マルコの福音書 13
1 イエス宮を出で給ふとき、弟子の一人いふ『師よ、見 給へ、これらの石、これらの建造物、いかに盛ならずや』
And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith to him, Teacher, see! what stones, and what buildings!
2 イエス言ひ給ふ『なんぢ此 等の大なる建造物を見るか、一つの石も崩されずしては石の上に殘らじ』
And Jesus said to him, Seest thou these great buildings? There will not be left one stone upon another, that will not be thrown down.
3 オリブ山にて宮の方に對ひて坐し給へるに、ペテロ、ヤコブ、ヨハネ、アンデレ竊に問ふ
And as he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,
4 『われらに告げ給へ、これらの事は何時あるか、又すべて此 等の事の成し遂げられんとする時は、如何なる兆あるか』
Tell us, when will these things be? and what will be the sign when all these things are about to be accomplished?
5 イエス語り出で給ふ『なんぢら人に惑されぬやうに心せよ。
And Jesus began to say to them, See that no one deceive you.
6 多くの者わが名を冒し來り「われは夫なり」と言ひて多くの人を惑さん。
Many will come in my name, saying, I am He; and will deceive many.
7 戰爭と戰爭の噂とを聞くとき懼るな、かかる事はあるべきなり、されど未だ終にはあらず。
And when ye hear of wars, and rumors of wars, be not troubled; they must come to pass; but not yet is the end.
8 即ち「民は民に、國は國に逆ひて起たん」また處々に地震あり、饑饉あらん、これらは産の苦難の始なり。
For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; there will be earthquakes in divers places; there will be famines. These things are the beginning of travail-pains.
9 汝 等みづから心せよ、人々なんぢらを衆議所に付さん。なんぢら會堂に曳かれて打たれ、且わが故によりて、司たち及び王たちの前に立てられん、これは證をなさん爲なり。
But do ye take heed to yourselves; they will deliver you up to councils, and ye will be taken into synagogues and beaten; and ye will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them.
10 かくて福音は先づもろもろの國人に宣傳へらるべし。
And the glad tidings must first be published to all the nations.
11 人々なんぢらを曳きて付さんとき、何を言はんと預じめ思ひ煩ふな、唯そのとき授けらるることを言へ、これ言ふ者は汝 等にあらず、聖 靈なり。
And when they lead you away to deliver you up, be not anxious beforehand as to what ye shall speak; but whatever shall be given you in that hour, that speak; for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Spirit.
12 兄弟は兄弟を、父は子を死にわたし、子らは親たちに逆ひ立ちて死なしめん。
And brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child; and children will rise up against parents, and put them to death.
13 又なんぢら我が名の故に凡ての人に憎まれん、されど終まで耐へ忍ぶ者は救はるべし。
And ye will be hated by all on account of my name. But he that endureth to the end will be saved.
14 「荒す惡むべき者」の立つべからざる所に立つを見ば（讀むもの悟れ）その時ユダヤにをる者どもは、山に遁れよ。
But when ye see the abomination of desolation standing where it ought not, —let him that readeth understand, —then let those who are in Judaea flee to the mountains;
15 屋の上にをる者は、内に下るな。また家の物を取り出さんとて内に入るな。
let not him that is on the house-top go down, nor enter, to take anything out of his house;
16 畑にをる者は上衣を取らんとて歸るな。
and let not him that is in the field turn back to take his garment.
17 其の日には孕りたる女と、乳を哺まする女とは禍害なるかな。
And woe to the women with child, and to those with children at the breast, in those days!
18 この事の冬おこらぬやうに祈れ、
And pray that it may not be in winter.
19 その日は患難の日なればなり。神の萬物を造り給ひし開闢より今に至るまで、かかる患難はなく、また後にもなからん。
For those days will be a time of distress, such as hath not been from the beginning of the creation which God created until now, nor shall be.
20 主その日を少くし給はずば、救はるる者 一人だになからん。されど其の選び給ひし選民の爲に、その日を少くし給へり。
And if the Lord had not shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the sake of the chosen whom he chose, he shortened the days.
21 其の時なんぢらに「視よ、キリスト此處にあり」「視よ、彼處にあり」と言ふ者ありとも信ずな。
And then if any one shall say to you, See! here is the Christ; see! there; believe him not.
22 僞キリスト・僞 預言者ら起りて、徴と不思議とを行ひ、爲し得べくは、選民をも惑さんとするなり。
For false Christs and false prophets will rise up, and will do signs and wonders, to lead astray, if possible, the chosen.
23 汝らは心せよ、あらかじめ之を皆なんぢらに告げおくなり。
But do ye take heed! I have told you all beforehand.
24 其の時、その患難ののち、日は暗く、月は光を發たず。
But in those days, after that distress, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light;
25 星は空より隕ち、天にある萬象ふるひ動かん。
and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.
26 其のとき人々、人の子の大なる能力と榮光とをもて、雲に乘り來るを見ん。
And then will they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 その時かれは使者たちを遣して、地の極より天の極まで、四方より其の選民をあつめん。
And then will he send forth the angels, and will gather the chosen ones from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.
28 無花果の樹よりの譬を學べ、その枝すでに柔かくなりて葉 芽ぐめば、夏の近きを知る。
And from the fig-tree learn its parable. When its branch hath now become tender, and putteth forth its leaves, ye know that summer is near.
29 かくの如く此 等のことの起るを見ば、人の子すでに近づきて門邊にいたるを知れ。
So also, when ye see these things coming to pass, know ye that he is near, at the doors.
30 まことに汝らに告ぐ、これらの事ことごとく成るまで、今の代は過ぎ逝くことなし。
Truly do I say to you, that this generation will not pass away, till all these things take place.
31 天 地は過ぎゆかん、されど我が言は過ぎ逝くことなし。
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.
32 その日その時を知る者なし。天にある使者たちも知らず、子も知らず、ただ父のみ知り給ふ。
But that day or hour knoweth no one, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father.
33 心して目を覺しをれ、汝 等その時の何時なるかを知らぬ故なり。
Take heed, watch; for ye know not when the time is.
34 例へば家を出づる時、その僕どもに權を委ねて、各自の務を定め、更に門守に、目を覺しをれと命じ置きて、遠く旅立したる人のごとし。
As a man going abroad, having left his house and given authority to his servants, to each one his work, also commanded the porter to watch,
35 この故に目を覺しをれ、家の主人の歸るは、夕か、夜半か、鷄 鳴くころか、夜明か、いづれの時なるかを知らねばなり。
so also watch ye; for ye know not when the master of the house is coming, whether at evening, or at midnight, or at the cock-crowing, or in the morning;
36 恐らくは俄に歸りて、汝らの眠れるを見ん。
lest coming suddenly, he find you sleeping.
37 わが汝らに告ぐるは、凡ての人に告ぐるなり。目を覺しをれ』
And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch.
