهم کرد. (Sheol ) |
I will ransom them from the power of Sheol. I will redeem them from death. O death, where are thy plagues? O Sheol, where is thy sting? Repentance shall be hid from my eyes. (Sheol )
| اگر به دوزخ بروند، دست خود را دراز کرده آنها را از آنجا بیرون خواهم کشید و اگر به آسمانها فرار کنند، ایشان را به زیر خواهم آورد. (Sheol ) |
Though they dig into Sheol, from there my hand shall take them, and though they climb up to heaven, from there I will bring them down. (Sheol )
| «به هنگام سختی، خداوند را خواندم و او مرا اجابت فرمود. از عالم مرگ فریاد برآوردم و تو ای خداوند، به داد من رسیدی! (Sheol ) |
And he said, I called because of my affliction to Jehovah, and he answered me. Out of the belly of Sheol I cried, and thou heard my voice. (Sheol )
| به درستی که ثروت، خیانتکار است و این بابِلی‌های متکبر را به دام خواهد انداخت. آنها با حرص و ولع، مانند مرگ، قومها را یکی پس از دیگری به کام خود می‌کشند و اسیر می‌سازند و هرگز سیر نمی‌شوند. (Sheol ) |
Yea, moreover, wine is treacherous.) He is a haughty man, who does not keep at home, who enlarges his desire as Sheol, and he is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathers to him all nations, and heaps to him all peoples. (Sheol )
| اما من می‌گویم که حتی اگر نسبت به برادر خود خشمگین شوی، مورد محاکمه قرار خواهی گرفت؛ و اگر به کسی بگویی”ابله“، در دادگاه پاسخگو خواهی بود. اگر به دوستت ناسزا بگویی، سزاوار آتش جهنم خواهی بود. (Geenna ) |
But I say to you, that every man who is angry at his brother without cause will be liable to the judgment, and whoever speaks an insult to his brother will be liable to the council, and whoever says, Foolish man, will be liable to the hell of fire. (Geenna )
| پس اگر چشم راستت باعث لغزش تو می‌گردد، آن را از حدقه درآور و دور انداز، زیرا بهتر است بخشی از بدنت را از دست بدهی، تا این که تمام وجودت به دوزخ انداخته شود. (Geenna ) |
And if thy right eye causes thee to stumble, remove it and cast it from thee, for it is advantageous for thee that one of thy body-parts should perish, and not thy whole body be cast into hell. (Geenna )
| و اگر دست راستت باعث لغزش تو می‌شود، آن را قطع کن و دور بینداز، زیرا بهتر است بخشی از بدنت را از دست بدهی، تا اینکه تمام وجودت به دوزخ انداخته شود. (Geenna ) |
And if thy right hand causes thee to stumble, cut it off and cast it from thee, for it is advantageous for thee that one of thy body-parts should perish, and not thy whole body be cast into hell. (Geenna )
| «نترسید از کسانی که می‌توانند فقط جسمتان را بکُشند، اما نمی‌توانند به روحتان آسیبی برسانند. فقط از خدا بترسید که قادر است هم بدن و هم روح شما را در جهنم هلاک کند. (Geenna ) |
And be not afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. But rather fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Geenna )
| و تو ای کَفَرناحوم، آیا به آسمان بالا خواهی رفت؟ هرگز! تو به عالَم مردگان پایین خواهی رفت، زیرا اگر معجزاتی که در تو به‌عمل آوردم، در شهر فاسدِ سُدوم انجام داده بودم، تا به امروز باقی می‌ماند. (Hadēs ) |
And thou, Capernaum, which was exalted as far as the sky. Thou will be brought down as far as Hades, because if the mighty works had occurred in Sodom that occurred in thee, it would have remained until this day. (Hadēs )
| هر سخنی که برضد پسر انسان گفته شود، قابل بخشایش است، اما هر که برضد روح‌القدس سخن گوید، هرگز آمرزیده نخواهد شد، نه در این دنیا، و نه در دنیای بعد. (aiōn ) |
And whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, neither in the present age, nor in the one that is coming. (aiōn )
| زمینی که از خارها پوشیده شده بود، حالت کسی را نشان می‌دهد که کلام را می‌شنود، اما نگرانی‌های زندگی و زرق و برق ثروت، کلام خدا را در او خفه می‌کنند، و هیچ ثمری به بار نمی‌آید. (aiōn ) |
And that which was sown in the thorns, this is he who hears the word, and the care of this age, and the deceitfulness of wealth, choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. (aiōn )
| دشمنی که علفهای هرز را لابلای گندمها کاشت، ابلیس است. فصل درو، آخر زمان است، و دروگرها، فرشتگان‌اند. (aiōn ) |
And the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are agents. (aiōn )
| «همان‌طور که علفهای هرز را جمع کردند و در آتش سوزاندند، در آخر زمان نیز همین‌طور خواهد شد. (aiōn ) |
As therefore the tares are gathered up and burned in fire, so it will be at the end of this age. (aiōn )
| در آخر دنیا نیز همین‌طور خواهد شد. فرشتگان آمده، بدکاران را از درستکاران جدا خواهند کرد (aiōn ) |
So it will be at the end of the age. The agents will come forth, and separate the bad from among the righteous, (aiōn )
| و من نیز می‌گویم که تویی پطرس، یعنی”صخره“، و من بر روی این صخره، کلیسای خود را بنا می‌کنم، و قدرتهای جهنم هرگز قادر به نابودی آن نخواهند بود. (Hadēs ) |
And I also say to thee, that thou are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it. (Hadēs )
| اگر دستت یا پایت باعث لغزش تو می‌شود، آن را قطع کن و دور انداز، زیرا بهتر است با یک دست و یک پا وارد حیات شوی، تا اینکه با دو دست و دو پا به آتش ابدی انداخته شوی. (aiōnios ) |
And if thy hand or thy foot causes thee to stumble, cut them off and cast from thee. It is good for thee to enter into life crippled or maimed, than having two hands or two feet to be cast into the eternal fire. (aiōnios )
| و اگر چشمت باعث لغزش تو می‌گردد، آن را از حدقه درآور و دور انداز، زیرا بهتر است با یک چشم وارد حیات جاوید شوی تا اینکه با دو چشم در آتش دوزخ انداخته شوی. (Geenna ) |
And if thine eye causes thee to stumble, remove it and cast it from thee. It is good for thee to enter into life one-eyed, than having two eyes to be cast into the hell of fire. (Geenna )

