Exodus 22
1 for to steal man: anyone cattle or sheep and to slaughter him or to sell him five cattle to complete underneath: instead [the] cattle and four flock underneath: instead [the] sheep
| «اگر کسی گاو یا گوسفندی را بدزدد و بفروشد یا سر ببرد باید به عوض گاوی که دزدیده پنج گاو و به عوض گوسفند، چهار گوسفند پس بدهد. |
2 if in/on/with breaking to find [the] thief and to smite and to die nothing to/for him blood
| اگر دزدی در حال نَقب زدن گرفتار شود و او را بزنند به طوری که بمیرد، کسی که او را کشته مجرم نخواهد بود. |
3 if to rise [the] sun upon him blood to/for him to complete to complete if nothing to/for him and to sell in/on/with theft his
| اما اگر این کار در روز روشن واقع شود، کسی که او را کشته مجرم شناخته خواهد شد. «دزدی که گرفتار شود باید هر چه را دزدیده پس دهد. اگر نتواند پس بدهد، خود او را باید فروخت تا غرامت پرداخت شود. |
4 if to find to find in/on/with hand: power his [the] theft from cattle till donkey till sheep alive two to complete
| اگر کسی گاو یا الاغ یا گوسفندی بدزدد و آن حیوان در دست دزد زنده یافت شود، باید دو برابر قیمت حیوان غرامت پرداخت کند. |
5 for be brutish man: anyone land: country or vineyard and to send: let go [obj] (cattle his *Q(K)*) and be brutish in/on/with land: country another best land: country his and best vineyard his to complete
| «اگر کسی چارپایان خود را به داخل تاکستان شخص دیگری رها کند، و یا آنها را در مزرعهٔ شخص دیگری بچراند، باید از بهترین محصول خود، برابر خسارت وارده به صاحب تاکستان یا مزرعه غرامت بپردازد. |
6 for to come out: issue fire and to find thorn and to eat stack or [the] standing grain or [the] land: country to complete to complete [the] to burn: burn [obj] [the] fire
| «اگر کسی در مزرعه‌اش آتشی روشن کند و آتش به مزرعهٔ شخص دیگری سرایت نماید و بافه‌ها یا محصول درو نشده و یا تمام مزرعهٔ او را بسوزاند، آنکه آتش را افروخته است باید غرامت تمام خسارات وارده را بپردازد. |
7 for to give: give man: anyone to(wards) neighbor his silver: money or article/utensil to/for to keep: guard and to steal from house: home [the] man if to find [the] thief to complete two
| «اگر کسی پول یا شیئی را پیش شخصی به امانت گذارد تا از آن نگهداری کند، و آن امانت دزدیده شود، اگر دزد دستگیر شود باید دو برابر آنچه را که دزدیده است خسارت دهد. |
8 if not to find [the] thief and to present: come master [the] house: home to(wards) [the] God if not to send: reach hand his in/on/with work neighbor his
| ولی اگر دزد گرفتار نشود، آنگاه باید شخص امانتدار را نزد قضات ببرند تا معلوم شود آیا خود او در امانت خیانت کرده است یا نه. |
9 upon all word: case transgression upon cattle upon donkey upon sheep upon garment upon all something lost which to say for he/she/it this till [the] God to come (in): come word: case two their which be wicked [emph?] God to complete two to/for neighbor his
| «هرگاه گاو، گوسفند، الاغ، لباس و یا هر چیز دیگری گم شود و صاحبش ادعا کند که گمشده‌اش پیش فلان شخص است، ولی آن شخص انکار کند، باید هر دو به حضور قضات بیایند و کسی که مقصر شناخته شد دو برابر مالی که دزدیده شده، تاوان دهد. |
10 for to give: give man: anyone to(wards) neighbor his donkey or cattle or sheep and all animal to/for to keep: guard and to die or to break or to take captive nothing to see: see
| «اگر کسی گاو یا الاغ یا گوسفند یا هر حیوان دیگری را به دست همسایه به امانت بسپارد و آن حیوان بمیرد، یا آسیب ببیند، و یا غارت شود بی‌آنکه شخصی ببیند، |
11 oath LORD to be between two their if not to send: reach hand his in/on/with work neighbor his and to take: recieve master his and not to complete
| آنگاه آن همسایه باید به پیشگاه خداوند سوگند یاد کند که آن را ندزدیده است و صاحب مال باید سوگند او را بپذیرد و از گرفتن غرامت، خودداری کند. |
12 and if to steal to steal from from with him to complete to/for master his
| ولی اگر حیوان یا مال امانتی از نزد امانتدار دزدیده شود، امانتدار باید به صاحب مال غرامت دهد. |
13 if to tear to tear to come (in): bring him witness [the] torn animal not to complete
