< Misala ya Bantoma 9 >

1 Nzokande, Saulo azalaki kaka kokanela mpe koluka koboma bayekoli ya Nkolo. Akendeki epai ya mokonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe,
And Saul, yet breathing of threatening and slaughter to the disciples of the Lord, having gone to the chief priest,
2 mpe asengaki ye mikanda ya mosala mpo na bandako ya mayangani ya Damasi, mpo ete, soki akuti kuna bato oyo bazali kolanda nzela ya Nkolo, akanga bango mpe amema bango na Yelusalemi, ezala basi to mibali.
did ask from him letters to Damascus, unto the synagogues, that if he may find any being of the way, both men and women, he may bring them bound to Jerusalem.
3 Wana azalaki kokende na Damasi mpe akomaki pene ya engumba yango, amonaki mbala moko pole moko kowuta na likolo mpe kongengela ye.
And in the going, he came nigh to Damascus, and suddenly there shone round about him a light from the heaven,
4 Akweyaki na mabele mpe ayokaki mongongo moko koloba na ye: — Saulo, Saulo, mpo na nini ozali konyokola Ngai?
and having fallen upon the earth, he heard a voice saying to him, 'Saul, Saul, why me dost thou persecute?'
5 Saulo atunaki: — Nkolo, yo nani? Mongongo ezongisaki: — Ngai, nazali Yesu oyo yo ozali konyokola.
And he said, 'Who art thou, Lord?' and the Lord said, 'I am Jesus whom thou dost persecute; hard for thee at the pricks to kick;'
6 Kasi sik’oyo, telema, kota kati na engumba, mpe, kuna, bakoyebisa yo makambo oyo osengeli kosala.
trembling also, and astonished, he said, 'Lord, what dost thou wish me to do?' and the Lord [said] unto him, 'Arise, and enter into the city, and it shall be told thee what it behoveth thee to do.'
7 Bato oyo bazalaki kokende mobembo elongo na Saulo batelemaki mpe bazangaki maloba ya koloba; bayokaki mongongo yango, kasi bamonaki moto moko te.
And the men who are journeying with him stood speechless, hearing indeed the voice but seeing no one,
8 Saulo atelemaki wuta na mabele; kasi tango afungolaki miso, amonaki lisusu te. Boye, basimbaki ye na loboko mpe bamemaki ye na Damasi.
and Saul arose from the earth, and his eyes having been opened, he beheld no one, and leading him by the hand they brought him to Damascus,
9 Mikolo misato, akokaki komona te, aliaki eloko te mpe amelaki eloko te.
and he was three days without seeing, and he did neither eat nor drink.
10 Kati na Damasi, ezalaki na moyekoli moko oyo kombo na ye ezalaki « Ananiasi. » Nkolo abengaki ye kati na emoniseli: — Ananiasi! Azongisaki: — Nkolo, ngai oyo!
And there was a certain disciple in Damascus, by name Ananias, and the Lord said unto him in a vision, 'Ananias;' and he said, 'Behold me, Lord;'
11 Nkolo alobaki na ye: — Telema, kende na ndako ya Yuda, oyo ezali na balabala oyo babengaka « Alima » mpe tuna moto moko ya mboka Tarse, kombo na ye « Saulo. » Azali kosambela
and the Lord [saith] unto him, 'Having risen, go on unto the street that is called Straight, and seek in the house of Judas, [one] by name Saul of Tarsus, for, lo, he doth pray,
12 mpe, kati na emoniseli, awuti komona moto moko kokota mpe kotia ye maboko mpo ete amona lisusu; kombo na ye « Ananiasi. »
and he saw in a vision a man, by name Ananias, coming in, and putting a hand on him, that he may see again.'
13 Ananiasi azongisaki: — Nkolo, bato ebele bayebisi ngai makambo na tina na moto yango mpe mabe nyonso oyo asali babulami na Yo, na Yelusalemi.
And Ananias answered, 'Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how many evils he did to Thy saints in Jerusalem,
14 Mpe ayei awa, na Damasi, mpo ete bakonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe bapesi ye bokonzi ya kokanga bato nyonso oyo babelelaka Kombo na Yo.
and here he hath authority from the chief priests, to bind all those calling on Thy name.'
15 Kasi Nkolo alobaki na Ananiasi: — Kende, pamba te nasila kopona moto wana lokola esalelo na Ngai mpo na kosakola Kombo na Ngai epai ya bikolo ya bapaya, epai ya bakonzi na bango mpe epai ya bana ya Isalaele.