And behold one man having come to him, said, Good teacher, what good thing should I do so that I may have eternal life? (aiōnios )
| هر که به خاطر من از برادر و خواهر، پدر و مادر و فرزند، خانه و زمین چشم بپوشد، صد چندان بیشتر خواهد یافت و زندگی جاوید را نیز به دست خواهد آورد. (aiōnios ) |
And every man who has forsaken houses, or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, because of my name, will receive a hundredfold, and will inherit eternal life. (aiōnios )
| کنار جاده درخت انجیری دید؛ جلو رفت تا میوه‌ای از آن بچیند. اما جز برگ چیز دیگری بر درخت نیافت. پس گفت: «باشد که دیگر هرگز از تو میوه‌ای به‌عمل نیاید!» بلافاصله درخت خشک شد. (aiōn ) |
And having seen a fig tree, one on the way, he came to it, and found nothing on it, except leaves only. And he says to it, Let fruit no longer be produced from thee into the age. And immediately the fig tree dried out. (aiōn )
| وای به حال شما ای علمای دین و فریسیان! شما همه جا را زیر پا می‌گذارید تا کسی را پیدا کنید که مرید شما شود؛ و وقتی موفق شدید، او را دو برابر بدتر از خودتان سزاوار جهنم می‌سازید. (Geenna ) |
Woe to you, scholars and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because ye encompass the sea and the land to make one proselyte, and when it happens, ye make him twice more a son of hell than yourselves. (Geenna )

Ye serpents, ye offspring of vipers, how will ye escape from the damnation of hell? (Geenna )

And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when will these things be? And what is the sign of thy coming, and of the termination of the age? (aiōn )
| «سپس به کسانی که در طرف چپ من قرار دارند، خواهم گفت:”ای لعنت شدگان از اینجا بروید و به آتش ابدی داخل شوید که برای ابلیس و فرشتگان او آماده شده است. (aiōnios ) |
Then he will also say to those at the left hand, Depart from me, ye accursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his agents. (aiōnios )
| «و این اشخاص به مجازات جاودان خواهند رسید، ولی نیکوکاران به زندگی جاوید خواهند پیوست.» (aiōnios ) |
And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life. (aiōnios )

teaching them to observe all things, as many as I commanded you. And lo, I am with you all the days, until the end of the age. Truly. (aiōn )

But whoever may blaspheme against the Holy Spirit has no forgiveness, into the age, but is deserving of eternal damnation, (aiōn , aiōnios )

| و اگر پایت باعث لغزش تو می‌شود، آن را قطع کن و دور انداز، زیرا بهتر است با یک پا به حیات وارد شوی، تا اینکه با دو پا به دوزخ انداخته شوی. (Geenna ) |
And if thy foot may cause thee to stumble, cut it off. It is good for thee to enter into life crippled, than having thy two feet to be cast into hell, into the unquenchable fire (Geenna )
| «اگر چشمت باعث لغزش تو می‌گردد، آن را از حدقه درآور، زیرا بهتر است با یک چشم وارد ملکوت خدا شوی تا اینکه با دو چشم به دوزخ انداخته شوی. (Geenna ) |
And if thine eye may cause thee to stumble, pluck it out. It is good for thee to enter into the kingdom of God one-eyed, rather than having two eyes to be cast into the hell of fire, (Geenna )
| وقتی عیسی عازم سفر بود، شخصی با عجله آمده، نزد او زانو زد و پرسید: «ای استاد نیکو، چه باید بکنم تا زندگی جاوید نصیبم شود؟» (aiōnios ) |
And as he was going forth on the way, one man having ran to him, and having knelt to him, questioned him, Good teacher, what should I do that I may inherit eternal life? (aiōnios )
| خدا به او صد برابر بیشتر خانه، برادر، خواهر، مادر و فرزند و زمین خواهد داد، همراه با رنج و زحمت. و در عالم آینده نیز زندگی جاوید نصیب او خواهد شد. (aiōn , aiōnios ) |
but he will receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brothers, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands-with persecutions-and in the coming age, eternal life. (aiōn , aiōnios )
| عیسی به درخت فرمود: «باشد که دیگر هرگز کسی از تو میوه نخورد!» و شاگردانش این را شنیدند. (aiōn ) |
And having responded, Jesus said to it, No man may eat fruit from thee, no more into the age. And his disciples heard it. (aiōn )

And they entreated him that he would not command them to go out into the abyss. (Abyssos )

And thou, Capernaum, which was exalted to the sky, will be thrust down to Hades. (Hadēs )
| روزی یکی از علمای دین که می‌خواست اعتقادات عیسی را امتحان کند، از او پرسید: «استاد، چه باید بکنم تا زندگی جاوید نصیبم شود؟» (aiōnios ) |
And behold, a certain lawyer stood up testing him, and saying, Teacher, having done what, would I inherit eternal life? (aiōnios )
| اما به شما خواهم گفت از که بترسید: از خدایی بترسید که هم قدرت دارد بکُشَد و هم به جهنم بیندازد. بله، از او باید ترسید. (Geenna ) |
But I will show you whom ye should fear. Fear him, who, after killing, has power to cast into hell. Yes, I say to you, fear ye him. (Geenna )
| «آن مرد ثروتمند، مباشر متقلب را تحسین کرد، زیرا با زیرکی عمل کرده بود! در واقع، مردمان این دنیا در روابط خود با دنیای پیرامون خود، زیرکتر از فرزندان نور هستند. (aiōn ) |
And his lord commended the unrighteous manager because he did shrewdly. Because the sons of this age are shrewder in their own generation than the sons of the light. (aiōn )

