Yehezkiel 40
1 Waktu itu tanggal sepuluh bulan satu, dalam tahun kedua puluh lima masa pembuangan kami, empat belas tahun sesudah Yerusalem dikalahkan, aku merasakan kuasa TUHAN, lalu aku dibawa-Nya pergi.
In the twenty-fifth year after we had been taken away prisoners, in the first month of the year, on the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the town was taken, on the very same day, the hand of the Lord was on me, and he took me there.
2 Dalam sebuah penglihatan, Allah membawa aku ke tanah Israel dan menempatkan aku di gunung yang tinggi. Di hadapanku kulihat sekelompok bangunan yang menyerupai sebuah kota.
In the visions of God he took me into the land of Israel, and put me down on a very high mountain, on which there was, as it seemed, a building like a town opposite me.
3 Aku dibawanya ke situ dan kulihat seorang laki-laki yang berkilauan seperti perunggu berdiri di dekat pintu gerbang. Ia memegang tali pengukur dari linen serta kayu pengukur.
He took me there, and I saw a man, looking like brass, with a linen cord in his hand and a measuring rod: and he was stationed in the doorway.
4 Laki-laki itu berkata kepadaku, "Hai manusia fana, dengarlah baik-baik dan perhatikanlah segala sesuatu yang kuperlihatkan kepadamu, sebab untuk itulah engkau dibawa ke mari. Beritahukanlah kepada bangsa Israel semua yang akan kaulihat."
And the man said to me, Son of man, see with your eyes and give hearing with your ears, and take to heart everything I am going to let you see; for in order that I might let you see them, you have come here: and give an account of all you see to the children of Israel.
5 Lalu aku melihat Rumah TUHAN yang dikelilingi tembok. Laki-laki itu mulai mengukur tembok itu dengan kayu pengukurnya yang panjangnya tiga meter. Ternyata tembok itu tingginya tiga meter dan tebalnya juga tiga meter.
And there was a wall on the outside of the house all round, and in the man's hand there was a measuring rod six cubits long by a cubit and a hand's measure: so he took the measure of the building from side to side, one rod; and from base to top, one rod.
6 Kemudian ia pergi ke gerbang yang menghadap ke timur. Ia mendaki tangganya dan sesampainya di atas, ia mengukur ambang pintu itu, lebarnya tiga meter.
Then he came to the doorway looking to the east, and went up by its steps; and he took the measure of the doorstep, one rod wide.
7 Di belakang gerbang itu ada sebuah lorong dan pada masing-masing sisinya terdapat tiga kamar jaga. Semua kamar itu sama besarnya; bentuknya segi empat, dan panjang setiap sisinya adalah tiga meter. Tembok-tembok pemisah setiap kamar sama tebalnya, yaitu dua setengah meter. Lorong itu memanjang tiga meter lagi dan menuju ke ruang besar yang menghadap ke Rumah TUHAN. Laki-laki itu mengukur ruang besar itu dan ternyata lebarnya empat meter; letaknya di ujung pintu gerbang, sebelah dalam, yaitu yang paling dekat dengan Rumah TUHAN. Tembok-tembok di bagian yang menghadap Rumah TUHAN, tebalnya satu meter.
And the watchmen's rooms were one rod long and one rod wide; and the space between the rooms was five cubits; the doorstep of the doorway, by the covered way of the doorway inside, was one rod.
And he took the measure of the covered way of the doorway inside,
Eight cubits; and its uprights, two cubits; the covered way of the doorway was inside.
And the rooms of the doorway on the east were three on this side and three on that; all three were of the same size; and the uprights on this side and on that were of the same size.
11 Kemudian laki-laki itu mengukur lebar lorong di pintu gerbang; enam setengah meter, dan juga lebar pintu gerbang itu lima meter.
And he took the measure of the opening of the doorway, ten cubits wide; and the way down the doorway was thirteen cubits;
12 Di depan kamar-kamar jaga yang berukuran tiga kali tiga meter itu, ada tembok rendah yang tingginya setengah meter, dan tebalnya setengah meter juga.
