< James 2 >

1 My brethren, hold not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, in a partial respect of persons.
Anu henu um kati incanti u inko iriba ugomo Asere unu su unice.
2 For if there come into your synagogue a man with a gold ring in fine clothes, and there come in also a poor man in a mean habit;
Inka uye maribe udenge udenge ubringara in bi coto ba zumo a balbal in turunga tiriri, unu dira ma ribe inturunga tizenzeng.
3 and ye turn your eyes toward him that weareth the fine clothes, and say to him, Sit thou here in an honorable place; and say to the poor man, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool:
Tidi inki iriba a hira una tirunga ti riri, ti gu, cukuno a hira ariri, “i gun una tirunga zenzen” tonno abirko, nani, cukuno adizi a hira atibuna tum.
4 do ye not make a partial difference within yourselves, and become judges that reason wickedly?
A zo usuu uni ce nini iwuza ace a shi me ni ba? Ya cukuno anu inko tize tini kubu?
5 Hear, my beloved brethren; hath not God chosen the poor of this world who are rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom, which He hath promised to them that love Him? but ye have slighted the poor.
Kunna ni, anu henu um, daki Asere a zauka unu dira unee ma cukuno unu kem Asere, makem uribe a nyimo Asere, unu suu ume?
6 Do not the rich tyrannize over you; and drag you to their tribunals?
Shi ya wuza iriba ibit unu dira, azo anu kem wani wa hungu shi uhana udenge u inko utize ba?
7 Do they not blaspheme the glorious name by which ye are called?
A zo we waniwadi cari niza nigino me sa a tisa shi inn nini ba?
8 If ye fulfil the royal law, according to the scripture, which saith, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well.
In anime inka ya mgwincika u inko utize tigino me ti ugomo Asere kasi ubuka utize ta Asere, “wuna usu uroni tura uwe kasi nice nuwe me”, ya wuza memerum.
9 But if ye partially respect persons, ye commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors.
In ka ya bezi usasas ya wuza madi ma ino me, tize tini kuba ta kem shi unnu cara abangani imum besa a buka shi.
10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law besides, but offend in one point, he is under the penalty of all:
Barki anime de sa ma kaba tize tini kubu, marizo, ma cukuno unu cara abanga ni.
11 for He that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou do not commit adultery, but committest murder, thou art a transgressor of the law.
De sa ma guna, uda wuza imum ima dini nan na neh ba, ma kuri ma guna, “uda huna uye ba” inka da wa wuza imum izenzzen ba, wa wuza uhuna uni ce, wa cukuno unu cara utize ta Asere.
12 So speak, and so act, as those who are to be judged by the law of liberty.
AAne ani idi boo tize, ane ani idi kuri wuzi, kasi anu age sa adi wuzi tize tini kubu kasi tize tini kubu ti katuma.
13 For he shall have judgement without mercy, that hath not shewn mercy: but mercy triumpheth over judgement.
Tize tini kubu tidira nice tini. A hira ade sa mada tuzo nice nume ba U hirza unice uwuza katuma nan tize tini kubu.
14 What is the advantage, my brethren, if any one say that he has faith, and he hath not works, can faith alone save him?
In ka unu makaba tize ta Asere mada wuza katuma ba nyanini ma wuza? nan tize ta Asereti gino me ta bura me?
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food;
Kasi inka uhenu buruma nan uhenu u eh, wazi bihurba wa kuri wa dira imum are ini hiri.
16 and one of you say to them, Go in peace, be ye warmed and be ye filled: but ye give them not the necessaries of life, what profit is it to them?
Uye a nyimo a shi me, ma gunan we we dusa ni merum, i kunna utum, m itii, da ya nya we imum in tum ba ya wuna uriri ani me?
17 so faith, if it have not works, being alone, is dead.
A ne ani utunoi a tize ta asere sarki wuza ukatuma uwono unice nin.
18 But one may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith by thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
U ye madi gu, “huu uziin tize ta Asere, mi izin katuma”, uye madi gu huu uzin tize ta Asere. mi inzin katuma bezum tize ta Asere sarki katuma, mi a hira a katuma kam, mi in bezi we tize ta Asere.
19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou dost well: the devils also believe and tremble.
Hem Asere a indai ani, wuza merum ibe ibur izinu kira.
20 But desirest thou to know, O vain man, that faith without works, is dead?
Barki anime inka da rusa ba, unu ubur, tize ta Asere sarki katuma uhuna unice nini.
21 consider, Was not our father Abraham justified by works, when he offered his son Isaac upon the altar?
A zo a hira a katuma kaco uruu Ibrahim sa wa witti Ishaku vana umeme ma nya uwito unice? I
22 Thou seest that faith co-operated with his works, and that by his works his faith was perfected.
rani tize ta Asere ta wuza ta wuza katuma, a hira katuma unya iriba wa mgwinca.
23 And the scripture was fulfilled, which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him for righteousness; and he was called the friend of God.
Tize ta Asere ta mgwinca, tige sa ta guna,” Ibrahim ma hem na Asere, abassa ani me kadura ahira meme, a guna me uroni wa Asere.
24 Ye see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only.
Irani a hira katuma kani kani nonzo unu, azo ugongon ba.
25 And in like manner also was not the harlot Rahab justified by works, when she entertained the spies, and let them out another way?
A hira unu ugino uni, Rahap unee utara ahana ruma makem ukaba barki katuma ka meme, sa ma kabi agenu anu ghunguzuno umanyanga ma suso we a ure unaa ba?
26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
Kasi nipum sarki bibe ba Asere ikizi ini, ane aniugongon sarki katuma ikizi ini.
