Job 12
1 Et Job répondit et dit:
And he answered Job and he said.
2 Vraiment vous êtes les [seuls] hommes, et avec vous mourra la sagesse!
Truly that you [are the] people and with you it will die wisdom.
3 Moi aussi j’ai du sens comme vous, je ne vous suis pas inférieur; et de qui de telles choses ne sont-elles pas [connues]?
Also [belongs] to me a heart - like you not [am] falling I more than you and with whom? [are] there not like these [things].
4 Je suis un [homme] qui est la risée de ses amis, criant à Dieu, et à qui il répondra; – le juste parfait est un objet de risée!
A laughingstock to friend his - I am [one who] called to God and he answered him [is] a laughingstock a righteous [person] a blameless [person].
5 Celui qui est prêt à broncher de ses pieds est une lampe méprisée pour les pensées de celui qui est à son aise.
[belongs] to Disaster contempt to [the] thought of [one] at ease a push [belongs] to [those who] are sliding of foot.
6 Les tentes des dévastateurs prospèrent, et la confiance est pour ceux qui provoquent Dieu, pour celui dans la main duquel Dieu a fait venir [l’abondance].
They are at peace [the] tents - of destroyers and securiti [belong] to provokers of God to [those] whom he has brought God in hand his.
7 Mais, je te prie, interroge donc les bêtes, et elles t’enseigneront, et les oiseaux des cieux, et ils te l’annonceront;
And but ask please [the] animals so it may teach you and [the] bird[s] of the heavens so it may tell to you.
8 Ou parle à la terre, et elle t’enseignera, et les poissons de la mer te le raconteront.
Or complain to the earth so it may teach you and they may recount to you [the] fish of the sea.
9 Qui d’entre tous ceux-ci ne sait pas que la main de l’Éternel a fait cela,
Who? not does it know among all these for [the] hand of Yahweh it has done this.
10 Lui, dans la main duquel est l’âme de tout être vivant et l’esprit de toute chair d’homme?
[he] whom [is] in Hand his [the] life of every living [thing] and [the] breath of all flesh of humankind.
11 L’oreille n’éprouve-t-elle pas les discours, comme le palais goûte les aliments?
¿ Not an ear words does it test and a palate food it tastes itself.
12 Chez les vieillards est la sagesse, et dans beaucoup de jours l’intelligence.
[is] with Aged [people] wisdom and [is with] length of days understanding.
13 Avec lui est la sagesse et la force, à lui sont le conseil et l’intelligence.
[are] with Him wisdom and might [belong] to him counsel and understanding.
14 Voici, il démolit, et on ne rebâtit pas; il enferme un homme, et on ne lui ouvre pas.
There! he tears down and not it will be rebuilt he shuts on a person and not it will be opened.
15 Voici, il retient les eaux, et elles tarissent; puis il les envoie, et elles bouleversent la terre.
There! he holds back the waters so they may be dry and he lets loose them and they may devastate [the] earth.
16 Avec lui est la force et la parfaite connaissance; à lui sont celui qui erre et celui qui fait errer.
[are] with Him strength and sound wisdom [belong] to him [one who] goes astray and [one who] leads astray.
17 Il emmène captifs les conseillers, et rend fous les juges;
[he is] leading away Counselors barefoot and judges he makes look foolish.
18 Il rend impuissant le gouvernement des rois, et lie de chaînes leurs reins;
[the] correction of Kings he loosens and he bound a loincloth on loins their.
19 Il emmène captifs les sacrificateurs, et renverse les puissants;
[he is] leading away Priests barefoot and [people] long established he overturns.
20 Il ôte la parole à ceux dont la parole est sûre, et enlève le discernement aux anciens;
[he is] removing A lip of trusted [ones] and [the] discernment of elders he takes away.
21 Il verse le mépris sur les nobles, et relâche la ceinture des forts;
[he is] pouring Contempt on noble [people] and [the] belt of strong people he loosens.
22 Il révèle du sein des ténèbres les choses profondes, et fait sortir à la lumière l’ombre de la mort;
[he is] revealing Unfathomable [things] from darkness and he brought out to the light deep darkness.
23 Il agrandit les nations, et les détruit; il étend les limites des nations, et les ramène.
[he is] making great the Nations and he destroyed them [he is] spreading out the nations and he led them.
24 Il ôte le sens aux chefs du peuple de la terre, et les fait errer dans un désert où il n’y a pas de chemin;
[he is] removing [the] heart of [the] leaders of [the] people of The earth and he made wander them in a wasteland not a path.
25 Ils tâtonnent dans les ténèbres où il n’y a point de lumière; il les fait errer comme un homme ivre.
They grope darkness and not light and he made wander them like drunkard.