And the space in front of the rooms, a cubit on this side and a cubit on that side; and the rooms six cubits on this side and six cubits on that.
13 Lalu laki-laki itu mengukur jarak dari tembok belakang sebuah kamar jaga sampai ke tembok belakang kamar jaga di seberangnya, yaitu 12,5 meter.
And he took the measure of the doorway from the back of one room to the back of the other, twenty-five cubits across, from door to door.
14 Ia juga mengukur ruang besar itu: panjangnya sepuluh meter. Pintu ruang itu menuju ke pelataran luar Rumah TUHAN.
And he took the measure of the covered way, twenty cubits; and opening from the covered way of the doorway was the open square round about.
15 Jarak dari pintu gerbang sebelah luar sampai ke tembok ruang besar di bagian yang menghadap ke Rumah TUHAN adalah 25 meter.
And from before the opening of the doorway to before the inner covered way of the doorway was fifty cubits.
16 Pada tembok belakang dan tembok pemisah kamar-kamar itu ada jendela-jendela kecil. Tembok-tembok bagian dalam yang menghadap ke lorong, dihias dengan ukir-ukiran pohon palem.
And the rooms and their uprights had sloping windows inside the doorway all round, and in the same way the covered way had windows all round on the inside: and on every upright there were palm-trees.
17 Kemudian laki-laki itu membawa aku melalui pintu gerbang ke pelataran luar Rumah TUHAN. Pada sisi tembok luar di sekeliling Rumah TUHAN itu dibangun 30 kamar. Di depan kamar-kamar itu ada lantai batu
Then he took me into the outer square, and there were rooms and a stone floor made for the open square all round: there were thirty rooms on the stone floor.
18 yang mengelilingi seluruh pelataran itu. Pelataran luar itu lebih rendah daripada pelataran dalam.
And the stone floor was by the side of the doorways, and was as wide as the doorways were long, even the lower floor.
19 Di situ ada pintu gerbang lain yang letaknya lebih tinggi dan yang menuju ke pelataran dalam. Laki-laki itu mengukur jarak antara kedua pintu gerbang itu: 50 meter.
Then he took the measure of the square across, from before the lower doorway inside to before the inner doorway outside, one hundred cubits. And he took me in the direction of the north,
20 Kemudian laki-laki itu mengukur gerbang utara yang menuju ke pelataran dalam.
And there was a doorway to the outer square, looking to the north; and he took the measure of it to see how wide and how long it was.
21 Di gerbang itu, ketiga kamar jaga pada masing-masing sisi lorongnya, tembok-tembok pemisahnya serta ruang besarnya, semuanya sama ukurannya dengan yang ada di gerbang sebelah timur. Seluruh lorong gerbang itu panjangnya 25 meter dan lebarnya 12,5 meter.
And it had three rooms on this side of it and three on that; its uprights and its covered ways were the same size as those of the first doorway: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
22 Juga ruang besarnya, jendela-jendelanya, dan ukir-ukiran pohon palemnya sama dengan yang ada di gerbang timur. Tujuh anak tangga menuju ke gerbang itu, dan di ujungnya ada ruang besar yang menghadap ke pelataran luar Rumah TUHAN.
And its windows, and the windows of its covered ways, and its palm-trees, were the same as those of the doorway looking to the east; and there were seven steps up to it; and the covered way went inside.
23 Berhadapan dengan gerbang utara, ada gerbang lain yang menuju ke pelataran dalam, sama seperti yang ada di sebelah gerbang timur. Orang itu mengukur jarak antara kedua gerbang itu: 50 meter.
And there was a doorway to the inner square opposite the doorway on the north, like the doorway on the east; and he took the measure from doorway to doorway, a hundred cubits.
24 Selanjutnya, laki-laki itu membawa aku ke gerbang selatan dan mengukurnya. Ternyata gerbang itu sama dengan gerbang-gerbang yang lain.
