1 ഹെബ്രോനിൽവെച്ചു ദാവീദിനു ജനിച്ച പുത്രന്മാർ ഇവരാണ്: ആദ്യജാതൻ യെസ്രീൽക്കാരി അഹീനോവമിന്റെ മകനായ അമ്നോൻ ആയിരുന്നു. രണ്ടാമൻ കർമേൽക്കാരിയായ അബീഗയിലിന്റെ മകൻ ദാനീയേൽ.
And these were sons of David, who were born to him in Hebron: the first-born Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; second Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess;
2 മൂന്നാമൻ ഗെശൂർ രാജാവായ തൽമായിയുടെ മകളായ മയഖായുടെ മകൻ അബ്ശാലോം. നാലാമൻ ഹഗ്ഗീത്തിൽ ജനിച്ച അദോനിയാവ്.
the third Absalom, son of Maachah daughter of Talmai king of Geshur; the fourth Adonijah, son of Haggith;
3 അഞ്ചാമൻ അബീതാലിന്റെ മകനായ ശെഫത്യാവ്. ആറാമൻ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ഭാര്യ എഗ്ലായിൽ ജനിച്ച യിത്‌രെയാം.
the fifth Shephatiah, of Abital; the sixth Ithream, of Eglah his wife.
4 ദാവീദ് ഏഴുവർഷവും ആറുമാസവും ഭരണം നടത്തിയിരുന്ന ഹെബ്രോനിൽവെച്ച് അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു ജനിച്ച പുത്രന്മാരാണ് ഇവർ ആറുപേരും. ദാവീദ് ജെറുശലേമിൽ മുപ്പത്തിമൂന്നുവർഷം ഭരണംനടത്തി,
Six have been borne to him in Hebron, and he reigneth there seven years and six months, and thirty and three years he hath reigned in Jerusalem.
5 അവിടെവെച്ച് അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു ജനിച്ച മക്കൾ ഇവരാണ്: ശമ്മൂവാ, ശോബാബ്, നാഥാൻ, ശലോമോൻ. ഇവർ നാലുപേരും അമ്മീയേലിന്റെ മകൾ ബേത്ത്-ശേബയിൽ ജനിച്ചു.
And these were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon — four, of Bath-Sheba daughter of Ammiel:
6 യിബ്ഹാർ, എലീശാമ, എലീഫേലെത്ത്,
also Ibhar, and Elishama, and Eliphelet,
7 നോഗഹ്, നേഫെഗ്, യാഫിയ,
and Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,
8 എലീശാമ, എല്യാദാ, എലീഫേലെത്ത് എന്നീ ഒൻപതുപേർ.
and Elishama, and Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.
9 ദാവീദിനു വെപ്പാട്ടിമാരിൽ ജനിച്ച പുത്രന്മാരെ കൂടാതെയുള്ള പുത്രന്മാരാണ് ഇവരെല്ലാം. താമാർ അവരുടെ സഹോദരിയായിരുന്നു.
All [are] sons of David, apart from sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.
10 ശലോമോന്റെ മകൻ ആയിരുന്നു രെഹബെയാം രെഹബെയാമിന്റെ മകൻ അബീയാവ്, അബീയാവിന്റെ മകൻ ആസാ, ആസായുടെ മകൻ യെഹോശാഫാത്ത്,
And the son of Solomon [is] Rehoboam, Abijah his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,
11 യെഹോശാഫാത്തിന്റെ മകൻ യെഹോരാം, യെഹോരാമിന്റെ മകൻ അഹസ്യാവ്, അഹസ്യാവിന്റെ മകൻ യോവാശ്,
Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,

Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
13 യോഥാമിന്റെ മകൻ ആഹാസ്, ആഹാസിന്റെ മകൻ ഹിസ്കിയാവ്, ഹിസ്കിയാവിന്റെ മകൻ മനശ്ശെ,
Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
14 മനശ്ശെയുടെ മകൻ ആമോൻ, ആമോന്റെ മകൻ യോശിയാവ്
Amon his son, Josiah his son.
15 യോശിയാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ: ആദ്യജാതനായ യോഹാനാൻ, രണ്ടാമൻ യെഹോയാക്കീം, മൂന്നാമൻ സിദെക്കീയാവ്, നാലാമൻ ശല്ലൂം.
And sons of Josiah: the first-born Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
16 യെഹോയാക്കീമിന്റെ പിൻഗാമികൾ: അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മകൻ യെഖൊന്യാവും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സഹോദരൻ സിദെക്കീയാവും.
And sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.
17 ബന്ദികളാക്കപ്പെട്ട യെഖൊന്യാവിന്റെ പിൻഗാമികൾ: അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മകൻ ശെയൽത്തിയേൽ,
And sons of Jeconiah: Assir; Salathiel his son;
18 മൽക്കീരാം, പെദായാവ്, ശെനസ്സർ, യെക്കമ്യാവ്, ഹോശാമ, നെദാബെയാ.
also Malchiram and Pedaiah, and Shenazzar, Jecamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.
19 പെദായാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ: സെരൂബ്ബാബേലും ശിമെയിയും. സെരൂബ്ബാബേലിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ: മെശുല്ലാമും ഹനന്യാവും. ശെലോമീത്ത് അവരുടെ സഹോദരി ആയിരുന്നു.
And sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel, and Shimei. And sons of Zerubbabel: Meshullam, and Hananiah, and Shelomith their sister,
20 മറ്റ് അഞ്ചുപേരുംകൂടി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു: ഹശൂബാ, ഓഹെൽ, ബേരെഖ്യാവ്, ഹസദ്യാവ്, യൂശബ്-ഹേസെദ്.
and Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushab-Hesed, five.
21 ഹനന്യാവിന്റെ പിൻഗാമികൾ: പെലത്യാവ്, യെശയ്യാവ്, രെഫായാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ, അർന്നാന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ, ഓബദ്യാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ, ശെഖന്യാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ.
And sons of Hananiah: Pelatiah, and Jesaiah, sons of Rephaiah, sons of Arnan, sons of Obadiah, sons of Shechaniah.
22 ശെഖന്യാവിന്റെ പിൻഗാമികൾ: ശെമയ്യാവും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മക്കളും: ഹത്തൂശ്, യിഗാൽ, ബാരീഹ്, നെയര്യാവ്, ശാഫാത്ത് എന്നിവരും—ഇങ്ങനെ ആറുപേർ.
And sons of Shechaniah: Shemaiah; and sons of Shemaiah: Hattush, and Igeal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
23 നെയര്യാവിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാർ: എല്യോവേനായി, ഹിസ്കിയാവ്, അസ്രീക്കാം—ഇങ്ങനെ മൂന്നുപേർ.
And sons of Neariah: Elioenai, and Hezekiah, and Azrikam, three.
24 എല്യോവേനായിയുടെ പുത്രന്മാർ: ഹോദവ്യാവ്, എല്യാശീബ്, പെലായാഹ്, അക്കൂബ്, യോഹാനാൻ, ദെലായാവ്, അനാനി—ഇങ്ങനെ ഏഴുപേർ.
And sons of Elioenai: Hodaiah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Delaiah, and Anani, seven.
