Exodus 21
1 and these [the] justice: judgement which to set: make to/for face: before their
| «سایر احکامی که باید اطاعت کنید، اینها هستند: |
2 for to buy servant/slave Hebrew six year to serve and in/on/with seventh to come out: come to/for free for nothing
| «اگر غلامی عبرانی بخری فقط باید شش سال تو را خدمت کند. سال هفتم باید آزاد شود بدون اینکه برای کسب آزادی خود قیمتی بپردازد. |
3 if in/on/with single/height his to come (in): come in/on/with single/height his to come out: come if master: husband woman: wife he/she/it and to come out: come woman: wife his with him
| اگر قبل از اینکه غلام تو شود مجرد بوده، باید مجرد هم از نزد تو برود، اما اگر همسر داشته، همسرش نیز باید همراه او آزاد شود. اما اگر قبل از اینکه غلام تو شود همسری داشته باشد، آنگاه هر دو آنها در یک زمان آزاد شوند. |
4 if lord his to give: give(marriage) to/for him woman: wife and to beget to/for him son: child or daughter [the] woman: wife and youth her to be to/for lord her and he/she/it to come out: come in/on/with single/height his
| ولی اگر اربابش برای او زن گرفته باشد و او از وی صاحب پسران و دخترانی شده باشد، آنگاه فقط خودش آزاد می‌شود و زن و فرزندانش نزد اربابش باقی می‌مانند. |
5 and if to say to say [the] servant/slave to love: lover [obj] lord my [obj] woman: wife my and [obj] son: child my not to come out: come free
| «اگر آن غلام بگوید:”من ارباب و زن و فرزندانم را دوست می‌دارم و آنها را بر آزادی خود ترجیح می‌دهم و نمی‌خواهم آزاد شوم،“ |
6 and to approach: bring him lord his to(wards) [the] God and to approach: bring him to(wards) [the] door or to(wards) [the] doorpost and to bore lord his [obj] ear his in/on/with awl and to serve him to/for forever: enduring
| آنگاه اربابش او را پیش قضات قوم ببرد و در حضور همه گوش او را با درفشی سوراخ کند، و او همیشه غلام اربابش باقی خواهد ماند. |
7 and for to sell man [obj] daughter his to/for maidservant not to come out: come like/as to come out: come [the] servant/slave
| «اگر مردی دختر خود را به‌عنوان کنیز بفروشد، آن کنیز مانند غلام در پایان سال ششم آزاد نمی‌شود. |
8 if be evil in/on/with eye: appearance lord her which (to/for him *Q(K)*) to appoint her and to ransom her to/for people foreign not to rule to/for to sell her in/on/with to act treacherously he in/on/with her
| اگر اربابش که آن کنیز را خریده و نامزد خود کرده است، از او راضی نباشد، باید اجازه دهد تا وی بازخرید شود؛ ولی حق ندارد او را به یک غیراسرائیلی بفروشد، چون این کار در حق او خیانت شمرده می‌شود. |
9 and if to/for son: child his to appoint her like/as justice [the] daughter to make: do to/for her
| اگر ارباب بخواهد کنیز را برای پسرش نامزد کند، باید مطابق رسوم دختران آزاد با او رفتار کند، نه به عنوان یک کنیز. |
10 if another to take: marry to/for him flesh her covering her and cohabitation her not to dimish
| اگر خودش با آن کنیز ازدواج کند و بعد زن دیگری نیز بگیرد، نباید از خوراک و پوشاک و حق همسری او چیزی کم کند. |
11 and if three these not to make: do to/for her and to come out: come for nothing nothing silver: money
| اگر ارباب در رعایت این سه نکته کوتاهی کند، آنگاه آن کنیز آزاد است و می‌تواند بدون پرداخت مبلغی، ارباب خود را ترک کند. |
12 to smite man: anyone and to die to die to die
| «اگر کسی انسانی را طوری بزند که منجر به مرگ وی گردد، او نیز باید کشته شود. |
13 and which not to ambush and [the] God to meet to/for hand: power his and to set: appoint to/for you place which to flee there [to]
| اما اگر او قصد کشتن نداشته و مرگ، تصادفی بوده باشد، آنگاه مکانی برایش تعیین می‌کنم تا به آنجا پناهنده شده، در امان باشد. |
14 and for to boil man: anyone upon neighbor his to/for to kill him in/on/with craftiness from from with altar my to take: take him to/for to die
| ولی اگر شخصی، به عمد و با قصد قبلی به کسی حمله کند و او را بکشد، حتی اگر به مذبح من نیز پناه برده باشد، باید از بست بیرون کشیده، کشته شود. |
15 and to smite father his and mother his to die to die
| «هر که پدر یا مادرش را بزند، باید کشته شود. |
16 and to steal man: anyone and to sell him and to find in/on/with hand: power his to die to die
| «هر کس انسانی را بدزدد، خواه او را فروخته و خواه نفروخته باشد، باید کشته شود. |
17 and to lighten father his and mother his to die to die
| «هر کس پدر یا مادر خود را لعنت کند، باید کشته شود. |
18 and for to contend [emph?] human and to smite man: anyone [obj] neighbor his in/on/with stone or in/on/with fist and not to die and to fall: fall to/for bed
| «اگر دو نفر با هم گلاویز بشوند و یکی از آنها دیگری را با سنگ یا با مشت چنان بزند که او مجروح و بستری شود اما نمیرد، |
19 if to arise: rise and to go: walk in/on/with outside upon staff his and to clear [the] to smite except cessation his to give: pay and to heal to heal