And he took me to the south, and I saw a doorway looking to the south: and he took the measure of its rooms and its uprights and its covered ways by these measures.
25 Jendela-jendela di kamar-kamarnya sama dengan yang ada di gerbang-gerbang yang lain. Panjang lorong gerbang itu 25 meter, dan lebarnya 12,5 meter.
And there were windows in it and in the covered way all round, like the other windows: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
26 Tujuh anak tangga menuju ke gerbang itu dan ruang besarnya juga ada di ujung, menghadap ke pelataran luar Rumah TUHAN. Tembok-tembok bagian dalam yang menghadap ke lorong, dihias dengan ukir-ukiran pohon palem.
And there were seven steps up to it, and its covered way went inside: and it had palm-trees, one on this side and one on that, on its uprights.
27 Di situ ada juga gerbang yang menuju ke pelataran dalam. Laki-laki itu mengukur jarak antara kedua gerbang itu: 50 meter.
And there was a doorway to the inner square looking to the south: he took the measure from doorway to doorway to the south, a hundred cubits.
28 Selanjutnya laki-laki itu membawa aku melalui gerbang selatan masuk ke pelataran dalam. Ia mengukur gerbang selatan itu, dan ukurannya sama dengan gerbang-gerbang di sebelah luar.
Then he took me to the inner square by the south doorway: and he took the measure of the south doorway by these measures;
29 Kamar-kamar jaganya, ruang besarnya, dan tembok-tembok dalamnya sama dengan yang ada di gerbang-gerbang lain. Kamar-kamar di gerbang ini pun mempunyai jendela-jendela. Lorong gerbang itu panjangnya 25 meter dan lebar 12,5 meter.
And the rooms in it and the uprights and the covered ways, by these measures:
And there were windows in it and in the covered way all round: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
31 Tetapi ruang besarnya menghadap ke pelataran luar. Tembok-tembok bagian dalam yang menghadap ke lorong, juga dihias dengan ukir-ukiran pohon palem. Delapan anak tangga itu menuju ke gerbang itu.
The covered way was on the side nearest the outer square; and there were palm-trees on the uprights: and there were eight steps going up to it.
32 Setelah itu laki-laki itu membawa aku melalui gerbang timur masuk ke halaman dalam. Ia mengukur gerbang itu dan ukurannya sama dengan gerbang-gerbang yang lain.
And he took me into the inner square facing the east: and he took the measure of the doorway by these measures;
33 Kamar-kamar jaganya, tembok-tembok dalamnya dan ruang besarnya ukurannya seperti yang ada di gerbang-gerbang yang lain. Di kamar-kamar itu dan di ruang besarnya ada jendela-jendela. Panjang lorong gerbang itu 25 meter dan lebarnya 12,5 meter.
And of the rooms in it and its uprights and its covered ways, by these measures: and there were windows in it and in the covered way round about: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.

35 Akhirnya laki-laki itu membawa aku ke gerbang utara. Ia mengukur gerbang itu dan ukurannya sama dengan gerbang-gerbang yang lain.
And he took me to the north doorway: and he took the measure of it by these measures;
36 Juga kamar-kamar jaganya, tembok-tembok dalamnya dan ruang besarnya sama dengan yang ada di gerbang-gerbang yang lain. Di kamar-kamarnya dan di ruang besarnya ada jendela-jendela. Panjang lorong gerbang itu 25 meter dan lebarnya 12,5 meter.
Its rooms, its uprights, and its covered way had the same measures, and its covered way had windows all round: it was fifty cubits long and twenty-five cubits wide.
37 Ruang depannya juga menghadap ke pelataran luar. Tembok-tembok bagian dalam yang menghadap ke lorong, dihias dengan ukir-ukiran pohon palem. Delapan anak tangga menuju ke gerbang itu.
Its uprights were on the side nearest to the outer square; there were palm-trees on the uprights, on this side and on that: and there were eight steps going up to it.
