< Zabbuli 103 >
1 Zabbuli Ya Dawudi. Weebaze Mukama, ggwe emmeeme yange; ne byonna ebiri mu nze byebaze erinnya lye ettukuvu.
[A Psalm] of David. Bless Jehovah, O my soul; and all that is within me, [bless] his holy name!
2 Weebaze Mukama, ggwe emmeeme yange, era teweerabiranga birungi bye byonna.
Bless Jehovah, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3 Asonyiwa ebibi byo byonna, n’awonya n’endwadde zo zonna.
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities, who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Anunula obulamu bwo emagombe, n’akusaasira era n’akwagala n’okwagala okutaggwaawo.
Who redeemeth thy life from the pit, who crowneth thee with loving-kindness and tender mercies;
5 Awa emmeeme yo ebintu ebirungi byeyagala; obuvubuka bwo ne budda buggya ng’empungu.
Who satisfieth thine old age with good [things]; thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
6 Mukama asala mu butuukirivu ne mu bwenkanya, ensonga z’abo bonna abajoogebwa.
Jehovah executeth righteousness and justice for all that are oppressed.
7 Yamanyisa Musa ebyo by’ayagala, n’alaga abaana ba Isirayiri ebikolwa bye.
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
8 Mukama wa kisa era ajjudde okusaasira, tasunguwala mangu, era alina okwagala okutaggwaawo.
Jehovah is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in loving-kindness.
9 Taasibenga busungu ku mwoyo, era tasunguwala kumala bbanga lyonna.
He will not always chide, neither will he keep [his anger] for ever.
10 Tatukola ng’okwonoona kwaffe bwe kuli, wadde okutusasula ng’ebikolwa byaffe ebitali bya butuukirivu bwe biri.
He hath not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
11 Ng’eggulu bwe litumbidde ennyo waggulu w’ensi, n’okwagala kwe bwe kuli okunene bwe kutyo eri abo abamutya.
For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving-kindness toward them that fear him.
12 Ebibi byaffe abituggyako n’abitwala wala ng’ebuvanjuba bw’eri ewala okuva ebugwanjuba.
As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
13 Kitaawe w’abaana nga bw’asaasira abaana be, ne Mukama bw’atyo bw’asaasira abo abamutya.
As a father pitieth [his] children, so Jehovah pitieth them that fear him.
14 Kubanga amanyi nga bwe twakolebwa era ng’ajjukira nti tuli nfuufu.
For himself knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.
15 Wabula omuntu, ennaku z’obulamu bwe ziri ng’omuddo; akula n’agimuka ng’ekimuli eky’omu nnimiro;
As for man, his days are as grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth:
16 empewo ekifuuwa, ne kifa; nga ne we kyali tewakyajjukirwa.
For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone, and the place thereof knoweth it no more.
17 Naye okwagala kwa Katonda eri abo abamutya tekuggwaawo emirembe gyonna, n’obulokozi bwe eri abaana b’abaana baabwe.
But the loving-kindness of Jehovah is from everlasting and to everlasting, upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children,
18 Be bo abakuuma endagaano ye ne bajjukira okugondera amateeka ge.
To such as keep his covenant and to those that remember his precepts to do them.
19 Mukama anywezezza entebe ye ey’obwakabaka mu ggulu, n’obwakabaka bwe bufuga ensi yonna.
Jehovah hath established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom ruleth over all.
20 Mwebaze Mukama mmwe bamalayika be, mmwe ab’amaanyi abakola ky’agamba, era abagondera ekigambo kye.
Bless Jehovah, ye his angels, mighty in strength, that execute his word, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
21 Mwebaze Mukama mmwe amaggye ge ag’omu ggulu, mmwe abaweereza be abakola by’ayagala.
Bless Jehovah, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his that do his will.
22 Mwebaze Mukama, mmwe ebitonde bye byonna ebiri mu matwale ge gonna. Weebaze Mukama, ggwe emmeeme yange.
Bless Jehovah, all his works, in all places of his dominion. Bless Jehovah, O my soul!