And I say to you, make friends for yourselves from the mammon of unrighteousness, so that, when ye cease, they may receive you into the eternal dwellings. (aiōnios )
| اما روحش به دنیای مردگان رفت. در آنجا، در همان حالی که عذاب می‌کشید، به بالا نگاه کرد و از دور ابراهیم را دید که ایلعازر در کنارش ایستاده است. (Hadēs ) |
And having lifted up his eyes in Hades, being in torments, he sees Abraham from afar and Lazarus by his bosom. (Hadēs )

And a certain ruler questioned him, saying, Good teacher, having done what, will I inherit eternal life? (aiōnios )
| در همین دنیا چندین برابر به او عوض داده خواهد شد و در عالم آینده نیز زندگی جاوید را خواهد یافت.» (aiōn , aiōnios ) |
who will, no, not receive back manifold more in this time, and in the coming age eternal life. (aiōn , aiōnios )
| عیسی جواب داد: «ازدواج، برای مردم فانی این دنیاست؛ (aiōn ) |
And having answered, Jesus said to them, The sons of this age marry, and are given in marriage, (aiōn )
| اما کسانی که شایسته شمرده شوند که به عالَم آینده و قیامت مردگان برسند، نه زن خواهند گرفت و نه شوهر خواهند کرد، (aiōn ) |
but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage. (aiōn )
| تا هر که به او ایمان آوَرَد، حیات جاویدان یابد. (aiōnios ) |
so that every man who believes in him would not perish, but may have eternal life. (aiōnios )
| زیرا خدا به قدری مردم جهان را دوست دارد که یگانه پسر خود را فرستاده است، تا هر که به او ایمان آورد، هلاک نشود بلکه زندگی جاوید بیابد. (aiōnios ) |
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, so that every man who believes in him would not perish, but have eternal life. (aiōnios )
| هر که به پسر خدا ایمان بیاورد، حیات جاویدان دارد. اما هر که از پسر خدا اطاعت نکند، هرگز حیات جاویدان را تجربه نخواهد کرد، بلکه خشم خدا بر او باقی می‌ماند.» (aiōnios ) |
He who believes in the Son has eternal life, but he who disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. (aiōnios )
| ولی کسی که از آبی که من می‌دهم بنوشد، هرگز تشنه نخواهد شد، بلکه آن آب در او تبدیل به چشمه‌ای جوشان خواهد شد و به او زندگی جاوید خواهد بخشید.» (aiōn , aiōnios ) |
but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will, no, not thirst into the age. But the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life. (aiōn , aiōnios )
| دروگران مزد خوبی می‌گیرند تا این محصول را در انبارهای آسمانی ذخیره کنند. چه برکت عظیمی نصیب کارنده و دروکننده می‌شود! (aiōnios ) |
And he who reaps receives a wage and gathers fruit for eternal life, so that both he who sows and he who reaps may rejoice together. (aiōnios )
| «حقیقت را به شما می‌گویم: هر که به کلام من گوش دهد و به خدا که مرا فرستاده است ایمان بیاورد، زندگی جاوید دارد و هرگز به خاطر گناهانش بازخواست نخواهد شد، بلکه از همان لحظه از مرگ نجات پیدا کرده، به زندگی جاوید پیوسته است. (aiōnios ) |
Truly, truly, I say to you, that he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life. And he does not come into condemnation, but has passed from death into life. (aiōnios )
| «شما کتب مقدّس را به دقّت بررسی می‌کنید، چون عقیده دارید که به شما زندگی جاوید می‌دهد. در صورتی که همان کتاب به من اشاره می‌کند و مرا به شما معرفی می‌نماید. (aiōnios ) |
Ye search the scriptures, because ye think to have eternal life in them, and those are testifying about me. (aiōnios )
| اینقدر در فکر چیزهای زودگذر این دنیا نباشید، بلکه نیروی خود را در راه کسب زندگی جاوید صرف کنید. این زندگی جاوید را پسر انسان به شما می‌بخشد، زیرا خدای پدر مُهر تأییدش را بر او زده است.» (aiōnios ) |
Work not for the food that perishes, but for the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of man will give to you, for God the Father put a seal on this man. (aiōnios )
| چون خواست خدا این است که هر که پسر او را دید و به او ایمان آورد، زندگی جاوید بیابد، و من در روز قیامت او را برخواهم خیزانید.» (aiōnios ) |
And this is the will of him who sent me, that every man who sees the Son, and believes in him, may have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. (aiōnios )

Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in me has eternal life. (aiōnios )

I am the living bread, having come down out of heaven. If any man eats of this bread, he will live into the age. And also, the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. (aiōn )
| ولی کسی که بدنم را بخورد و خونم را بنوشد زندگی جاوید دارد، و من در روز قیامت او را زنده خواهم ساخت. (aiōnios ) |
He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. (aiōnios )
| نان واقعی منم که از آسمان آمده‌ام. نانی که اجداد شما در بیابان خوردند، نتوانست ایشان را برای همیشه زنده نگه دارد. اما هر که از این نان بخورد، برای همیشه زنده خواهد ماند.» (aiōn ) |
This is the bread that came down out of heaven, not as your fathers ate the manna and died. He who eats this bread will live into the age. (aiōn )
| شمعون پطرس جواب داد: «سرور ما، نزد که برویم؟ فقط تویی که با سخنانت به انسان زندگی جاوید می‌بخشی. (aiōnios ) |
Simon Peter therefore answered him, Lord, to whom will we go? Thou have sayings of eternal life. (aiōnios )
| برده جایگاهی دائمی در خانواده ندارد، اما پسر برای همیشه متعلق به آن خانواده است. (aiōn ) |
And the bondman does not remain in the house into the age. The Son remains into the age. (aiōn )