38 Di pelataran luar ada sebuah kamar tambahan di gerbang dalam sebelah utara. Dari kamar tambahan itu ada sebuah pintu yang menuju ke ruang besar. Di situlah dibasuh binatang-binatang untuk kurban bakaran.
And there was a room with a door in the covered way of the doorway, where the burned offering was washed.
39 Di ruang besar itu, ada empat buah meja, dua di setiap sisinya. Di atas meja-meja itulah dipotong binatang untuk kurban bakaran, atau kurban penghapus dosa atau kurban ganti rugi.
And in the covered way of the doorway there were two tables on this side and two tables on that side, on which the burned offering and the sin-offering and the offering for error were put to death:
40 Di luar ruang besar itu ada lagi empat meja, dua di setiap sisi gerbang utara itu.
On the outer side, to the north, as one goes up to the opening of the doorway, were two tables.
41 Jadi, semuanya ada delapan buah meja tempat memotong kurban: empat di dalam, dan empat di luar pelataran.
There were four tables on one side and four tables on the other, by the side of the doorway; eight tables, on which they put to death the beasts for the offerings.
42 Keempat buah meja di kamar tambahan yang dipakai untuk mempersiapkan kurban bakaran dipahat dari batu. Meja itu tingginya setengah meter, sedang bagian atasnya persegi empat, panjang dan lebarnya masing-masing tiga perempat meter. Di atas meja-meja itu disimpan perkakas untuk memotong binatang kurban.
And there were four tables for the burned offering, made of cut stone, one and a half cubits long, one and a half cubits wide and a cubit high, where the instruments were placed which were used for putting to death the burned offering and the beasts for the offerings.
43 Tepi meja-meja itu mempunyai pinggiran selebar 75 milimeter. Semua daging yang akan dikurbankan diletakkan di atas meja-meja itu.
And they had edges all round as wide as a man's hand: and on the tables was the flesh of the offerings.
44 Kemudian laki-laki itu membawa aku ke pelataran dalam. Di situ ada dua bangsal, yang satu di samping gerbang utara dan menghadap ke selatan, sedang yang satu lagi di samping gerbang selatan dan menghadap ke utara.
And he took me into the inner square, and there were two rooms in the inner square, one at the side of the north doorway, facing south; and one at the side of the south doorway, facing north.
45 Laki-laki itu mengatakan kepadaku bahwa bangsal yang menghadap ke selatan itu disediakan untuk para imam yang bertugas di Rumah TUHAN,
And he said to me, This room, facing south, is for the priests who have the care of the house.
46 sedang bangsal yang menghadap ke utara disediakan untuk para imam yang bertugas pada mezbah. Semua imam itu harus dari keturunan Zadok. Sebab dari suku Lewi hanya keturunan Zadok yang boleh menghadap TUHAN untuk melayani Dia dalam ibadat.
And the room facing north is for the priests who have the care of the altar: these are the sons of Zadok, who, from among the sons of Levi, come near to the Lord to do the work of his house.
47 Laki-laki itu mengukur pelataran dalam. Bentuknya persegi empat: panjang dan lebarnya masing-masing 50 meter. Rumah TUHAN itu ada di sebelah barat, dan di depannya ada sebuah mezbah.
And he took the measure of the open square, a hundred cubits long and a hundred cubits wide, being square; and the altar was in front of the house.
48 Kemudian ia membawa aku ke ruang depan Rumah TUHAN dengan mendaki beberapa anak tangga. Ia mengukur ruang masuk; luasnya tujuh kali dua setengah meter, dengan dinding-dinding pada kedua pinggirnya setebal satu setengah meter. Di kiri kanannya ada sebuah pilar. Ruang depan itu sendiri panjangnya sepuluh meter dan lebarnya enam meter.
Then he took me to the covered way before the house, and took the measure of its uprights, five cubits on one side and five cubits on the other: and the doorway was fourteen cubits wide; and the side-walls of the doorway were three cubits on one side and three cubits on the other.
The covered way was twenty cubits long and twelve cubits wide, and they went up to it by ten steps; and there were pillars by the uprights, one on one side and one on the other.
