1 Oluvannyuma lw’ebyo ne mpulira oluyoogaano lw’abantu abangi mu ggulu nga bagamba nti, “Aleruuya! Obulokozi n’ekitiibwa n’amaanyi bya Katonda waffe.
After this I heard what sounded like the noise of an enormous crowd in heaven, shouting, “Hallelujah! Salvation, glory, and power describe our God,
2 Kubanga ensala ye ey’emisango ya mazima era ya butuukirivu. Yabonereza malaaya omukulu eyayonoona ensi n’obwenzi bwe. Era yawoolera eggwanga ku mwenzi oyo olw’omusaayi gw’abaweereza be.”
because his judgments are true and right, for he has condemned the infamous prostitute who corrupted the earth with her immorality, and has brought her to justice for her murders of his servants.”
3 Ate ne boogera ogwokubiri mu ddoboozi ery’omwanguka nti, “Aleruuya! Omukka ogw’okwokebwa kwe n’omuliro, gunyooka emirembe n’emirembe!” (aiōn g165)
Again they shouted, “Hallelujah! The smoke from her destruction ascends for ever and ever.” (aiōn g165)
4 Awo ebiramu ebina n’abakadde amakumi abiri mu abana ne basinza Katonda eyali atudde ku ntebe ey’obwakabaka, nga bagamba nti, “Amiina. Aleruuya.”
The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshipped God who sits on the throne. “Amen! Hallelujah!” they shouted.
5 Awo eddoboozi ne liva mu ntebe ey’obwakabaka nga ligamba nti: “Mumutendereze Katonda waffe, mmwe abaddu be mwenna abamutya abeekitiibwa n’abatali baakitiibwa.”
A voice spoke from the throne that said, “Praise our God, everyone who serves him and respects him, from the smallest to the greatest.”
6 Ate ne mpulira oluyoogaano lw’abantu abangi olwawulikika ng’amayengo ag’ennyanja ennene, oba ng’eddoboozi ery’okubwatuka, ne boogera nti, “Aleruuya, kubanga Mukama Katonda waffe Ayinzabyonna y’afuga.
Then I heard what sounded like the noise of an enormous crowd, like rushing water and loud thunder, shouting, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the All-powerful One, he reigns!
7 Ka tusanyuke, tujaguze, era tumugulumize, kubanga ekiseera kituuse eky’embaga ey’obugole ey’Omwana gw’Endiga, era n’omugole we yeeteeseteese.
Let's celebrate and be glad and give him the glory, because the wedding day of the Lamb has arrived, and his bride has prepared herself.”
8 Omugole n’ayambazibwa olugoye olwa linena omulungi ennyo, olunekaaneka era olusingayo okutukula.” (Linena omulungi ennyo by’ebikolwa eby’obutuukirivu eby’abatukuvu.)
She was given fine linen to wear, white and clean. (Fine linen represents the good works of believers.)
9 Malayika n’aŋŋamba nti, “Wandiika nti balina omukisa abo abayitiddwa ku kijjulo ky’embaga ey’obugole ey’Omwana gw’Endiga.” N’ayongerako na kino nti, “Katonda yennyini ye yakyogera.”
The angel told me, “Write this down: How happy are those who are invited to the Lamb's wedding feast.” Then he said to me, “These are God's true words.”
10 Ne ndyoka ngwa wansi ku bigere bye okumusinza naye ye n’aŋŋamba nti, “Tokikola! Kubanga nange ndi muddu wa Katonda nga ggwe era ng’abooluganda abalala abanywerera ku ebyo Yesu bye yatumanyisa! Ssinza Katonda. Okutegeeza kwa Yesu gwe mwoyo gw’obunnabbi.”
I fell down at his feet to worship him. He told me, “Don't do that! I am one of God's servants just as you are, and those who accept Jesus' testimony. Worship God, for Jesus' testimony is the prophetic spirit.”