Truly, truly, I say to you, if any man keeps my word, he will, no, not see death, into the age. (aiōn )
| سران یهود گفتند: «حالا دیگر برای ما ثابت شد که تو دیوزده‌ای. ابراهیم و تمام پیامبران بزرگ خدا مردند؛ حال، تو ادعا می‌کنی که هر که از تو اطاعت کند، هرگز نخواهد مرد؟ (aiōn ) |
The Jews therefore said to him, Now we know that thou have a demon. Abraham died, and the prophets, and thou say, If any man keeps my word, he will, no, not taste of death, into the age. (aiōn )
| از آغاز جهان تا به حال هیچوقت کسی پیدا نشده که بتواند چشمان کور مادرزاد را باز کند. (aiōn ) |
From the age, it was not heard that any man opened the eyes of a man who was born blind. (aiōn )
| من به ایشان زندگی جاوید می‌بخشم تا هرگز هلاک نشوند. هیچ‌کس نیز نمی‌تواند ایشان را از دست من بگیرد. (aiōn , aiōnios ) |
And I give them eternal life, and they will, no, not perish into the age, and not any will snatch them out of my hand. (aiōn , aiōnios )
| و چون به من ایمان دارد، زندگی جاوید یافته، هرگز هلاک نخواهد شد. مارتا! آیا به این گفتۀ من ایمان داری؟» (aiōn ) |
And every man who lives and believes in me will, no, not die, into the age. Do thou believe this? (aiōn )
| اگر کسی جان خود را دوست بدارد، آن را از دست خواهد داد. اما کسی که در این جهان از جان خود بگذرد، آن را برای حیات جاویدان حفظ خواهد کرد. (aiōnios ) |
He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. (aiōnios )
| مردم پرسیدند: «تو از مرگ سخن می‌گویی؟ تا جایی که ما می‌دانیم مسیح باید همیشه زنده بماند و هرگز نمیرد. پس چرا تو می‌گویی که مسیح باید بمیرد؟ اصلاً دربارهٔ که صحبت می‌کنی؟» (aiōn ) |
The multitude answered him, We have heard from the law that the Christ remains into the age. And how can thou say, The Son of man must be lifted up? Who is this Son of man? (aiōn )
| و می‌دانم که احکام او انسان را به زندگی جاوید می‌رساند. پس من هر چه می‌گویم، همان است که خدا به من می‌فرماید.» (aiōnios ) |
And I know that his commandment is eternal life. Therefore what things I speak, just as the Father has said to me, so I speak. (aiōnios )
| پطرس بار دیگر با اصرار گفت: «نه، هرگز نمی‌گذارم پاهای مرا بشویی.» عیسی فرمود: «اگر پاهای تو را نشویم تو به من تعلق نخواهی داشت.» (aiōn ) |
Peter says to him, Thou may, no, not wash my feet into the age. Jesus answered him, If I may not wash thee, thou have no part with me. (aiōn )
| و من از پدرم درخواست خواهم کرد تا پشتیبان و تسلی‌بخش دیگری به شما عطا نماید که همیشه با شما بماند. (aiōn ) |
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another helper, so that he may dwell with you into the age, (aiōn )
| زیرا تو اختیار زندگی تمام مردم دنیا را به دست او سپرده‌ای؛ و او به آن عده‌ای که به او عطا کرده‌ای، زندگی جاوید می‌بخشد. (aiōnios ) |
just as thou gave him authority over all flesh, so that all things that thou have given him, he will give them eternal life. (aiōnios )
| و حیات جاویدان این است که تو را که یگانه خدای راستین هستی، و عیسی مسیح را که فرستاده‌ای، بشناسند. (aiōnios ) |
And this is eternal life, that they should know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou sent. (aiōnios )
| زیرا تو جان مرا در چنگال مرگ رها نخواهی کرد و نخواهی گذاشت قُدّوسِ تو در قبر بپوسد. (Hadēs ) |
Because thou will not leave my soul in Hades, nor will thou give thy Holy man to see decay. (Hadēs )
| داوود به آیندهٔ دور نگاه می‌کرد و زنده شدن مسیح را می‌دید و می‌گفت که خدا جان او را در چنگال مرگ رها نخواهد کرد و نخواهد گذاشت بدنش در قبر بپوسد. (Hadēs ) |
Having foreseen this, he spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that his soul was not left behind in Hades, nor did his flesh see decay. (Hadēs )
| چون همان‌طور که خدا از زمانهای قدیم به زبان انبیای مقدّس خود فرموده بود، او باید در آسمان بماند، تا زمانی فرا برسد که خدا همه چیز را اِحیا کند و به حالت اول برگرداند. (aiōn ) |
whom heaven must indeed receive until the times of restoration of all things, of which God spoke through the mouth of all his holy prophets from the age. (aiōn )
| آنگاه پولس و برنابا با دلیری گفتند: «لازم بود که پیغام خدا را اول به شما یهودیان برسانیم. ولی حالا که شما آن را رد کردید، آن را به غیریهودیان اعلام خواهیم کرد، چون شما نشان دادید که لایق حیات جاودانی نیستید. (aiōnios ) |
But having spoken boldly, Paul and Barnabas said, It was necessary for the word of God to be spoken first to you, but since ye thrust it away, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. (aiōnios )
| وقتی غیریهودیان این را شنیدند، بسیار شاد شدند و خداوند را برای پیامش سپاس گفتند، و آنان که برای حیات جاودانی تعیین شده بودند، ایمان آوردند. (aiōnios ) |
And hearing this, the Gentiles were glad and glorified the word of the Lord. And as many as were appointed for eternal life believed. (aiōnios )

