< Yesaya 15 >
1 Esiae nye nyagblɔɖi ɖe Moab ŋu: woatsrɔ̃ Ar le Moab, woagbãe le zã! Woatsrɔ̃ Kir le Moab, woagbã wo le zã!
The oracle on Moab: Because, in a night, was laid waste Ar of Moab—destroyed! Because, in a night, was laid waste Kir of Moab—destroyed,
2 Wò ame siwo le Dibon la lũ ta kolikoli, eye wolũ woƒe ge hã hele konyi fam vevie, eye woyi ɖe woƒe mawu Nebo kple Medeba ƒe gbedoxɔwo me ne woafa na wo.
He hath gone up to Bayith and Dibon, to the high places, to weep, —On Nebo and on Medeba, Moab is howling, On all their heads, a baldness, Every beard, clipped.
3 Wo katã wota akpanya hele zɔzɔm le mɔtatawo dzi; wo katã wole ɣli dom le xɔwo tame kple ablɔwo me eye wotsɔ mo tsyɔ anyi hele avi fam.
In their streets, have they girded them with sackcloth, —On their housetops, and in their broadways, every one is howling—melting in tears;
4 Ame siwo le Hesbon kple Eleale le avi fam sesĩe ale gbegbe be, woƒe ɣlidodo ɖo keke Yahaz. Esia na be Moab ƒe aʋawɔlawo wo avi gboo, eye dzi ɖe le wo ƒo.
And Heshbon, hath made outcry, and Elealeh, Unto Jahaz, hath been heard their voice, —For this cause, do the armed men of Moab roar, Every man’s soul, quivereth to him.
5 Nye dzi le nu xam le Moab ŋu. Eƒe aʋasilawo si yi keke Zoar, eye wode Eglat Selisia ke. Woyi Luhit to dzi kple avifafa, eye le Horonaim mɔ dzi la, wonɔ konyi fam tso woƒe gbegblẽ ŋuti.
Mine own heart, for Moab continueth to make outcry, Her fugitive, as far as Zoar, is like a heifer of three years; For the accent of Luhith, with weeping, they ascend, For by the way of Horonaim—an outcry of destruction, they excite;
6 Nimrim tɔsisi la hã amie, ahaƒu kplakplakpla, eye gbewo katã ayrɔ; nu miemiewo katã aku, eye gbe mumu aɖeke maganɔ anyi o.
For, the waters of Nimrim, shall become desolation, —For grass, hath dried up, Herbage hath failed, Green thing, hath not sprung up!
7 Ale woƒe kesinɔnu siwo wokpɔ heli kɔe ɖi la, woatsɔe atso Amutitɔʋu lae.
For this cause, the savings they had made and that which they had stored, Over the torrent-bed of the willows, shall they bear them.
8 Woƒe konyifaɣli le ɖiɖim le Moab ƒe liƒowo dzi; woƒe avifafa ɖo keke Eglaim, eye woƒe konyifafa ɖo Beer Elim.
For the outcry hath gone round the boundary of Moab, —As far as Eglaim, the howling thereof, And to Beer-elim, the howling thereof.
9 Dimon tɔsisiwo yɔ fũu kple ʋu, gake mahe nu vɔ̃ɖi wu esia ava Dimon dzi. Dzata aɖo Moab ƒe aʋasilawo kple ame siwo susɔ ɖe anyigba dzi la dome.
For the waters of Dimon, are full of blood, For I will lay upon Dimon new troubles, —To the escaped of Moab, the lions, Even to the survivors on the soil.