| و بعد از اینکه حالش خوب شد بتواند با کمک عصا راه برود، آنگاه ضارب بخشیده می‌شود، به شرطی که تمام مخارج معالجه و تاوان روزهای بیکاری مجروح را تا وقتی که کاملاً خوب نشده بپردازد. |
20 and for to smite man: anyone [obj] servant/slave his or [obj] maidservant his in/on/with tribe: staff and to die underneath: owning hand: owner his to avenge to avenge
| «اگر کسی غلام یا کنیز خود را طوری با چوب بزند که منجر به مرگ او گردد، باید مجازات شود. |
21 surely if day or day to stand: stand not to avenge for silver: money his he/she/it
| اما اگر آن غلام یا کنیز چند روزی پس از کتک خوردن زنده بماند، اربابش مجازات نمی‌شود، زیرا آن غلام یا کنیز به او تعلق دارد. |
22 and for to struggle human and to strike woman pregnant and to come out: produce youth her and not to be harm to fine to fine like/as as which to set: make upon him master: husband [the] woman and to give: pay in/on/with judge
| «اگر عده‌ای با هم درگیر شوند و در جریان این دعوا، زن حامله‌ای را طوری بزنند که بچۀ او پیش از موعد به دنیا بیاید، ولی آسیب جدی به خود او وارد نیاید، ضارب هر مبلغی را که شوهر آن زن بخواهد و قاضی آن را تأیید کند، باید جریمه بدهد. |
23 and if harm to be and to give: pay soul: life underneath: instead soul: life
| ولی اگر به خود آن زن صدمه‌ای وارد شود، باید همان صدمه به ضارب نیز وارد گردد: جان به عوض جان، |
24 eye underneath: instead eye tooth underneath: instead tooth hand underneath: instead hand foot underneath: instead foot
| چشم به عوض چشم، دندان به عوض دندان، دست به عوض دست، پا به عوض پا، |
25 burning underneath: instead burning wound underneath: instead wound wound underneath: instead wound
| داغ به عوض داغ، زخم به عوض زخم، و کبودی به عوض کبودی. |
26 and for to smite man: anyone [obj] eye servant/slave his or [obj] eye maidservant his and to ruin her to/for free to send: let go him underneath: because of eye his
| «اگر کسی با وارد کردن ضربه‌ای به چشم غلام یا کنیزش او را کور کند، باید او را به عوض چشمش آزاد کند. |
27 and if tooth servant/slave his or tooth maidservant his to fall: deserting to/for free to send: let go him underneath: because of tooth his
| اگر کسی دندان غلام یا کنیز خود را بشکند، باید او را به عوض دندانش آزاد کند. |
28 and for to gore cattle [obj] man or [obj] woman and to die to stone to stone [the] cattle and not to eat [obj] flesh his and master [the] cattle innocent
| «اگر گاوی به مرد یا زنی شاخ بزند و او را بکشد، آن گاو باید سنگسار شود و گوشتش هم خورده نشود، اما صاحب آن گاو بی‌گناه شمرده می‌شود. |
29 and if cattle goring he/she/it from yesterday three days ago and to testify in/on/with master his and not to keep: look at him and to die man or woman [the] cattle to stone and also master his to die
| ولی اگر آن گاو قبلاً سابقهٔ شاخ زنی داشته و صاحبش هم از این موضوع باخبر بوده، اما گاو را نبسته باشد، در این صورت باید هم گاو سنگسار گردد و هم صاحبش کشته شود. |
30 if ransom to set: make upon him and to give: pay redemption soul: life his like/as all which to set: make upon him
| ولی اگر بستگان مقتول راضی شوند که خون‌بها را قبول کنند، صاحب گاو می‌تواند با پرداخت خونبهای تعیین شده، جان خود را نجات دهد. |
31 or son: child to gore or daughter to gore like/as justice: judgement [the] this to make: do to/for him
| «اگر گاوی به دختر یا پسری شاخ بزند و او را بکشد، همین حکم اجرا شود. |
32 if servant/slave to gore [the] cattle or maidservant silver: money thirty shekel to give: pay to/for lord his and [the] cattle to stone
| اما اگر گاو به غلام یا کنیزی شاخ بزند و او را بکشد، باید سی مثقال نقره به ارباب آن غلام یا کنیز داده شود و گاو هم سنگسار گردد. |
33 and for to open man: anyone pit or for to pierce man: anyone pit and not to cover him and to fall: fall there [to] cattle or donkey
| «اگر کسی چاهی بکند و روی آن را نپوشاند و گاو یا الاغی در آن بیفتد، |
34 master [the] pit to complete silver: money to return: pay to/for master his and [the] to die to be to/for him
| صاحب چاه باید قیمت آن حیوان را به صاحبش بپردازد و حیوان مرده از آن او باشد. |
35 and for to strike cattle man: anyone [obj] cattle neighbor his and to die and to sell [obj] [the] cattle [the] alive and to divide [obj] silver: price his and also [obj] [the] to die to divide [emph?]
| «اگر گاوی، گاو دیگری را بزند و بکشد، صاحبان آن دو گاو باید گاو زنده را بفروشند و قیمت آن را میان خود تقسیم کنند، و هر یک از آنها هم می‌تواند نیمی از گاو کشته شده را برای خود بردارد. |
36 or to know for cattle goring he/she/it from yesterday three days ago and not to keep: look at him master his to complete to complete cattle underneath: instead [the] cattle and [the] to die to be to/for him
| ولی اگر گاوی که زنده مانده، سابقهٔ شاخ زنی داشته و صاحبش آن را نبسته باشد، باید گاو زنده‌ای به عوض گاو کشته بدهد و گاو کشته شده را برای خود بردارد. |