11 Ne ndaba eggulu nga libikkuse era laba embalaasi enjeru ng’agyebagadde ayitibwa Omwesigwa era Ow’amazima, asala omusango mu butuukirivu era mulwanyi wa kitalo mu ntalo.
I saw heaven was opened. A white horse was standing there. Its rider was called Trustworthy and True. He is right when he judges, and he is right when he makes war.
12 Amaaso ge gaali ng’olulimi lw’omuliro ogwaka, era nga yeetikkidde engule nnyingi ku mutwe gwe, ng’alina erinnya eriwandiikiddwa, kyokka ye yekka nga y’alimanyi.
His eyes were like flaming fire. On his head were many crowns. He had a name written on him which no one but he himself knows.
13 Yali ayambadde ekyambalo ekyali kinnyikiddwa mu musaayi era ng’erinnya lye ye Kigambo wa Katonda.
He wore a robe covered in blood, and his name is The Word of God.
14 Ab’eggye ery’omu ggulu abaali bambadde engoye eza linena omulungi ennyo enjeru, nabo ne bamugoberera nga beebagadde embalaasi enjeru.
Heaven's armies were following him, riding on white horses and clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
15 Mu kamwa ke mwavaamu ekitala eky’obwogi eky’okutemesa amawanga. “Alibafuga n’omuggo ogw’ekyuma.” Alirinnya ku ssogolero ly’omwenge ogw’obusungu bwe, kye kiruyi kya Katonda Ayinzabyonna.
From his mouth came a sharp sword to strike the nations. He will rule them with an iron rod, and he himself treads the winepress of the All-powerful God's judgment.
16 Ku kyambalo kye ne ku kisambi kye kwali kuwandiikiddwako nti: “Kabaka wa Bakabaka era Mukama wa bakama.”
Written on his robe and on his thigh was the name, King of kings and Lord of lords.
17 Awo ne ndaba malayika omu ng’ayimiridde mu njuba ng’ayogera mu ddoboozi ery’omwanguka ng’agamba ebinyonyi nti, “Mujje mukuŋŋaane ku kijjulo kya Katonda omukulu,
I saw an angel standing in the sun, shouting in a loud voice to all the birds that fly in the sky, “Come and gather together for God's great feast.
18 mulye ennyama y’emirambo gya bakabaka, abakulu b’amaggye n’abasajja ab’amaanyi, n’egy’embalaasi n’egy’abo abazeebagala, era n’egy’abantu bonna abaddu n’ab’eddembe, abeekitiibwa n’abatali baakitiibwa.”
Here you can eat the flesh of the dead: kings, leaders, and powerful men, as well as that of horses and their riders, the flesh of all people, free and slave, great and small.”
19 Awo ne ndyoka ndaba ekisolo n’abafuzi ab’omu nsi n’amaggye gaabwe nga bakuŋŋaanye balwanyise oyo eyali yeebagadde embalaasi, awamu n’eggye lye.
I saw the beast and the kings of the earth gathered together to wage war on the one sitting on the horse and his army.
20 Ekisolo ne kiwambibwa awamu ne nnabbi ow’obulimba eyakolanga ebyamagero ng’ekisolo kiraba; bye yakola ng’alimbalimba abo abakkiriza akabonero k’ekisolo era abasinza ekifaananyi kyakyo. Awo ekisolo ne nnabbi ow’obulimba ne basuulibwa nga balamu, mu nnyanja ey’omuliro eyaka ne salufa. (Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)
The beast was captured, along with the false prophet who performed miracles in his presence (by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped the beast's image). Both of them were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur. (Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)
21 Abaasigalawo ne battibwa n’obwogi bw’ekitala ekyava mu kamwa k’oyo eyeebagadde embalaasi. Ennyonyi zonna ez’omu bbanga ne zirya ne zekkutira emirambo gyabwe.
The rest were killed with the sword of the one sitting on the horse—the sword that came out of his mouth. All the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.