| اگر احیاناً جانوری وحشی آن را دریده باشد، شخص امانتدار باید لاشهٔ دریده شده را برای اثبات این امر نشان دهد، که در این صورت غرامت گرفته نمی‌شود. |
14 and for to ask man: anyone from from with neighbor his and to break or to die master his nothing with him to complete to complete
| «اگر کسی حیوانی را از همسایهٔ خود قرض بگیرد و آن حیوان آسیب ببیند یا کشته شود، البته باید غرامت بپردازد. |
15 if master his with him not to complete if hired he/she/it to come (in): come in/on/with wages his
| اما اگر صاحبش در آنجا حاضر بوده باشد، احتیاجی به پرداخت تاوان نیست. اگر حیوان کرایه شده باشد همان کرایه، غرامت را نیز شامل می‌شود. |
16 and for to entice man virgin which not to betroth and to lie down: have sex with her to pay brideprice to pay brideprice her to/for him to/for woman: wife
| «اگر مردی، دوشیزه‌ای را که هنوز نامزد نشده اغفال کند، باید مهریهٔ او را پرداخته، وی را به عقد خود درآورد. |
17 if to refuse to refuse father her to/for to give: give her to/for him silver: money to weigh like/as brideprice [the] virgin
| ولی اگر پدر دختر با این ازدواج راضی نباشد، آن مرد باید فقط مهریهٔ تعیین شده را به او بپردازد. |
18 to practice sorcery not to live
| «زنی که جادوگری کند، باید کشته شود. |
19 all to lie down: have sex with animal to die to die
| «هر انسانی که با حیوانی نزدیکی نماید، باید کشته شود. |
20 to sacrifice to/for God to devote/destroy lest to/for LORD to/for alone him
| «اگر کسی برای خدایی دیگر، غیر از خداوند قربانی کند، باید کشته شود. |
21 and sojourner not to oppress and not to oppress him for sojourner to be in/on/with land: country/planet Egypt
| «به شخص غریب ظلم نکنید. به یاد آورید که شما نیز در سرزمین مصر غریب بودید. |
22 all widow and orphan not to afflict [emph?]
| «از بیوه‌زن و یتیم بهره‌کشی نکنید. |
23 if to afflict to afflict [obj] him that if: except if: except to cry to cry to(wards) me to hear: hear to hear: hear cry his
| اگر بر آنها ظلمی روا دارید و ایشان پیش من فریاد برآورند، من به داد آنها می‌رسم، |
24 and to be incensed face: anger my and to kill [obj] you in/on/with sword and to be woman: wife your widow and son: child your orphan
| و بر شما خشمگین شده، شما را به شمشیر خواهم کشت تا زنان شما بیوه شوند و فرزندانتان یتیم گردند. |
25 if silver: money to borrow [obj] people my [obj] [the] afflicted with you not to be to/for him like/as to lend not to set: take [emph?] upon him interest
| «اگر به یکی از افراد قوم خود که محتاج باشد، پول قرض دادی، مثل یک رباخوار رفتار نکن و از او سود نگیر. |
26 if to pledge to pledge garment neighbor your till to come (in): come [the] sun to return: return him to/for him
| اگر لباس همسایه‌ات را گرو گرفتی، قبل از غروب آفتاب آن را به او پس بده، |
27 for he/she/it (covering his *Q(k)*) to/for alone her he/she/it mantle his to/for skin his in/on/with what? to lie down: sleep and to be for to cry to(wards) me and to hear: hear for gracious I
| چون ممکن است آن لباس تنها پوشش او برای خوابیدن باشد. اگر آن لباس را به او پس ندهی و او پیش من ناله کند من به داد او خواهم رسید، زیرا خدایی رئوف هستم. |
28 God not to lighten and leader in/on/with people your not to curse
| «به خدا ناسزا نگو و به رهبران قوم خود لعنت نفرست. |
29 fruit your and juice your not to delay firstborn son: child your to give: give to/for me
| «نوبر غلات و عصارۀ انگور خود را به موقع به حضور من بیاور. «پسران نخست‌زاده‌ات را به من تقدیم کن. |
30 so to make: do to/for cattle your to/for flock your seven day to be with mother his in/on/with day [the] eighth to give: give him to/for me
| «نخست‌زاده‌های نر گاوان و گوسفندان خود را به من بده. بگذار این نخست‌زاده‌ها یک هفته پیش مادرشان بمانند و در روز هشتم آنها را به من بده. |
31 and human holiness to be [emph?] to/for me and flesh in/on/with land: country torn animal not to eat to/for dog to throw [emph?] [obj] him
| «شما قوم مقدّس من هستید، پس گوشت حیوانی را که به‌وسیله جانور وحشی دریده شده، نخورید؛ آن را نزد سگان بیندازید. |
