ಯೋಬನು 36
1 ಎಲೀಹು ಮುಂದುವರಿದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದರೆ:
Elihu also proceeded and sayde,
2 “ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ತಾಳಿಕೋ, ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ದೇವರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೇಳತಕ್ಕ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಇವೆ.
Suffer me a litle, and I will instruct thee: for I haue yet to speake on Gods behalfe.
3 ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ದೂರದಿಂದ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯವಂತರು ಎಂದು ನಿರೂಪಿಸುವೆನು.
I will fetche my knowledge afarre off, and will attribute righteousnes vnto my Maker.
4 ನಿಜವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಸುಳ್ಳಲ್ಲ; ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣನಾದ ಒಬ್ಬನಾಗಿ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ.
For truely my wordes shall not be false, and he that is perfect in knowledge, speaketh with thee.
5 “ನೋಡು, ದೇವರು ಸರ್ವಶಕ್ತರು, ಆದರೂ ಯಾರನ್ನೂ ತಿರಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಶಕ್ತಿವಂತರಾದ ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಢವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Behold, the mighty God casteth away none that is mighty and valiant of courage.
6 ದುಷ್ಟರು ಬಹುಕಾಲ ಬಾಳಲು ದೇವರು ಅನುಮತಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ದೇವರು ಬಾಧೆಪಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
He mainteineth not the wicked, but he giueth iudgement to the afflicted.
7 ದೇವರು ನೀತಿವಂತರಿಂದ ತಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಲಗಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ದೇವರು ನೀತಿವಂತರನ್ನು ಅರಸುಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳ್ಳಿರಿಸುವರು; ಹೌದು, ದೇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಉನ್ನತಕ್ಕೇರಿಸುವರು.
He withdraweth not his eyes from the righteous, but they are with Kings in ye throne, where he placeth them for euer: thus they are exalted.
8 ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಜನರು ಸಂಕಟದ ಸಂಕೋಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬಂಧಿತರಾಗಿ, ಬಾಧೆಯ ಹಗ್ಗಗಳಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿಯಲಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ,
And if they bee bound in fetters and tyed with the cordes of affliction,
9 ದೇವರು ಅವರ ಕೃತ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಸೊಕ್ಕಿನ ದ್ರೋಹಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವರು.
Then will he shewe them their worke and their sinnes, because they haue bene proude.
10 ದೇವರು ಅವರ ಕಿವಿಯನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದುವಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ತೆರೆದು, ಜನರು ದುಷ್ಟತನವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುವರು.
He openeth also their eare to discipline, and commandeth them that they returne from iniquity.
11 ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ, ಜನರು ವಿಧೇಯರಾಗಿ ದೇವರನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸಿದರೆ, ತಮ್ಮ ದಿವಸಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳೆಯುವರು. ತಮ್ಮ ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂತೃಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪೂರೈಸುವರು.
If they obey and serue him, they shall end their dayes in prosperity, and their yeres in pleasures.
12 ಅವರು ವಿಧೇಯರಾಗದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಸಂಕಟದ ಸಾಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಿಹೋಗುವರು; ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ಬಾಳನ್ನು ಬಾಳುವರು.
But if they wil not obey, they shall passe by the sworde, and perish without knowledge.
13 “ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಕ್ತಿಹೀನರಾಗಿರುವವರು ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸುವರು; ದೇವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಂಧಿಸಿದರೂ, ಅವರು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಮೊರೆ ಇಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
But the hypocrites of heart increase the wrath: for they call not when he bindeth them.
14 ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಯೌವನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪುರುಷಗಾಮಿಗಳ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗತಿಸಿಹೋಗುವರು.
Their soule dyeth in youth, and their life among the whoremongers.
15 ಶ್ರಮೆ ಪಡುವವರನ್ನು ದೇವರು ಅವರ ಶ್ರಮೆಯ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡುವರು; ದೇವರು ಅವರ ಹಿಂಸೆಯ ಮೂಲಕವೇ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವರು.
He deliuereth the poore in his affliction, and openeth their eare in trouble.
16 “ದೇವರು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸುವರು; ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿಲ್ಲದ ವಿಶಾಲ ಸ್ಥಳವು ನಿನಗೆ ದೊರೆಯುವುದು; ನಿನ್ನ ಆದರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಮೇಜು ಉತ್ತಮ ಆಹಾರಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರುವುದು.
