< Markus 9 >

1 Ya kuma ce musu, “Gaskiya nake gaya muku, waɗansu da suke tsattsaye a nan ba za su mutu ba, sai sun ga mulkin Allah ya bayyana da iko.”
And he said to them, “Truly I say to you, there are some standing here who will certainly not taste death until they see the kingdom of God come with power.”
2 Bayan kwana shida, sai Yesu ya ɗauki Bitrus, Yaƙub da Yohanna tare da shi, ya kai su kan wani dutse mai tsawo, suka kasance su kaɗai a wurin. A can aka sāke kamanninsa a gabansu.
After six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John, and led them up on a high mountain by themselves. There he was transfigured before them.
3 Tufafinsa suka zama fari suna ƙyalli, fiye da yadda wani a duniya zai iya yi su.
His garments became radiant and extremely white, like snow, such as no launderer on earth could whiten them.
4 Iliya da Musa suka bayyana a gabansu, suna magana da Yesu.
Then Elijah appeared to them with Moses, and they were talking with Jesus.
Bari mu kafa bukkoki guda uku, ɗaya dominka, ɗaya domin Musa, ɗaya kuma domin Iliya.”
So Peter said to Jesus, “Rabbi, it is good for us to be here. Let us make three shelters, one for yoʋ, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.”
(For they were terrified, and he did not know what to say.)
7 Sai wani girgije ya bayyana, ya rufe su, wata murya kuma ta fito daga girgijen, ta ce, “Wannan Ɗana ne, wanda nake ƙauna, ku saurare shi!”
Then a cloud came and overshadowed them, and a voice came from the cloud: “This is my beloved Son; listen to him!”
And suddenly, when they looked around, they no longer saw anyone with them but Jesus.
As they were coming down from the mountain, Jesus ordered them to tell no one what they had seen until the Son of Man had risen from the dead.
10 Suka riƙe wannan zance a ɓoye tsakaninsu, suna tattaunawa ko mece ce ma’anar “tashi daga matattu.”
So they kept the matter to themselves, discussing what this “rising from the dead” could mean.
11 Suka tambaye shi, suka ce, “Don me malaman dokoki suke cewa, sai Iliya ya fara zuwa?”
Then they asked him, “Why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?”
Don me kuma aka rubuta cewa, dole Ɗan Mutum yă sha wahala sosai, kuma a ƙi shi?
He answered them, “Elijah does indeed come first to restore all things. How then is it written that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be treated with contempt?
But I tell you that Elijah has indeed come, and they did to him whatever they wanted, just as it is written about him.”
When Jesus came back to the other disciples, he saw a large crowd around them, and some scribes arguing with them.
When the whole crowd saw him, they were greatly amazed and immediately ran up and greeted him.
Then he asked the scribes, “What are you arguing with them about?”
One man from among the crowd answered, “Teacher, I brought yoʋ my son, who has a spirit that makes him mute.
Whenever it seizes him, it throws him down, and he foams at the mouth, grinds his teeth, and becomes rigid. I asked yoʋr disciples to cast it out, but they were not able to do so.”
19 Yesu ya ce, “Ya ku zamani marar bangaskiya, har yaushe zan kasance tare da ku? Har yaushe zan yi haƙuri da ku? Kawo mini yaron.”
Jesus answered him, “O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to me.”
20 Sai suka kawo shi. Ya fāɗi a ƙasa, yana birgima, bakinsa yana kumfa.
So they brought the boy to him. When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into convulsions, and he fell on the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth.
Then Jesus asked the boy's father, “How long has this been happening to him?” The father said, “From childhood.
22 Ya sha jefa shi cikin wuta, ko ruwa don yă kashe shi. Amma in za ka iya yin wani abu, ka ji tausayinmu ka taimake mu.”
It often throws him into the fire and into the water, to destroy him. But if yoʋ are able to do anything, help us and have compassion on us.”
23 Yesu ya ce, “‘In za ka iya’? Ai, kome mai yiwuwa ne ga wanda ya gaskata.”
Jesus said to him, “The question is whether yoʋ are able to believe. All things are possible for the one who believes.”
24 Nan da nan mahaifin yaron ya faɗa da ƙarfi ya ce, “Na gaskata, ka taimake ni in sha kan rashin bangaskiyata!”
Immediately the child's father cried out and said with tears, “I believe, Lord; help my unbelief!”
25 Da Yesu ya ga taron suna zuwa can a guje, sai ya tsawata wa mugun ruhun ya ce, “Kai ruhun kurma, da na bebe, na umarce ka, ka fita daga cikinsa, kada kuma ka ƙara shigarsa.”
When Jesus saw that a crowd came running together, he rebuked the unclean spirit and said to it, “Yoʋ spirit that makes this boy mute and deaf, I command yoʋ, come out of him and never enter him again!”
