Every one believing that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God: and every one loving with divine love him who begat, also loves him who has been begotten of him, with divine love.
2 Kut fin lungse God ac akos ma sap lal, ouiya se inge akkalemye lah kut lungse tulik natul.
In this we know that we love the children of God with divine love, when we love God with divine love and keep his commandments.
3 Kut akkalemye lungse lasr nu sin God ke kut akos ma sap lal. Ac ma sap lal uh tia toasrla nu sesr,
For this is the divine love of God, that we may keep his commandments: and his commandments are not heavy:
4 mweyen tulik nutin God nukewa ku in kutangla faclu. Ac kut kutangla faclu ke lulalfongi lasr.
because everything which has been born of God conquers the world: and this is the victory which has conquered the world, our faith.
5 Su ku in kutangla faclu? Mwet na su lulalfongi lah Jesus el Wen nutin God.
Who is the one conquering the world, except the one believing that Jesus is the Son of God?
6 Jesus Christ pa el su tuku ke kof lun baptais lal ac ke srah lun misa lal. El tia tuku ke kof mukena, a el tuku ke kewana kof ac srah. Ac Ngun el sifacna orek loh kac lah pwaye ma inge, mweyen Ngun pa ma pwaye uh.
He is the one having come through water and blood, Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood; the Spirit is the one who bears witness, because the Spirit is the truth.
7 Oasr mwe loh tolu:
Because there are three who are bearing witness,

the Spirit and the water, and blood: and these three are one.

If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: because this is the witness of God that he has testified concerning his Son.
10 Ouinge kutena mwet su lulalfongi ke Wen nutin God, ma loh lun God oasr insial. A kutena mwet su tia lulalfongi God, el oru mu God El kikiap, mweyen el tia lulalfongi ma God El fahk ke Wen natul.
The one believing on the Son of God has the witness in himself: the one not believing God has made him a liar; because he has not believed in the testimony which God has testified concerning his Son.
11 Pa inge ma loh lun God: God El ase nu sesr moul ma pahtpat, ac kut eis moul se inge sin Wen natul. (aiōnios g166)
And this is the testimony, that God has given unto us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. (aiōnios g166)

The one having the Son has the life; the one not having the Son of God has not the life.
13 Nga simis ma inge nu suwos, tuh kowos fah etu lah moul ma pahtpat oasr yuruwos — aok, kowos su lulalfongi ke inen Wen nutin God. (aiōnios g166)
I have written these things unto you, in order that you may know that you have eternal life; to those who believe on the name of the Son of God. (aiōnios g166)
14 Oasr pulaik lasr ye mutun God, mweyen kut etu na lah El lohng kut ke kut siyuk sel ke kutena ma su fal nu ke ma lungse lal.
And this is the assurance which we have toward him, that, if we may ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

And if we know that he hears us as to whatsoever we may ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked from him.
16 Kom fin liye tuh sie mwet wiom in lulalfongi el orala ma koluk se su tia ma nu ke misa, kom enenu in pre nu sin God, su ac fah sang moul nu sel. Ma se inge ma nu sin kutena mwet su oru ma koluk su tia ma nu ke misa. Tusruktu oasr ma koluk su ma nu ke misa, ac nga tia fahk mu kom in pre nu sin God kac.
If any one may see his brother sinning a sin not unto death, he shall ask, and he will give him life to those sinning not unto death. There is a sin unto death; concerning this I do not say that you may ask.
17 Orekma sesuwos nukewa oaoala nu ke ma koluk, tusruktu oasr kain in ma koluk su tia ma nu ke misa.
All unrighteousness is sin: and there is sin not unto death.
18 Kut etu lah elos su tulik nutin God elos tia sruokyana in orekma koluk, mweyen Wen nutin God el liyalosyang, ac el su Koluklana el tia ku in akkolukyalos.
We know that every one who has been born of God, sins not; but the one having been born of God keeps himself, and the evil one does not touch him.
19 Kut etu lah kut ma lun God, faclu nufon finne oan ye ku lun el su Koluklana.
We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the evil one.

But we know that the Son of God has come and has given unto us intelligence, that we know the truth. And we are in the true one, in his Son Jesus Christ; he is the true God, and eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
21 Tulik kulo nutik, kowos in karinginkowosyang liki god sutuu nukewa!
Little children, keep yourselves from the idols.
