1 Psalmo de dankado. Ĝoje kriu al la Eternulo la tuta tero!

“A psalm of praise.” Raise a voice of joy unto the LORD, all ye lands!

2 Servu al la Eternulo kun ĝojo, Venu antaŭ Lian vizaĝon kun kanto.

Serve the LORD with gladness; Come before his presence with rejoicing!

3 Sciu, ke la Eternulo estas Dio; Li nin kreis, kaj al Li ni apartenas, Lia popolo kaj ŝafoj de Lia paŝtejo.

Know ye that Jehovah is God! It is he that made us, and we are his, His people, and the flock of his pasture.

4 Eniru en Liajn pordegojn kun dankado, En Liajn kortojn kun laŭdado. Gloru Lin, benu Lian nomon;

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, And his courts with praise; Be thankful to him, and bless his name!

5 Ĉar la Eternulo estas bona; Lia favorkoreco estas eterna, Kaj de generacio al generacio daŭras Lia fideleco.

For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; And his truth endureth to all generations.