After crying out, the spirit convulsed the boy greatly and came out, and the boy became as though he were dead, so that many said, “He is dead!”
But Jesus took him by the hand and raised him up, and the boy arose.
28 Da Yesu ya shiga gida, almajiransa suka tambaye shi a ɓoye, suka ce, “Me ya sa ba mu iya fitar da shi ba?”
Now when Jesus came into the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?”
He said to them, “This kind cannot come out by anything except prayer and fasting.”
30 Suka bar wurin suka bi ta Galili. Yesu bai so wani yă san inda suke ba,
Then they went away from there and passed through Galilee, but Jesus did not want anyone to know it.
For he was teaching his disciples and telling them, “The Son of Man is going to be delivered up into the hands of men, and they will kill him. Yet after he has been killed, he will rise on the third day.”
But they did not understand what this meant, and they were afraid to ask him about it.
33 Suka iso Kafarnahum.
Then Jesus came to Capernaum, and when he was in the house, he asked the disciples, “What were you discussing among yourselves on the way?”
34 Amma suka yi shiru, don a hanya suna gardama ne, a kan ko wane ne a cikinsu ya fi girma?
But they were silent, because on the way they had been arguing with one another about who was greater.
35 Da Yesu ya zauna, sai ya kira Sha Biyun ya ce, “In wani yana so yă zama na fari, dole yă zama na ƙarshe duka, da kuma bawan kowa.”
So Jesus sat down, called the twelve over, and said to them, “If anyone wants to be first, he must be last of all and a servant to all.”
36 Ya ɗauki wani ƙaramin yaro ya sa yă tsaya a tsakiyarsu. Ya ɗauke shi a hannunsa, ya ce musu,
Then he took a child and placed him before them. And taking the child in his arms, he said to them,
37 “Duk wanda ya karɓi ɗaya daga cikin waɗannan ƙananan yara a cikin sunana, ni ya karɓa. Duk wanda kuma ya karɓe ni, ba ni ya karɓa ba, amma wanda ya aiko ni ne ya karɓa.”
“Whoever receives one child such as this in my name receives me; and whoever receives me, receives not me, but him who sent me.”
38 Yohanna ya ce, “Malam mun ga wani mutum yana fitar da aljanu a cikin sunanka, sai muka ce yă daina, domin shi ba ɗaya daga cikinmu ba ne.”
John said to him in response, “Teacher, we saw someone who does not follow us casting out demons in yoʋr name, and we told him to stop because he does not follow us.”
39 Yesu ya ce, “Kada ku hana shi. Ba wanda yake yin ayyukan banmamaki a cikin sunana, nan take yă faɗi wani abu mummuna game da ni.
But Jesus said, “Do not stop him, for no one who does a miracle in my name will be able to speak evil of me soon afterward.
For whoever is not against you is for you.
41 Gaskiya nake gaya muku, duk wanda ya ba ku ruwan sha a sunana, saboda ku na Kiristi ne, lalle, ba zai rasa ladarsa ba.
Truly I say to you, whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in my name, because you belong to Christ, will certainly not lose his reward.
42 “Idan kuma wani yă sa ɗaya daga cikin waɗannan’yan yara masu gaskatawa da ni yă yi laifi, zai fiye masa a rataya wani babban dutsen niƙa a wuyarsa, a jefa shi cikin teku.
“If anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.
43 In hannunka yana sa ka yin zunubi, yanke shi. (Geenna g1067)
If yoʋr hand causes yoʋ to stumble, cut it off. It is better for yoʋ to enter life crippled than to have two hands and go into hell, into the unquenchable fire, (Geenna g1067)
‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’
45 In kuma ƙafarka tana sa ka yin zunubi, yanke ta. (Geenna g1067)
And if yoʋr foot causes yoʋ to stumble, cut it off. It is better for yoʋ to enter life lame than to have two feet and be thrown into hell, into the unquenchable fire, (Geenna g1067)
‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’
47 In kuma idonka yana sa ka zunubi, ƙwaƙule shi.
And if yoʋr eye causes yoʋ to stumble, tear it out. It is better for yoʋ to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fires of hell, (Geenna g1067)
48 inda “‘tsutsotsinsu ba sa mutuwa, wutar kuma ba a iya kashewa.’
‘where their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.’
49 Za a tsarkake kowa da wuta.
For everyone will be salted with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt.
50 “Gishiri yana da daɗi, amma in ya rabu da ɗanɗanonsa, ta yaya za a sāke mai da ɗanɗanonsa? Ku kasance da gishiri a cikinku, ku kuma yi zauna lafiya da juna.”
Salt is good, but if it becomes unsalty, with what shall you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace with one another.”
