यशैया 23
1 टुरोसको बारेमा एउटा घोषणाः ए तर्शीशका पानी जहाजहरू हो कराओ । किनकि त्यहाँ न घर छ न बन्दरगाह नै छ । साइप्रसको देशबाट यो कुरा तिनीहरूलाई प्रकट गरिएको छ ।
[the] oracle of Tyre wail - O ships of Tarshish for it has been devastated from house from coming from [the] land of Cyprus it has been revealed to them.
2 ए समुद्री तटका बासिन्दाहरू हो, मौन बस । समुद्रमा यात्रा गर्ने सीदोनका व्यापारीहरूले तिमीहरूलाई भरिदिएका छन् ।
Be silent O inhabitants of [the] coastland [the] trader of Sidon [who] passed over [the] sea they have filled you.
3 ठुला पानीमाथि सिहोरको अन्न थियो, नील नदीको उत्पादन त्यसको उब्जनी थियो । अनि त्यो जातिहरूको व्यापार भयो ।
And on waters many [was] [the] seed of Shihor [the] harvest of [the] River revenue her and it became [the] traffic of nations.
4 ए सीदोन, लज्जित हो, किनकि समुद्रले, समुद्रको शक्तिशालीले बोलेको छ । त्यसले भन्छ, “म प्रसव वेदनामा परेको छैन, न बालक जन्माएको छु, न मैले छोराहरू हुर्काएको छु, न छोरीहरू हुर्काएको छु ।”
Be ashamed O Sidon for it has said [the] sea [the] stronghold of the sea saying not I have been in labor and not I have given birth and not I have brought up young men I have raised young women.
5 मिश्रदेशमा खबर आउँदा, टुरोसको विषयमा तिनीहरूले शोक गर्नेछन् ।
When a report [is] to Egypt people will be in anguish like [the] report of Tyre.
6 तर्शीशपारि जाओ । ए समुद्र तटका बासिन्दाहरू हो, तिमीहरू विलाप गर ।
Pass over Tarshish towards wail O inhabitants of [the] coastland.
7 ए आनन्दित सहर, के तँलाई यस्तो भएको छ, जसको उत्पत्ति प्राचीन समयमा नै भएको छ, जसका खुट्टाले त्यसलाई बसोबास गर्न विदेशी भूमिमा पुर्याएको छ?
¿ [is] this Of you jubilant [city] [which is] from days of antiquity beginning its [which] they have carried it feet its from a distance to sojourn.
8 मुकुटहरू दिने टुरोसको विरुद्धमा यो योजना कसले बनाएको हो, जसका व्यापारीहरू शासकहरू छन्, जसका व्यापारीहरू पृथ्वीमा नै आदरणिय छन्?
Who? did he plan this on Tyre which bestows crowns which traders its [were] princes merchants its [were the] honored [people] of [the] earth.
9 त्यसका घमण्ड र त्यसका सबै गौरवलाई अपमान गर्न, त्यसका पृथ्वीकै आदरणियलाई लज्जित पार्न सर्वशक्तिमान् परमप्रभुले नै यो योजना बनाउनुभएको हो ।
Yahweh of hosts he planned it to profane [the] pride of all splendor to treat with contempt all [the] honored [people] of [the] earth.
10 ए तर्शीशकी छोरी हो, नील नदीलाई जोतेझैं आफ्नो खेत जोत् । टुरोसमा अब फेरि बजार-क्षेत्र छैन ।
Pass over land your like the River O daughter of Tarshish there not [is] a restraint still.
11 परमप्रभुले समुद्रमाथि आफ्नो हात पसार्नुभएको छ र उहाँले राज्यहरूलाई हल्लाउनुभएको छ । फोनिकेको विषयमा त्यसका किल्लाहरूलाई नाश गर्ने आज्ञा उहाँले दिनुभएको छ ।
Hand his he has stretched out over the sea he has made tremble kingdoms Yahweh he has commanded concerning Canaan to destroy strongholds its.
12 उहाँले भन्नुभयो, “ए सीदोनकी अत्याचारमा परेकी कन्या छोरी, तैले फेरि आनन्द मनाउने छैनस् । उठ्, साइप्रसमा पारि जा । तर तैंले त्यहाँ पनि विश्राम पाउनेछैनस् ।”
And he said not you will repeat again to exult O oppressed [one] [the] virgin of [the] daughter of Sidon (Cyprus *Q(k)*) arise pass over also there not it will be rest to you.
13 कल्दीहरूको देशलाई हेर् । यी मानिहरू समाप्त भएका छन् । अश्शूरीहरूले त्यसलाई जङ्गली जनावरहरूको निम्ति उजाड-स्थान बनाएका छन् । तिनीहरूले आफ्ना घेरा-मचान खडा गरेका छन् । तिनीहरूले त्यसका दरबारहरू नष्ट गरे । तिनीहरूले त्यसलाई भग्नावशेषको थुप्रो बनाए ।
There! - [the] land of [the] Chaldeans this [is] the people [which] not it was Assyria it allocated it to desert-dwellers they raised up (siege-towers its *Q(k)*) they stripped bare palaces its it made it a ruin.
14 ए तर्शीशका पानी जहाजहरू हो, कराओ । किनकि तिमीहरूका शरणस्थान विनाश गरिएको छ ।
Wail O ships of Tarshish for it has been devastated stronghold your.
15 त्यो दिनमा, राजाका समयमा झैं टुरोसलाई सत्तरी वर्षसम्म बिर्सिइनेछ । सत्तरी वर्षको अन्तमा टुरोसमा वेश्यको गीतमा जस्तै कुनै कुरा हुनेछ ।
And it will be in the day that and [will be] forgotten Tyre seventy year[s] like [the] days of a king one from [the] end of seventy year[s] it will happen to Tyre like [the] song of the prostitute.
16 ए बिर्सिएकी वेश्या, एउटा वीणा लि र सहरमा जा । त्यो राम्ररी बजा, धेरै गीतहरू गा, ताकि तेरो सम्झना गरिनेछ ।
Take a harp go around [the] city O prostitute forgotten do well to play multiply song so that you may be remembered.
17 सत्तरी वर्षपछि त्यो दिन यस्तो हुनेछ, परमप्रभुले टुरोसलाई सहायता गर्नुहुनेछ र त्यसले फेरि वेश्यवृत्ति गरेर पैसा कमाउन सुरु गर्नेछे, र त्यसले आफ्ना सेवाहरू पृथ्वीका सबै राज्यहरूलाई दिनेछे ।
And it will be from [the] end of - seventy year[s] he will visit Yahweh Tyre and it will return to hire its and it will act [the] prostitute with all [the] kingdoms of the earth on [the] surface of the earth.
18 त्यसका नाफाहरू र कमाइहरू परमप्रभुको निम्ति अलग गरिनेछ । ती भण्डारमा राखिने वा कोषमा जम्मा गरिने छैन, किनकि त्यसका नाफाहरू पमप्रभुको उपस्थितिमा बस्नेहरूलाई दिइनेछ र तिनीहरूलाई प्रशस्त खाना आपुर्ती गर्न प्रयोग गरिनेछ, र यसरी तिनीहरूसँग उत्तम गुणस्तर लुगा हुनेछ ।
And it will be profit its and hire its a holy thing to Yahweh not it will be stored up and not it will be hoarded for to [those who] dwell before Yahweh it will belong profit its for eating to satiety and for covering magnificent.
