< Romans 15 >

1 Now we that are strong, ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves:
Te dongah mamih tatthai rhoek loh, tattloel vawtthoek rhoek talong ham a kuek tih mamih kah kolo ham moenih.
2 but let every one of us please our neighbor for his good, to his edification.
Khat rhip loh mah kah imben te a then la hlinsainah neh a kolo sak saeh.
3 For Christ also pleased not himself; but as it is written, "The reproaches of them that reproached thee, fell upon me."
Khrih long pataeng amah kolo ham a vai moenih. Tedae a daek tangtae vanbangla nang aka thuithet rhoek kah hnaelcoenah loh kai n'tlak thil.
4 For whatever things were written heretofore, were written for our instruction; that we through patience and the consolation of the scriptures might have hope.
Aka daek boeih long khaw mamih thuituennah ham ni a. daek. Te daengah man Cacim kah thaphohnah neh uehnah lamloh ngaiuepnah te n'khueh ve.
5 And may the God of patience and consolation grant you the like mutual affection to each other, according to the example of Christ Jesus:
Uehnah neh thaphohnah Pathen loh amah Khrih Jesuh bangla khat neh khat te poek sak ham ni nangmih m'paek.
6 that with one mind and one mouth ye may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Te daengah ni mamih kah Boeipa Jesuh Khrih kah a napa neh Pathen te olka pakhat neh huek na thangpom uh eh.
7 Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ hath received us, to the glory of God.
Pathen kah thangpomnah ham tah Khrih loh nangmih n'doe van bangla khat neh khat doe uh thae.
8 Now Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the manifestation of the truth of God, to confirm the promises made to the fathers:
Khrih he Pathen kah oltak yuengla yahvinrhetnah kah tueihyoeih la om ta, te nen te a pa rhoek kah olkhueh te a cak sak ta.
9 and that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy, as it is written, "For this cause will I celebrate Thee among the Gentiles, and sing praises unto thy name."
10 And again he saith, "Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people."
Te phoeiah namtom rhoek aw a pilnam te uum uh lah,” a ti bal.
11 And again, "Praise the Lord, all ye nations, praise Him, all ye people."
Te phoeiah namtom boeih aw Boeipa te thangthen uh. Pilnam loh amah te boeih koeh uh saeh koep a ti.
12 And again Esaias saith, "There shall be a root of Jesse, and one that shall rise to rule over the Gentiles: in Him shall the Gentiles trust."
Te phoeiah Isaiah loh, “Jesse kah a yung tah thoeng vetih namtom rhoek mawt hamla thoo ni. Anih te namtom rhoek loh a ngaiuep uh ni.
13 Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope through the power of the holy Spirit.
Ngaiuepnah Pathen loh omngaihnah neh tangnah dongkah ngaimongnah cungkuem te nangmih ah soep sak saeh. Te te Mueihla Cim kah thaomnah lamloh ngaiuepnah dongah nangmih aka baecoih sak ham ni.
14 And I myself am indeed persuaded concerning you, my brethren, that ye are full of goodness, being filled with all knowledge, and able to admonish one another.
15 However, I have written to you, brethren, somewhat the more freely, in reminding you of your duty; because of the favor bestowed upon me by God,
Tedae cungvang ah kai he namtom rhoek taengah Jesuh Khrih kah bibikung la om ham Pathen lamloh kai m'paek lungvatnah dongah nangmih uento ham ni nangmih taegah rhep kan daek coeng.
16 that I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, administring the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the holy Spirit.
Pathen kah olthangthen te n'talong daengah ni Mueihla Cim loh a ciim tangtae namtom kah hmueih long khaw uem koi la a om eh.
17 I have therefore matter of glorying in Christ Jesus, as to the things of God.
18 For I shall not go about to speak of any thing, but what Christ hath wrought by me, (to gain the obedience of the Gentiles, ) both in word and deed:
Olka neh khoboe dongah namtom kah olngainah ham akhaw Khrih loh a thoeng sak pawt te tah kai lamloh pakhat khaw thui hamla ka ngaingaih moenih.
19 through the efficacy of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round as far as to Illyricum, I have fully declared the gospel of Christ:
Miknoek neh khobae rhambae kah thaomnah nen khaw, Pathen Mueihla kah thaomnah nen khaw. Te dongah ni kai loh Jerusalem lamkah Illyrikum taengvai duela Khrih kah olthangthen te ka baetawt sak.
20 being studious however so to preach the gospel, not where Christ had been named, least I should build upon another man's foundation;
Te dongah Khrih a phoei nah pawt ah khaw phong ham tlungmu tangloeng.
21 but as it is written, They, to whom nothing was said concerning Him, shall see, and they who have not heard, shall understand.
Tedae a daek vanbangla, “Anih kawng aka doek pawt rhoek te a hmuh sak vetih aka ya pawt rhoek loh a hmuhming uh ni.
22 And thus I have been much hindered from coming to you:
Te dongah nangmih taengla lo taitu ham khaw bahoeng n'tomta coeng.
23 but now having no more to detain me in these parts, and having had a great desire for many years to come to you, when I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you:
Tedae he rhoek pingpang ah hmuen a om pawt bueng kolla nangmih taeng pha ham kum takuem caithilnah om coeng.
24 for I hope to see you as I pass by, and to be brought forward by you on my way thither, after I have first had some enjoyment of you.
25 But now I am going to Jerusalem to minister unto the saints.
Tedae hlangcim rhoek te bongyong ham Jerusalem la ka cet pueng.
26 For the Macedonians and Achaians have been pleased to make a contribution for the poor saints at Jerusalem.
Makedonia neh Akhaia loh Jerusalem kah hlangcim khodaeng rhoek te bomnah bet saii pah ham a lungtlun uh.
27 It pleased them, I say, and they are indeed their debtors; for if the Gentiles have partook of their spiritual things, they ought also to be helpful to them in carnal ones.
A lungtlun uh pai saeh amih kah laiba khaw om rhoe ta. Amih kah mueihla ben ah namtom loh a boek coeng atah pumsa ah amih te khaw bom ham a kuek ta.
28 Therefore when I have dispatched this, and sealed this fruit of love to them, I will come by you into Spain.
Te dongah hekah he ka coeng tih a thaih he amih taengah kutnoek ka daeng sak.
29 And I know that when I come unto you, I shall come in the fulness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.
30 Now I beseech you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ, and by the love of the Spirit, that ye earnestly strive together with me in prayers to God for me;
Manuca rhoek nangmih te mamih kah Boeipa Jesuh Khrih lamloh, mueihla kah lungnah dongah kan hloep coeng. Pathen taengah kai ham khaw thangthuinah neh kai tha n'huel puei uh.
31 that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judea; and that this my service at Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints:
Te daengah ni Judea te altha rhoek kut lamkah n'hlawt vetih, Jerusalem ham ka bibinah tah hlangcim rhoek taengah uemo koi la a om eh.
32 that I may come to you with joy, by the will of God, and may be refreshed with you.
Te daengah ni nangmih taengah omngaihnah neh ha pawk vetih Pathen kah kongaih dongah nangmih ham ka mong eh.
33 Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
Amen.
