1 Mkpụrụobi m, too Onyenwe anyị. O Onyenwe anyị na Chineke m, ị dị ukwu nke ukwuu; ị na-eyikwasị ịma mma na ebube dịka uwe.
Bless, O my soul, YHWH! YHWH, my God, You have been very great, You have put on splendor and majesty.
2 Ọ na-eji ìhè kpuchie onwe ya dịka akwa; ọ na-agbasa eluigwe dịka ụlọ ikwu
Covering Himself [with] light as a garment, Stretching out the heavens as a curtain,
3 na-atọ ntọala ụlọ elu ya nʼelu mmiri. Ọ na-eji igwe ojii emere onwe ya ụgbọ agha na-ejirikwa nku nke ifufe felie elu.
Who is laying the beam of His upper chambers in the waters, Who is making thick clouds His chariot, Who is walking on wings of wind,
4 O ji oke ifufe mere ihe na-ejere ya ozi, meekwa ka ọkụ na-enwu enwu bụrụ ndị na-ejere ya ozi.
Making His messengers—the winds, His ministers—the flaming fire.
5 Ọ bụ ya tọrọ ntọala ụwa; agaghị ewezugakwa ya site nʼọnọdụ ya.
He has founded earth on its bases, It is not moved for all time and forever.
6 I gbokwasịrị ogbu mmiri nʼelu ya dịka ọ bụ uwe ka i yikwasịrị ya, mmiri tokpukwara ugwu niile.
The abyss! You have covered it as with clothing, Waters stand above hills.
7 Ma mgbe ị bara mba, mmiri ahụ gbapụrụ, nʼụda oke olu nke egbe eluigwe gị, ha gbapụrụ ọsọ.
They flee from Your rebuke, They hurry away from the voice of Your thunder.
8 Ha sitere nʼelu ugwu niile, sọrọ gaa na ndagwurugwu, ruokwa nʼebe ahụ ị kpara oke na ha ga-anọ.
They go up hills—they go down valleys, To a place You have founded for them.
9 Ị kpara oke nye ha, nke ha na-agaghị agafe, gbochie ha ikpuchi elu ụwa ọzọ.
You have set a border, they do not pass over, They do not turn back to cover the earth.
10 Ọ na-eme ka mmiri, site nʼala na-asọpụta na ndagwurugwu, meekwa ka iyi niile site nʼetiti ugwu na-asọfe.
He is sending forth fountains in valleys, They go on between hills.
11 Ha na-enye anụ ọhịa niile mmiri ọṅụṅụ bụrụkwa ebe akpịrị ịkpọ nkụ nke ịnyịnya ibu ọhịa na-adajụ.
They water every beast of the field, Wild donkeys break their thirst.
12 Nʼosisi dị nʼakụkụ ha ka ụmụ anụ ufe nke eluigwe ga-anọ wuo akwụ ha; nọrọkwa nʼalaka ha bụọ abụ.
The bird of the heavens dwells by them, From between the branches They give forth the voice.
13 Ọ na-esite nʼeluigwe na-ezidata mmiri ozuzo nʼelu ugwu niile; ụwa niile na-ejupụtakwa na mkpụrụ nke ọrụ aka ya.
Watering hills from His upper chambers, The earth is satisfied from the fruit of Your works.
14 Ọ na-eme ka ahịhịa puputara anụ ụlọ, na-emekwa ka ihe a kụrụ nʼala puoro mmadụ nʼubi ya, ime ka nri site nʼala pupụta;
Causing grass to spring up for livestock, And herb for the service of man, To bring forth bread from the earth,
15 mmanya nke na-enye obi mmadụ aṅụrị, mmanụ nke na-eme ka ihu na-egbupụ amụma, na achịcha nke na-enye ya ume nʼobi.
And wine—it makes the heart of man glad, To cause the face to shine from oil, And bread—it supports the heart of man.
16 A na-agba osisi niile nke Onyenwe anyị mmiri nke ọma, osisi sida nke Lebanọn nke ọ kụrụ.
The trees of YHWH [are] satisfied, Cedars of Lebanon that He has planted,
17 Ụmụ nnụnụ na-ewu akwụ ha; nʼosisi fịa ka ụgbala na-ewu akwụ ya.
Where birds make nests, The stork—the firs [are] her house.
