1 Yabi Ubangiji. Ku yabe shi, ya ku bayin Ubangiji, ku yabi sunan Ubangiji.
Alleluia. Praise the Lord, you servants [of his], praise, the name of the Lord.
2 Bari a yabi sunan Ubangiji, yanzu da har abada kuma.
Let the name of the Lord be blessed, from this present time and for ever.
3 Daga fitowar rana zuwa inda take fāɗuwa, a yabi sunan Ubangiji.
From the rising of the sun to his setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised.
4 Ana ɗaukaka Ubangiji a bisa dukan al’ummai, ɗaukakarsa a bisa sammai
The Lord is high above all the nations; his glory is above the heavens.
5 Wane ne yake kamar Ubangiji Allahnmu, Wannan mai zama a kursiyi can bisa,
Who is as the Lord our God? who dwells in the high places,
6 wanda yake sunkuya yă dubi sammai da duniya?
and [yet] looks upon the low things in heaven, and on the earth:
7 Yakan tā da matalauta daga ƙura yakan ɗaga mabukata daga tarin toka;
who lifts up the poor from the earth, and raises up the needy from the dunghill;
8 ya zaunar da su tare da sarakuna, tare da sarakunan mutanensu.
to set him with princes, [even] with the princes of his people:
9 Yakan zaunar da matar da ba haihuwa a gidanta ta zama kamar mahaifiyar’ya’ya mai farin ciki. Yabi Ubangiji.
who settles the barren [woman] in a house, [as] a mother rejoicing over children.
