भजनसंग्रह 104
1 मेरो सारा जीवनले म परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर्नेछु । हे परमप्रभु मेरो परमेश्वर, तपाई अति महान् हुनुहुन्छ । तपाईं वैभव र ऐश्वर्यले विभूषित हुनुहुन्छ ।
Bless the LORD O my soul, O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
2 तपाईंले आफूलाई लुगाले झैं ज्योतिले ढाक्नुहुन्छ । तपाईंले आकाशलाई पालको पर्दालाई झैं फैलाउनुहुन्छ ।
Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment; who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
3 तपाईंले आफ्नो कोठाहरूका दलिनहरू बादलमा राख्नुहुन्छ । तपाईंले बदललाई आफ्नो रथ बनाउनुहुन्छ । तपाईं हावाको पखेटाहरूमा हिंड्नुहुन्छ ।
Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters; who maketh the clouds his chariot; who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
4 उहाँले हावालाई आफ्नो दूतहरू र आगोका ज्वालाहरूलाई आफ्ना सेवकहरू बनाउनुहुन्छ ।
Who maketh winds his messengers; his ministers a flaming fire:
5 उहाँले पृथ्वीका जगहरू बसाल्नुभयो र त्यो कहिल्यै हटाइनेछैन ।
Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved for ever.
6 तपाईंले पृथ्वीलाई लुगाले झैं पानीले ढाक्नुभयो । पानीले पहाडहरू ढाके ।
Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a vesture; the waters stood above the mountains.
7 तपाईंको हप्कीले पानीहरू पछि हटेर गए । तपाईंको गर्जनको सोरमा तिनीहरू भागे ।
At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away;
8 तपाईंले तिनीहरूका निम्ति तोक्नुभएका ठाउँहरूमा पहाडहरू उठे र बेसीहरू फैलिए ।
They went up by the mountains, they went down by the valleys, unto the place which thou hadst founded for them.
9 तपाईंले तिनीहरूका निम्ति सिमाना तोक्नुभएको छ, जुन तिनीहरूले नाघ्ने छैनन् । तिनीहरूले पृथ्वीलाई फेरि ढाक्नेछैनन् ।
Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
10 उहाँले मूलहरूलाई बेसीहरूमा बगाउनुभयो । पहाडहरूका बिचबाट खोलाहरू बग्छन् ।
He sendeth forth springs into the valleys; they run among the mountains:
11 तिनीहरूले मैदानका सबै जनावरलाई पानी दिन्छन् । जङ्गली गधाहरूले आफ्नो तिर्खा मेटाउँछन् ।
They give drink to every beast of the field; the wild asses quench their thirst.
12 नदीका किनाराहरूमा चराहरूले आफ्ना गुँड बनाउँछन् । तिनीहरूले हाँगाहरूमा गाउँछन् ।
By them the fowl of the heaven have their habitation, they sing among the branches.
13 आकाशमा भएको पानीका आफ्ना भण्डारहरूबाट उहाँले पहाडहरूलाई पानीले भिजाउनुहुन्छ । पृथ्वी उहाँको श्रमको फलले पूर्ण छ ।
He watereth the mountains from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
14 उहाँले गाईवस्तुको निम्ति घाँस र मानिसलाई खेती गर्न बिरुवाहरू उमार्नुहुन्छ, ताकि मनिसले पृथ्वीबाट खानेकुरा उत्पादन गरोस् ।
He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man; that he may bring forth food out of the earth:
15 मानिसलाई खुसी राख्न दाखमद्य, त्यसको अनुहार चम्किलो पार्न तेल र त्यसको जीवन बचाउन खानेकुरा उहाँले बनाउनुहुन्छ ।
And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, [and] oil to make his face to shine, and bread that strengtheneth man’s heart.
16 परमप्रभुका रूखहरूले प्रशस्त पानी पाउँछन् । लेबनानको देवदारु जसलाई उहाँले रोप्नुभयो ।
The trees of the LORD are satisfied; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
17 चराहरूले त्यहाँ गुँड बनाउँछन् । सारसले सल्लाका रूखहरूलाई आफ्नो घर बनाउँछ ।
Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
18 घोरलहरू उच्च पहाडहरूतिर बस्छन् । पहाडका टाकुराहरू खरायोहरूका शरणस्थान हुन् ।
The high mountains are for the wild goats; the rocks are a refuge for the conies.