Euen so woulde he haue taken thee out of the streight place into a broade place and not shut vp beneath: and that which resteth vpon thy table, had bene full of fat.
17 ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ನೀನು ದುಷ್ಟರಿಗೆ ಬರಬೇಕಾದ ತೀರ್ಪಿನಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರುವೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಚಾರಣೆಯೂ, ತೀರ್ಪೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
But thou art ful of the iudgement of the wicked, though iudgement and equitie maintaine all things.
18 ಯಾರೂ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಂಪತ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸದಂತೆ ಜಾಗರೂಕನಾಗಿರು; ದೊಡ್ಡ ಲಂಚತನವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ವಂಚಿಸಬಾರದು.
For Gods wrath is, least hee should take that away in thine abundance: for no multitude of giftes can deliuer thee.
19 ನಿನ್ನ ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವೂ, ಶಕ್ತಿಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವೂ ಕಷ್ಟಾನುಭವವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಾಗಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ?
Wil he regard thy riches? he regardeth not golde, nor all them that excel in strength.
20 ಜನರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಎಳೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ರಾತ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಬಯಸಬೇಡ.
Be not carefull in the night, howe he destroyeth the people out of their place.
21 ಅಕ್ರಮದ ಕರೆಗೆ ಕಾಲಿಡಬೇಡ, ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ! ನೀನು ಕಷ್ಟಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಕೇಡನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀ.
Take thou heede: looke not to iniquitie: for thou hast chosen it rather then affliction.
22 “ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉನ್ನತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇವರಂಥ ಬೋಧಕರು ಯಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ?
Beholde, God exalteth by his power: what teacher is like him?
23 ದೇವರ ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿದವರ‍್ಯಾರು? ‘ನೀವು ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಅನ್ಯಾಯ,’ ಎಂದು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುವವರು ಯಾರು?
Who hath appointed to him his way? or who can say, Thou hast done wickedly?
24 ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಹೊಗಳಿ ಹಾಡುವ ಹಾಡುಗಳಿಂದ, ದೇವರ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಉನ್ನತಪಡಿಸಲು ನೆನಸಿಕೋ.
Remember that thou magnifie his worke, which men behold.
25 ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ದೇವರ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಹೌದು, ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ದೂರದಿಂದ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
All men see it, and men beholde it afarre off.
26 ದೇವರು ಮಹೋನ್ನತರು; ದೇವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಅರಿವಿಗೆ ನಿಲುಕರು. ದೇವರ ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಅಸಂಖ್ಯಾತವಾಗಿವೆ.
Beholde, God is excellent, and we knowe him not, neither can the nomber of his yeres bee searched out.
27 “ದೇವರು ನೀರಿನ ಹನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿದಾಗ, ಮಂಜಿನಿಂದ ತಿಳಿಮಳೆ ಸುರಿಯುತ್ತವೆ.
When he restraineth the droppes of water, the rayne powreth down by the vapour thereof,
28 ಮೋಡಗಳು ಮಳೆಗರೆಯುತ್ತವೆ. ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಚಿಮುಕಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
Which raine the cloudes do droppe and let fall abundantly vpon man.
29 ಮೋಡಗಳ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣತೆಯನ್ನೂ, ದೇವರ ಗುಡಾರದಿಂದ ಗುಡುಗುವುದನ್ನೂ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರು ಯಾರು?
Who can know the diuisions of ye clouds and the thunders of his tabernacle?
30 ಇಗೋ, ದೇವರು ಮಿಂಚನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಸುತ್ತಲು ಚದರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸಮುದ್ರದ ಆಳವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಆವರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Beholde, he spreadeth his light vpon it, and couereth the bottome of the sea.
31 ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ದೇವರು ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಆಳುತ್ತಾರೆ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಿ ದೇವರು ಆಹಾರ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
For thereby hee iudgeth the people, and giueth meate abundantly.
32 ದೇವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಂಚನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು, ಅದನ್ನು ಗುರಿಮುಟ್ಟುವಂತೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
He couereth the light with the clouds, and commandeth them to go against it.
33 ಬಿರುಗಾಳಿಯು ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದೇವರ ಸಿಡಿಲು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ; ದನಕರುಗಳು ಸಹ ದೇವರ ಆಗಮನವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
His companion sheweth him thereof, and there is anger in rising vp.