And the Lord said unto him, 'Be going on, because a choice vessel to Me is this one, to bear My name before nations and kings — the sons also of Israel;
16 Nakolakisa ye ndenge nini asengeli konyokwama mpo na Kombo na Ngai.
for I will shew him how many things it behoveth him for My name to suffer.'
17 Boye, Ananiasi akendeki mpe akotaki kati na ndako; atielaki Saulo maboko na koloba: — Ndeko na ngai, Saulo; Nkolo Yesu oyo abimelaki yo na nzela, wana ozalaki koya awa, atindi ngai mpo ete omona lisusu mpe otonda na Molimo Mosantu.
And Ananias went away, and did enter into the house, and having put upon him [his] hands, said, 'Saul, brother, the Lord hath sent me — Jesus who did appear to thee in the way in which thou wast coming — that thou mayest see again, and mayest be filled with the Holy Spirit.'
18 Kaka na tango yango, biloko moko lokola biteku ekweyaki wuta na miso ya Saulo, mpe akomaki lisusu komona. Atelemaki mpe azwaki libatisi;
And immediately there fell from his eyes as it were scales, he saw again also presently, and having risen, was baptized,
19 mpe, sima na ye kolia, nzoto na ye ezongaki lisusu makasi. Saulo avandaki mwa mikolo elongo na bayekoli oyo bazalaki kati na Damasi.
and having received nourishment, was strengthened, and Saul was with the disciples in Damascus certain days,
20 Kaka na tango yango, abandaki koteya na bandako ya mayangani ete Yesu azali Mwana na Nzambe.
and immediately in the synagogues he was preaching the Christ, that he is the Son of God.
21 Bato nyonso oyo bayokaki ye bakamwaki mingi mpe batunaki: — Boni, ezali ye te moto oyo azalaki konyokola makasi, kati na Yelusalemi, bato oyo babelelaka Kombo ya Yesu? Boni, ayei awa te mpo na kokanga mpe komema bango epai ya bakonzi ya Banganga-Nzambe?
And all those hearing were amazed, and said, 'Is not this he who laid waist in Jerusalem those calling on this name, and hither to this intent had come, that he might bring them bound to the chief priests?'
22 Nzokande, kondima ya Saulo ezalaki se kokoba kolendisama mpe azalaki kondimisa Bayuda oyo bavandaka na Damasi ete Yesu azali Klisto.
And Saul was still more strengthened, and he was confounding the Jews dwelling in Damascus, proving that this is the Christ.
23 Sima na mikolo ebele, Bayuda bayokanaki koboma Saulo;
And when many days were fulfilled, the Jews took counsel together to kill him,
24 kasi Saulo ayokaki sango na tina na mabongisi na bango. Butu mpe moyi, bazalaki kokengela bikuke ya engumba mpo na koluka koboma ye.
and their counsel against [him] was known to Saul; they were also watching the gates both day and night, that they may kill him,
25 Kasi bayekoli ya Saulo bamemaki ye na butu mpe babimisaki ye libanda ya mir, na kokitisa ye kati na kitunga.
and the disciples having taken him, by night did let him down by the wall, letting down in a basket.
26 Tango Saulo akomaki na Yelusalemi, amekaki kosangana na bayekoli, kasi bango nyonso bazalaki kobanga ye, pamba te bazalaki penza kondima te ete akomi penza moyekoli.
And Saul, having come to Jerusalem, did try to join himself to the disciples, and they were all afraid of him, not believing that he is a disciple,
27 Barnabasi azwaki ye mpe amemaki ye epai ya bantoma; ayebisaki bango ndenge nini Saulo, na mobembo na ye, amonaki Nkolo, mpe ete Nkolo alobaki na ye. Ayebisaki bango lisusu ndenge nini, kati na Damasi, ateyaki na mpiko na Kombo na Yesu.
and Barnabas having taken him, brought [him] unto the apostles, and did declare to them how in the way he saw the Lord, and that he spake to him, and how in Damascus he was speaking boldly in the name of Jesus.
28 Boye, wuta na tango wana, Saulo avandaki elongo na bango, azalaki kokende mpe kozonga na bonsomi kati na Yelusalemi, wana azalaki koteya na mpiko, na Kombo ya Nkolo.
And he was with them, coming in and going out in Jerusalem,
29 Saulo azalaki kosolola mpe kotia tembe na Bayuda oyo balobaka lokota ya Greki; nzokande, bango, bazalaki koluka nzela ya koboma ye.
and speaking boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, he was both speaking and disputing with the Hellenists, and they were taking in hand to kill him,
30 Tango bandimi bayokaki likambo yango, bamemaki Saulo na Sezarea, mpe, longwa kuna, batindaki ye na Tarse.
and the brethren having known, brought him down to Caesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.