18 Ugwu niile dị elu dịịrị ewu ọhịa; nʼọgba dị na nkume ka ewi nkume na-ezo onwe ha.
The high hills [are] for wild goats, rocks [are] a refuge for hyraxes,
19 I mere ọnwa ka ọ bụrụ ihe a ga-eji na-agụ oge na mgbe dị iche iche; anyanwụ makwaara mgbe ọ ga-eji daa.
He made the moon for seasons, The sun has known his place of entrance.
20 Ị na-eme ka ọchịchịrị bịa, ọ bụrụ abalị; ụmụ anụ ọhịa niile nke oke ọhịa na-akpagharị.
You set darkness, and it is night, Every beast of the forest creeps in it.
21 Ụmụ ọdụm na-agbọ ụja ha na-elegharị anya anụ ha ga-adọgbu, ịchọrọ onwe ha ihe oriri ahụ Chineke na-enye ha.
The young lions are roaring for prey, And to seek their food from God.
22 Nʼisi ụtụtụ mgbe anwụ wara, ha na-alaghachi zoo onwe ha nʼebe nzuzo ha.
The sun rises, they are gathered, And they crouch in their dens.
23 Ụmụ mmadụ na-amalitekwa ọrụ ha nʼisi ụtụtụ, kwụsịkwa nʼanyasị mgbe ọchịchịrị bidoro ịgba.
Man goes forth to his work, And to his service—until evening.
24 Onyenwe anyị, ọrụ aka gị dị ọtụtụ. Ọ bụ site nʼamamihe ka i ji kee ha. Elu ụwa niile jupụtara nʼihe niile i kere eke.
How many have been Your works, O YHWH, You have made all of them in wisdom, The earth is full of your possessions.
25 Leenụ osimiri nke buru ibu saakwa mbara; jupụtara nʼihe e kere eke na-akpụ akpụ nke a na-apụghị ịgụta ọnụ bi, anụ dị ndụ ma ndị ukwu ma ndị nta.
This, the sea, great and broad of sides, There [are] moving things—innumerable, Living creatures—small with great.
26 Nʼebe ahụ ka ụgbọ mmiri niile na-ejegharị, nʼime ya kwa ka leviatan, nke gị onwe gị kere, na-anọ egwuri egwu.
There ships go—[and] leviathan, That You have formed to play in it.
27 Ha niile na-adabere na gị, ka i nye ha nri nʼotu nʼotu, mgbe oge iri nri ha ruru.
All of them look to You, To give their food in its season.
28 Ị na-enye ha nri; ha na-erikwa ya. Mgbe i meghere ọbụ aka gị nye ha nri, afọ na-eju ha nke ọma.
You give to them—they gather, You open Your hand—they [are] satisfied [with] good.
29 Mgbe i zonarịrị ha ihu gị, egwu na-eju ha obi. Mgbe ị napụkwara ha ume ndụ i nyere ha, ha na-ekubi ume, nwụọ, laghachikwa nʼaja ebe ha siri pụta.
You hide Your face—they are troubled, You gather their spirit—they expire, And they return to their dust.
30 Mgbe i zipụrụ mmụọ gị, a na-eke ha; ị na-agbanwekwa ihu elu ụwa.
You send out Your Spirit, they are created, And You renew the face of the ground.
31 Ka ebube Onyenwe anyị dịgide site nʼebighị ebi ruo nʼebighị ebi; ka ọrụ aka Onyenwe anyị niile wetara ya ọṅụ,
The glory of YHWH is for all time, YHWH rejoices in His works,
32 onye na-ele ụwa anya, ụwa amaa jijiji, onye na-emetụ ugwu niile aka, ha na-akwụ anwụrụ ọkụ.
Who is looking to earth, and it trembles, He comes against hills, and they smoke.
33 Aga m abụku Onyenwe anyị abụ ogologo ụbọchị niile nke ndụ m; aga m abụku Chineke m abụ otuto oge niile m na-adị ndụ.
I sing to YHWH during my life, I sing praise to my God while I exist.
34 Ka ntụgharị uche m niile bụrụ ihe na-atọ ya ụtọ, dịka m na-aṅụrị ọṅụ nʼime Onyenwe anyị.
My meditation on Him is sweet, I rejoice in YHWH.
35 Ka e kpochapụ ndị mmehie niile site nʼụwa. Ka ndị niile na-emebi iwu gharakwa ịdị ọzọ. Too Onyenwe anyị gị mkpụrụobi m! Toonu Onyenwe anyị!
Sinners are consumed from the earth, And the wicked are no more. Bless, O my soul, YHWH. Praise YAH!