19 उहाँले चन्द्रमालाई ऋतु चिनाउनलाई तोक्नुभयो । सुर्यले आफ्नो अस्ताउने समय जान्दछ ।
He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
20 तपाईंले रातको अँध्यारो बनाउनुहुन्छ, जब वनका सबै पशुहरू बाहिर निस्किन्छन् ।
Thou makest darkness, and it is night; Wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
21 जवान सिंहहरू आफ्ना शिकारको निम्ति गर्जिन्छन् र परमेश्वरबाट आफ्नो खानेकुरा खोज्छन् ।
The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
22 जब सूर्य उदाउँछ, तिनीहरू फर्कन्छन् र आफ्ना खोरहरूमा सुत्छन् ।
The sun ariseth, they get them away, and lay them down in their dens.
23 यसबिच मानिसहरू आ-आफ्ना काममा बाहिर जान्छन् र साँझसम्म नै परिश्रम गर्छन् ।
Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
24 हे परमप्रभु, तपाईंका कामहरू कति धेरै र फरक किसिमका छन्! बुद्धिले तपाईंले तिनीहरू सबै बनाउनुभयो । पृथ्वी तपाईंको कामहरूले भरिन्छ ।
O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
25 त्यहाँ गहिरो र फराकिलो, साना र ठुला दुवै असंख्या प्राणीले भरिएको समुद्र छ ।
Yonder is the sea, great and wide, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
26 पानी जहाजहरू त्यहाँ यात्रा गर्छन् र लिव्यातन पनि त्यहाँ छ, जसलाई तपाईंले समुद्रमा खेल्नलाई बनाउनुभयो ।
There go the ships; there is leviathan, whom thou hast formed to take his pastime therein.
27 यी सबैले समयमा आफ्नो खाना पाउनलाई तपाईंतिर हेर्छन् ।
These wait all upon thee, that thou mayest give them their meat in due season.
28 तपाईंले तिनीहरूलाई दिनुहुँदा, तिनीहरूले बटुल्छन् । तपाईंले आफ्नो हात खोल्नुहुँदा, तिनीहरू सन्तुष्ट हुन्छन् ।
That thou givest unto them they gather; thou openest thine hand, they are satisfied with good.
29 तपाईंले आफ्नो मुख लुकाउनुहुँदा, तिनीहरू संकष्टमा पर्छन् । तपाईंले तिनीहरूको सास लिनुभयो भने, तिनीहरू मर्छन् र धूलोमा फर्किन्छन् ।
Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled; thou takest away their breath they die, and return to their dust.
30 तपाईंले तपाईंको आत्मा पठाउनुहुँदा तिनीहरू सृष्टि हुन्छन् र तपाईंले गाउँलाई नयाँ तुल्याउनुहुन्छ ।
Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created; and thou renewest the face of the ground.
31 परमप्रभुको महिमा सदासर्वदा रहिरहोस् । परमप्रभु आफ्नो सृष्टिमा आनन्दित हुनुभएको होस् ।
Let the glory of the LORD endure for ever; let the LORD rejoice in his works:
32 उहाँले तल पृथ्वीमा हेर्नुहुन्छ र त्यो हल्लिन्छ । उहाँले पहाडहरूलाई छुनुहुन्छ र तिनीहरूमा धूवाँ निस्कन्छ ।
Who looketh on the earth, and it trembleth; he toucheth the mountains, and they smoke.
33 आफ्नो सारा जीवनभरि म परमप्रभुको निम्ति गीत गाउनेछु । म बाँचुन्जेल आफ्नो परमेश्वरको स्तुति गाउनेछु ।
I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.
34 मेरो विचारहरू उहाँलाई मन पर्दो होस् । म परमप्रभुमा आनन्दित हुनेछु ।
Let my meditation be sweet unto him: I will rejoice in the LORD.
35 पापीहरू पृथ्वीबाट लोप होऊन् र दुष्टहरू कदापि नरहून् । आफ्नो सारा जीवनभरि म परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर्छु । परमप्रभुको स्तुति होस् ।
Let sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.