Known to God from the age are all his works. (aiōn )
| انسان از ابتدا، آسمان و زمین و چیزهایی را که خدا آفریده، دیده است و با دیدن آنها می‌تواند به وجود خدا و قدرت ابدی او که نادیدنی هستند پی ببرد. پس وقتی در روز داوری در حضور خدا می‌ایستد، برای بی‌ایمانی خود هیچ عذر و بهانه‌ای ندارد. (aïdios ) |
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things made, both his eternal power and divinity, for them to be without excuse. (aïdios )
| ایشان حقایق الهی را با دروغ معاوضه کردند و بدین‌سان، مخلوقات را به جای خدا پرستش کردند – خدایی که شایستۀ ستایش ابدی است! آمین. (aiōn ) |
who changed the truth of God into the lie, and worshiped and served the creation against him who created it, who is blessed into the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
| او زندگی جاوید را به کسانی می‌بخشد که با صبر و تحمل، آنچه را که راست است، به عمل می‌آورند و خواستار جلال و احترام و بقایی هستند که خدا عطا می‌کند. (aiōnios ) |
to those who indeed seek by perseverance of good work, glory and esteem and immortality-eternal life- (aiōnios )
| به این طریق، همان‌طور که گناه بر مردمان فرمانروایی می‌کرد و ایشان را به سوی مرگ سوق می‌داد، اکنون نیز فیض شگفت‌انگیز خدا به جای آن حکومت می‌کند، و ما را وارد رابطه‌ای درست با خدا می‌سازد، که منتهی به حیات جاویدان در خداوند ما عیسی مسیح می‌شود. (aiōnios ) |
so that, as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign, through righteousness, for eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (aiōnios )
| اما الان شما از قدرت گناه آزاد شده‌اید و در خدمت خدا هستید؛ بنابراین، او نیز شما را هر روز پاکتر و شایسته‌تر می‌سازد تا سرانجام زندگی جاوید نصیبتان گردد. (aiōnios ) |
But now having been made free from sin, and having become servile to God, ye have your fruit for sanctification, and the end, eternal life. (aiōnios )
| زیرا هر که گناه کند، تنها دستمزدی که خواهد یافت، مرگ است؛ اما هر که به خداوند ما عیسی مسیح ایمان آورد، پاداش او از خدا زندگی جاوید است. (aiōnios ) |
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (aiōnios )
| مردان بزرگ خدا، اجداد شما بودند. مسیح نیز که اکنون بر همه چیز حاکم است، از لحاظ طبیعت بشری خود، مانند شما یهودی بود. خدا را تا ابد سپاس باد! (aiōn ) |
of whom are the fathers, and from whom (according to flesh) is the Christ, God who is over all is blessed into the ages. Truly. (aiōn )

or, Who will descend into the abyss? (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead). (Abyssos )

For God has confined all men in disobedience, so that he might be merciful to all. (eleēsē )

And be not conformed to this age, but be ye transformed by the renewal of your mind, for ye to approve what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (aiōn )

Now to him who is able to establish you according to my good news, and the preaching of Jesus Christ according to a revelation of the mystery that has been kept secret for eternal times, (aiōnios )

but that was now revealed, and by prophetic scriptures, according to a commandment of the eternal God that was made known to all the nations for obedience of faith, (aiōnios )
| بر آن خدایی که دانای یکتاست، به‌وسیلۀ عیسی مسیح تا ابد جلال باد! آمین. (aiōn ) |
to the only wise God through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory into the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
| پس کجایند این خردمندان و علمای دین و فلاسفه که دربارهٔ مسائل عمیق دنیا به بحث می‌پردازند؟ خدا ایشان را جاهل ساخته و نشان داده است که عقل و حکمت آنان پوچ و باطل است. (aiōn ) |
Where is a wise man? Where is a scholar? Where is a researcher of this age? Did not God make foolish the wisdom of this world? (aiōn )
| با این حال، وقتی در میان مسیحیان باتجربه هستم، در سخنانم از حکمت و فلسفه استفاده می‌کنم، اما نه از حکمت و فلسفه‌ای که مورد پسند دنیا و حاکمان آن است، حاکمانی که محکوم به نابودی‌اند. (aiōn ) |
But we speak wisdom among the fully developed, but not a wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age who come to nothing. (aiōn )

But we speak a wisdom of God in a hidden mystery, which God predestined before the ages for our glory, (aiōn )
| حتی حاکمان این دنیا نیز آن را درک نکردند، زیرا اگر درک می‌کردند، خداوندِ جلال را بر صلیب نمی‌کشیدند. (aiōn ) |
which none of the rulers of this age have known. For if they had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (aiōn )
| دیگر خود را فریب ندهید. اگر طبق معیارهای این جهان، خود را صاحب هوش و خرد فوق‌العاده‌ای می‌دانید، اول باید نادان شوید تا بتوانید حکیم واقعی باشید، (aiōn ) |
Let not one man deceive himself. If any man among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become foolish so that he may become wise. (aiōn )

Therefore if food causes my brother to stumble, I will no, not eat meat into the age, so that I may not cause my brother to stumble. (aiōn )
| تمام اتفاقات و بلایایی که بر سر قوم ما آمد، برای این نوشته شد که ما بخوانیم و همان اشتباهات را تکرار نکنیم، تا در این روزهای آخر که دنیا به پایان خود نزدیک می‌شود، درس عبرتی بگیریم. (aiōn ) |
Now all these things happened to those men for examples, and they were written for our admonition, to whom the ends of the ages came. (aiōn )

O death, where is thy sting? O Hades, where is thy victory? (Hadēs )

in whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, in order for the light of the good news of the glory of the Christ (who is a likeness of God) not to shine forth to them. (aiōn )

