1 Abụ Ọma nke dịrị onyeisi Abụ. Ọ bụ olu abụ eji ekwe “Okoko lili nke Ọgbụgba Ndụ” Abụ Ọma nke Asaf. Nụrụ olu anyị, O Onye ọzụzụ atụrụ nke Izrel, gị onye na-edu Josef dịka igwe atụrụ. Gị onye na-anọdụ dịka eze, nʼetiti cherubim, nwupụta Ìhè
To him that excelleth on Shoshannim Eduth. A Psalme committed to Asaph. Heare, O thou Shepheard of Israel, thou that leadest Ioseph like sheepe: shewe thy brightnes, thou that sittest betweene the Cherubims.
2 nʼihu Ifrem, Benjamin na Manase. Kpọtee ịdị ike gị, bịa zọpụta anyị.
Before Ephraim and Beniamin and Manasseh stirre vp thy strength, and come to helpe vs.
3 O Chineke, kpọghachi anyị azụ, mee ka ihu gị nwukwasị anyị, ka e nwee ike ịzọpụta anyị.
Turne vs againe, O God, and cause thy face to shine that we may be saued.
4 O Onyenwe anyị, Chineke, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile ruo ole mgbe ka iwe gị ga-adị ọkụ megide ekpere ndị gị?
O Lord God of hostes, how long wilt thou be angrie against the prayer of thy people?
5 I jirila anya mmiri dịka a ga-asị na ọ bụ achịcha zụọ ha nri; i meela ka ha ṅụọ anya mmiri nʼihe ọtụtụ.
Thou hast fedde them with the bread of teares, and giuen them teares to drinke with great measure.
6 I meela ka anyị bụrụ ihe na-eweta esemokwu nʼetiti ndị agbataobi anyị, ndị iro anyị na-achịkwa anyị ọchị.
Thou hast made vs a strife vnto our neighbours, and our enemies laugh at vs among themselues.
7 O Chineke, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile, kpọghachi anyị azụ, mee ka ihu gị nwukwasị anyị, ka e nwee ike ịzọpụta anyị.
Turne vs againe, O God of hostes: cause thy face to shine, and we shalbe saued.
8 I sitere nʼala Ijipt wepụta osisi vaịnị; ị chụpụrụ mba ndị ọzọ, kụọ ya.
Thou hast brought a vine out of Egypt: thou hast cast out the heathen, and planted it.
9 Ị sụchaara ya ala, mgbọrọgwụ ya bara nʼime ala nke ọma, o jupụtakwara ala ahụ niile.
Thou madest roume for it, and didest cause it to take roote, and it filled the land.
10 Ndo ya kpuchiri ugwu niile, alaka ya gbasara kpuchie osisi sida ukwu sida.
The mountaines were couered with the shadowe of it, and the boughes thereof were like the goodly cedars.
11 Ọ wasaala alaka ya ruo oke osimiri wasaakwa ume ya ruo osimiri.
Shee stretched out her branches vnto the Sea, and her boughes vnto the Riuer.
12 Gịnị mere i ji tiwasịa mgbidi ya niile si otu a mee ka ndị niile na-agafe ghọrọ mkpụrụ ya?
Why hast thou then broken downe her hedges, so that all they, which passe by the way, haue plucked her?
13 Oke ezi si nʼoke ọhịa na-emebisi ya, ụmụ ahụhụ si nʼọhịa dị iche iche na-ejikwa ya emere ihe oriri.
The wilde bore out of the wood hath destroyed it, and the wilde beastes of the fielde haue eaten it vp.
14 Lọghachikwute anyị, O Chineke, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile. Si nʼeluigwe ledata anya ma hụ! Letakwa osisi vaịnị a,
Returne we beseech thee, O God of hostes: looke downe from heauen and beholde and visite this vine,
15 mgbọrọgwụ nke aka nri gị kụrụ, ọkpara nke ị zụlitere nye onwe gị.
And the vineyard, that thy right hand hath planted, and the young vine, which thou madest strong for thy selfe.
16 E gbutuola osisi vaịnị gị, e ji ọkụ repịa ya; mgbe ị bara mba, ndị gị na-ala nʼiyi.
It is burnt with fire and cut downe: and they perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.
17 Ka aka gị dịkwasị nwoke ahụ nọ nʼaka nri gị, nwa nke mmadụ onye ị zụlitere nye onwe gị.
Let thine hande be vpon the man of thy right hande, and vpon the sonne of man, whome thou madest strong for thine owne selfe.
18 Mgbe ahụ, anyị agaghị esikwa nʼebe ị nọ laghachi azụ; tutee anyị, anyị ga-akpọkukwa aha gị.
So will not we goe backe from thee: reuiue thou vs, and we shall call vpon thy Name.
19 Kpọghachi anyị azụ, O Onyenwe anyị, Chineke, Onye pụrụ ime ihe niile mee ka ihu gị nwukwasị anyị, ka e nwee ike zọpụta anyị.