31 Kati na Yuda mobimba, Galile mpe Samari, Lingomba ezalaki na kimia, ezalaki kolenda mpe kotosa Nkolo, mpe motango ya bandimi na yango ezalaki kobakisama na lisungi ya Molimo Mosantu.
Then, indeed, the assemblies throughout all Judea, and Galilee, and Samaria, had peace, being built up, and, going on in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied.
32 Lokola Petelo azalaki kosala mibembo kati na mboka mobimba, akendeki mpe kotala basantu oyo bazalaki kovanda kati na Lidi.
And it came to pass that Peter passing throughout all [quarters], came down also unto the saints who were dwelling at Lydda,
33 Kuna, amonaki moto moko alala na etoko wuta mibu mwambe mpo ete azalaki kobela bokono ya bukabuka; kombo na ye « Ene. »
and he found there a certain man, Aeneas by name — for eight years laid upon a couch — who was paralytic,
34 Petelo alobaki na ye: — Ene, Yesu-Klisto abikisi yo; telema mpe kanga etoko na yo. Mbala moko, Ene atelemaki.
and Peter said to him, 'Aeneas, heal thee doth Jesus the Christ; arise and spread for thyself;' and immediately he rose,
35 Tango bavandi nyonso ya Lidi mpe ya esobe ya Saroni bamonaki ye, bandimelaki Nkolo.
and all those dwelling at Lydda, and Saron saw him, and did turn to the Lord.
36 Kati na Jafa, ezalaki na mwasi moyekoli moko, kombo na ye ezalaki « Tabita. » Na lokota ya Greki, kombo na ye ezalaki Dorkasi (oyo elingi koloba: Mboloko). Azalaki tango nyonso kosala bolamu mpe kosunga babola.
And in Joppa there was a certain female disciple, by name Tabitha, (which interpreted, is called Dorcas, ) this woman was full of good works and kind acts that she was doing;
37 Na mikolo wana, akomaki kobela mpe akufaki. Sima na kosukola nzoto na ye, batiaki yango kati na shambre ya likolo.
and it came to pass in those days she, having ailed, died, and having bathed her, they laid her in an upper chamber,
38 Tango bayekoli bayokaki sango ete Petelo azali kati na Lidi oyo ezali penza pene ya Jafa, batindelaki ye mibali mibale mpo na kosenga na ye: « Tobondeli yo, yaka noki! »
and Lydda being nigh to Joppa, the disciples having heard that Peter is in that [place], sent two men unto him, calling on him not to delay to come through unto them.
39 Mbala moko, Petelo akendeki elongo na bango; mpe tango akomaki, bamemaki ye na shambre ya likolo. Basi nyonso oyo bakufisa mibali bayaki kozingela ye, bazalaki kolela mpe kolakisa ye banzambala mpe bilamba mosusu oyo Dorkasi asalaki, wana azalaki nanu elongo na bango.
And Peter having risen, went with them, whom having come, they brought into the upper chamber, and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing coats and garments, as many as Dorcas was making while she was with them.
40 Petelo abimisaki bato nyonso; bongo afukamaki mpe asambelaki. Wana azalaki kotala epai ebembe ya mama Dorkasi ezalaki, alobaki: — Tabita, telema! Tabita afungolaki miso; mpe wana amonaki Petelo, avandaki.
And Peter having put them all forth without, having bowed the knees, did pray, and having turned unto the body said, 'Tabitha, arise;' and she opened her eyes, and having seen Peter, she sat up,
41 Petelo asimbaki ye na loboko na ye mpe atelemisaki ye. Bongo abengaki bandimi, mingi-mingi basi oyo bakufisa mibali, mpe alakisaki bango Dorkasi ya bomoi.
and having given her [his] hand, he lifted her up, and having called the saints and the widows, he presented her alive,
42 Sango yango epanzanaki kati na engumba mobimba ya Jafa, mpe bato mingi bandimelaki Nkolo.
and it became known throughout all Joppa, and many believed on the Lord;
43 Petelo avandaki tango molayi kati na Jafa, epai ya moto moko oyo kombo na ye ezalaki « Simona; » azalaki mobongisi baposo ya banyama.
and it came to pass, that he remained many days in Joppa, with a certain one, Simon a tanner.