For our slight momentary affliction works for us an eternal weight of glory from extraordinariness to extraordinariness, (aiōnios )
| پس ما به چیزهایی چشم می‌دوزیم که نادیدنی هستند، نه به چیزهای دیدنی، زیرا آنچه دیدنی است، زودگذر است، حال آنکه امور نادیدنی جاودانی هستند. (aiōnios ) |
while we look not at things seen, but at things not seen. For things seen are temporal, but things not seen are eternal. (aiōnios )

For we know that if the earthly house of our tent were destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made by hands, eternal in the heavens. (aiōnios )
| چنانکه نوشته شده است: «او با گشاده‌دستی به نیازمندان کمک می‌کند و محبت و نیکوکاری‌اش همواره مایهٔ افتخارش خواهد بود.» (aiōn ) |
as it is written, He has scattered abroad. He has given to the poor. His righteousness endures into the age. (aiōn )

The God and Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, he who is blessed into the ages, knows that I do not lie. (aiōn )
| زیرا مسیح، به خواست پدر ما خدا، جان خود را فدا کرد و مُرد تا گناهان ما بخشیده شود و از این دنیای آلوده به گناه نجات یابیم. (aiōn ) |
who gave himself for our sins, so that he might rescue us, according to the will of our God and Father, out of the evil age that has come, (aiōn )

to whom is the glory into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
| هر که برای ارضای خواسته‌های طبیعت گناه‌آلود خود بذر بکارد، از این طبیعت گناه‌آلود تباهی و مرگ روحانی را خواهد درَوید. اما هر که برای خرسندی روح‌القدس بذر بکارد، حیات جاودانی را از همان روح درو خواهد کرد. (aiōnios ) |
Because he who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. (aiōnios )
| در جایگاهی بس برتر از منزلتِ هر حاکمیت، اقتدار، قدرت، سلطنت، و هر صاحب‌منصبی در آسمان که مردمان به او متوسّل می‌گردند، چه در این عالَم و چه در عالَم آینده. (aiōn ) |
far above every principle office, and position of authority, and power, and lordship, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is coming. (aiōn )
| شما در گناه زندگی می‌کردید، آن هنگام که از روشهای این دنیا و از فرمانروای قدرت هوا پیروی می‌نمودید، یعنی همان روحی که هم اکنون در طغیانگران عمل می‌کند. (aiōn ) |
in which ye once walked according to the era of this world, according to the ruler of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the sons of disobedience. (aiōn )
| تا از این طریق، بتواند عظمت وصف‌ناپذیرِ فیض خود در مسیح عیسی را در اعصار آینده، به همه نشان دهد، فیضی که در مهربانی‌اش نسبت به ما تجلی یافته است. (aiōn ) |
So that in the coming ages he might show the transcending wealth of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. (aiōn )
| و برای همه روشن سازم که خدا این راز را چگونه به اجرا درمی‌آوَرَد، رازی که در قرون و اعصار گذشته، در خدای آفرینندۀ همه چیز پنهان نگاه داشته شده بود. (aiōn ) |
and to make all men see what is the administration of the mystery hidden from the ages in God who created all things through Jesus Christ. (aiōn )
| و این درست همان طرح ابدی او بوده که آن را توسط خداوندِ ما، مسیحْ عیسی، عملی ساخته است. (aiōn ) |
according to the purpose of the ages, which he made in Christ Jesus our Lord, (aiōn )
| او را در کلیسا و در مسیحْ عیسی در جمیع نسل‌ها، تا ابدالآباد جلال باد. آمین. (aiōn ) |
to him is the glory in the church in Christ Jesus for all generations of the age of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
| بدانید که جنگ ما با انسان‌ها نیست، انسانهایی که گوشت و خون دارند؛ بلکه ما با موجودات نامرئی می‌جنگیم که بر دنیای نامرئی حکومت می‌کنند، یعنی بر موجودات شیطانی و فرمانروایان شرور تاریکی. بله، جنگ ما با اینها است، با لشکرهایی از ارواح شرور که در دنیای ارواح زندگی می‌کنند. (aiōn ) |
Because our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principal offices, against the positions of authority, against the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, against the spiritual things of wickedness in the heavenly things. (aiōn )

Now to our God and Father is the glory into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )

the mystery that was hidden from the ages and from the generations, but has now been made known to his sanctified. (aiōn )
| ایشان به مجازات جاودانی خواهند رسید، و تا ابد از حضور خداوند دور خواهند ماند و هرگز شکوه و عظمت قدرت او را نخواهند دید. (aiōnios ) |
Men who will suffer punishment, a penalty of eternal destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might, (aiōnios )
| خود خداوند ما عیسی مسیح و پدر ما خدا، که ما را محبت نمود و از روی لطف بی‌پایان خویش، تسلی و امید جاودانی به ما بخشید، (aiōnios ) |
And may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and our God and Father who loved us and gave eternal encouragement and good hope through grace, (aiōnios )
| اما خدا بر من رحم کرد، تا به این ترتیب عیسی مسیح بتواند مرا به عنوان نمونه‌ای برای دیگران به کار ببرد و نشان دهد که حتی نسبت به بدترین گناهکاران صبور است، تا دیگران نیز دریابند که می‌توانند زندگی جاوید داشته باشند. (aiōnios ) |
But because of this I obtained mercy, so that in me, the foremost, Jesus Christ might show forth all longsuffering for an example of those who were going to believe in him for eternal life. (aiōnios )
| جلال و حرمت شایستهٔ خدایی است که پادشاه تمام دورانهاست. او نادیدنی و غیرفانی است. تنها او خداست، و اوست دانای کل. آمین! (aiōn ) |
Now to the King of the ages, immortal, invisible, alone wise, to God is honor and glory into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
| در جنگ نیکوی ایمان به‌خوبی بجنگ و به دست آور آن زندگی جاوید را که خدا تو را به آن فراخواند، آن هنگام که در حضور گواهان بسیار، اعتراف نیکو کردی. (aiōnios ) |
Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life for which thou are called, and confessed the good confession in the sight of many witnesses. (aiōnios )
| تنها اوست که فناناپذیر است، و در نوری سکونت دارد که کسی را یارای نزدیک شدن به آن نیست، و هیچ بشری او را ندیده و نخواهد دید. عزت و قدرت تا به ابد بر او باد. آمین. (aiōnios ) |
who alone has immortality, dwelling in irreproachable light, whom no man has seen, nor can see, to whom is honor and eternal dominion. Truly. (aiōnios )
| به کسانی که در این دنیا ثروتی دارند بگو که مغرور نشوند و به آن امید نبندند چون دیر یا زود از بین خواهد رفت، بلکه امیدشان به خدا باشد که هر چه لازم داریم سخاوتمندانه برای ما فراهم می‌سازد تا از آنها لذّت ببریم. (aiōn ) |
Command the rich in the present age not to be arrogant, nor hope in the uncertainty of wealth, but in the living God, who supplies us all things abundantly for enjoyment, (aiōn )
| این خداست که ما را نجات داد و برای زندگی مقدّس برگزید، نه به دلیل لیاقت ما، بلکه به سبب اینکه پیش از آفرینش جهان اراده فرموده بود فیض خود را به‌وسیلۀ عیسی مسیح به ما نشان دهد. (aiōnios ) |
Who saved us and who called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before times eternal. (aiōnios )
| اما من حاضرم در راه برگزیدگان خدا بیش از اینها زحمت ببینم تا ایشان نیز نجات و جلال جاودانی را از عیسی مسیح بیابند. (aiōnios ) |
Because of this I endure all things because of the chosen, so that they also may experience salvation in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory. (aiōnios )
| زیرا دیماس مرا ترک کرده است؛ او به خاطر علائق و دلبستگی‌هایش به امور این دنیا، به تسالونیکی رفته است. در ضمن کریسکیس به غلاطیه و تیتوس به دلماتیه رفته‌اند. (aiōn ) |
for Demas forsook me having loved the present age, and he went to Thessalonica, Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia. (aiōn )
| بله، خداوند مرا از هر اتفاق بدی حفظ خواهد کرد و سلامت به ملکوت آسمانی خود خواهد رساند. جلال تا ابد از آن خداوند باد. آمین. (aiōn ) |
And the Lord will rescue me from every evil work, and will save me for his heavenly kingdom, to whom is the glory into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
| این حقیقت به ایشان اطمینان می‌بخشد که از حیات جاویدان برخوردارند، حیاتی که خدایی که دروغ نمی‌گوید، از ازل وعده‌اش را داده بود، (aiōnios ) |
in hope of eternal life, which the non-lying God promised before times eternal, (aiōnios )
| و به ما می‌آموزد که از زندگی بی‌بند و بار و خوشگذرانی‌های گناه‌آلود دست بکشیم و زندگی پاک و خداپسندانه‌ای در این دنیا داشته باشیم. (aiōn ) |
disciplining us, so that, having denied irreverence and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and piously in the present age. (aiōn )
| تا به فیض او، بی‌گناه به شمار بیاییم، و اطمینان داشته باشیم که زندگی ابدی را به ارث خواهیم برد. (aiōnios ) |
So that, having been made righteous by the grace of that man, we may become heirs according to the hope of eternal life. (aiōnios )
| شاید او به این دلیل برای مدتی کوتاه از تو جدا شد تا برای همیشه نزد تو بازگردد، (aiōnios ) |
For perhaps because of this he departed for an hour, so that thou might receive him back forever, (aiōnios )
| اما در این ایام آخر، توسط پسرش با ما سخن گفت. خدا در واقع، اختیار همه چیز را به پسر خود سپرده و جهان و تمام موجودات را به‌وسیله او آفریده است. (aiōn ) |
spoke to us in these last days by a Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the ages. (aiōn )
| اما دربارهٔ پسرش می‌فرماید: «ای خدا، سلطنت تو تا ابد برقرار است؛ اساس حکومت تو، بر عدل و راستی است؛ (aiōn ) |
But toward the Son, Thy throne, O God, is into the age of the age. The scepter of thy kingdom is a scepter of straightness. (aiōn )
| همچنین، در جای دیگر به او گفت: «تو تا ابد کاهن هستی، کاهنی همانند مِلکیصِدِق.» (aiōn ) |
(And just as he says in another, Thou are a priest into the age according to the order of Melchizedek.) (aiōn )
| پس از گذراندن این تجربه بود که نشان داد به حد کمال رسیده و می‌تواند نجات ابدی را نصیب آنانی سازد که از او اطاعت می‌نمایند؛ (aiōnios ) |
And having been fully perfected, he became the source of eternal salvation to all those who obey him, (aiōnios )
| دیگر نیازی نیست بیش از این، دربارهٔ غُسلها، دستگذاری‌ها، قیامت مردگان، و مجازات ابدی، شما را تعلیم دهیم. (aiōnios ) |
of doctrine of washings, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. (aiōnios )
| و نیکویی کلام خدا را چشیدند و قدرتهای عالَم آینده را نیز تجربه کردند، (aiōn ) |
and who tasted the good word of God and the powers of the coming age, (aiōn )
| اما عیسی جلوتر از ما وارد این جایگاه شده، تا در مقام کاهن اعظم، همانند مِلْکیصِدِق، برای ما شفاعت کند. (aiōn ) |
where the forerunner, Jesus, entered for us, having become a high priest into the age according to the order of Melchizedek. (aiōn )
| در مزامیر نیز به همین موضوع اشاره شده که: «تو تا ابد کاهن هستی، کاهنی همانند مِلکیصِدِق.» (aiōn ) |
For he testifies, Thou are a priest into the age according to the order of Melchizedek. (aiōn )
| اما کهانت عیسی با سوگند همراه بود، زیرا خدا به او گفت: «خداوند سوگند خورده است و از آن برنخواهد گشت، که تو تا ابد کاهن هستی.» (aiōn ) |
but he with an oath, because of him who says to him, The Lord swore and will not change his mind, Thou are a priest into the age according to the order of Melchizedek. (aiōn )
| اما عیسی، از آنجا که تا ابد زنده است، برای همیشه کاهن می‌باشد و نیازی به جانشین ندارد. (aiōn ) |
but he, because of his remaining into the age, has the priesthood unchangeable. (aiōn )
| کاهنان اعظم که مطابق شریعت موسی به این مقام می‌رسند، افرادی ضعیف می‌باشند که نمی‌توانند خود را از گناه دور نگاه دارند. اما مدتها بعد از اعطای شریعت، خدا پسر خود را که برای همیشه کامل می‌باشد، در مقام کاهن اعظم تعیین کرد و در این خصوص سوگند یاد کرد. (aiōn ) |
For the law appoints men high priests who have weakness, but the word of the oath after the law, a Son who has been fully perfected into the age. (aiōn )
| او یکبار و برای همیشه به مقدّسترین جایگاه وارد شد و خون قربانی را بر تخت رحمت پاشید، اما نه خون بز یا گوساله، بلکه خون خود را، که با آن نجات ابدی ما را فراهم ساخت. (aiōnios ) |
and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, he entered in once into the Holy things, having found eternal redemption. (aiōnios )
| پس ببینید چقدر بیشتر خون مسیح وجدان ما را از اعمال منتهی به مرگ پاک خواهد ساخت تا بتوانیم خدای زنده را خدمت و عبادت کنیم. زیرا مسیح به‌واسطۀ روح ابدی خدا، خود را بدون عیب به خدا تقدیم کرد. (aiōnios ) |
how much more the blood of Christ, who, through the eternal Spirit, offered himself unblemished to God, will cleanse your conscience from dead works in order to serve a living God? (aiōnios )
| به این ترتیب، مسیح با این پیمان جدید آمد تا تمام کسانی که از جانب خدا دعوت شده‌اند، بتوانند به سوی او آمده، برکات ابدی موعود را بیابند؛ زیرا مسیح در راه گناهان ایشان فدا شد تا ایشان را از مجازات گناهانی که در چارچوب شریعت قدیم مرتکب شده‌اند، آزاد سازد. (aiōnios ) |
And because of this he is mediator of a new covenant, so that a death having occurred for the redemption of the transgressions against the first covenant, those who are called might take the promise of the eternal inheritance. (aiōnios )
| اگر چنین چیزی لازم می‌بود، مسیح مجبور می‌شد از ابتدای عالم تا حال دائماً جان خود را فدا کند. اما چنین نیست. مسیح یک بار و برای همیشه در اواخر عالم آمد تا جان خود را در راه ما فدا کند و تا ابد قدرت گناه را ریشه‌کن سازد. (aiōn ) |
since it would be necessary for him to suffer often, from the foundation of the world. But now once, at the end of the ages, he was made known for an annulment of sin by the sacrifice of himself. (aiōn )
| با ایمان است که درمی‌یابیم عالَم هستی به امر خدا شکل گرفت، به گونه‌ای که آنچه دیدنی است، از آنچه قابل دیدن بود، ساخته نشد. (aiōn ) |
By faith we understand the ages to have been prepared by the word of God. For the things that are seen do not come to be from that which is visible. (aiōn )
| عیسی مسیح دیروز و امروز و تا ابد همان است. (aiōn ) |
Jesus Christ, the same yesterday and today, and into the ages. (aiōn )
| و حال دعا می‌کنم به حضور خدایی که منشاء آرامش است، به حضور خدایی که خداوند ما عیسی را که شبان اعظم گوسفندان است پس از مرگ زنده کرد و با خون او، پیمان ابدی را تأیید نمود؛ (aiōnios ) |
Now the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep by the blood of an eternal covenant-our Lord Jesus- (aiōnios )
| و از او می‌خواهم که شما را با آنچه نیاز دارید مجهز سازد تا ارادهٔ او را بجا آورید، و نیز به قدرت عیسی مسیح آنچه را که پسندیدهٔ اوست، در ما عملی سازد. شکوه و جلال تا ابد از آن مسیح باد. آمین. (aiōn ) |
may he make you fully qualified in every good work in order to do his will, doing in you what is well-pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )
| زبان نیز همچون آتش است، و دنیایی از ناراستی در میان اندامهای بدن، که سر تا پای آن را آلوده می‌سازد، و کل مسیر زندگی‌مان را به آتش می‌کِشَد، و خودش نیز به آتش دوزخ خواهد سوخت. (Geenna ) |
And the tongue is a fire, the world of unrighteousness. Thus, the tongue is made to lead among our body-parts, defiling the whole body, and setting the cycle of nature on fire, and being set on fire by hell. (Geenna )
| زیرا تولد تازه یافته‌اید، نه از تخم فانی بلکه از تخم غیرفانی که به شما زندگی جاودان می‌بخشد، یعنی از کلام خدا که زنده و باقی است. (aiōn ) |
begotten again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the word of God that lives and remains into the age. (aiōn )
| اما کلام خدا تا ابد پا برجا می‌ماند.» این کلام، همان پیام نجاتبخش انجیل است که به شما نیز بشارت داده شده است. (aiōn ) |
but the word of the Lord endures into the age. And this is the word, the good news that was preached to you. (aiōn )

If any man speaks, as oracles of God. If any man serves, as of ability as God supplies. So that God may be glorified in all things through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory and the dominion into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn )

And we know that the Son of God comes, and has given us understanding, so that we may know the true. And we are in the true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and the eternal life. (aiōnios )

And the agents who did not keep their own principality, but left their own habitation, he has kept reserved in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day. (aïdios )

As Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them, the same kind of way with these who indulged in fornication, and who went rear of queer flesh, are set forth an example, undergoing the punishment of eternal fire. (aiōnios )
