၁ဤသည်မှာတေကောရွာမှ သိုးထိန်းအာမုတ် ဟောသောစကားများဖြစ်သည်။ ယုဒဘုရင် သြဇိမင်းလက်ထက်၊ ဣသရေလနိုင်ငံတွင် ဘုရင်ယောရှ၏သားယေရောဗောင်မင်းအုပ် စိုးစဉ်ကာလ၊ မြေငလျင်မလှုပ်မီနှစ်နှစ် အထက်ကထာဝရဘုရားသည် အာမုတ် အားဣသရေလတို့နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော ဤ အကြောင်းအရာတို့ကိုဖော်ပြဖွင့်ဆို တော်မူခဲ့သည်။

၂အာမုတ်က၊ ``ဇိအုန်တောင်မှထာဝရဘုရား၏ကြုံးဝါး သံကို ကြားရလေပြီ။ ယေရုရှလင်မြို့အတွင်းမှထစ်ချုန်းလာသော အသံတော်ကိုကြားရစေပြီ။ သိုးစားကျက်တို့သည်သွေ့ခြောက်ကုန်၍ ကရမေလတောင်ပေါ်မှမြက်ပင်တို့သည် နွမ်းရလေပြီဟုဆို၏။''

၁၁ထာဝရဘုရားက``ဧဒုံပြည်သားတို့သည် တစ်ကြိမ်ပြီးတစ်ကြိမ်ပြစ်မှားကြသဖြင့် ငါသည်သူတို့ကိုအမှန်ပင်ဒဏ်ပေးရ တော့မည်။ သူတို့သည်ညီအစ်ကိုချင်း ဣသရေလတို့ကိုမရမကလိုက်၍ မညှာမတာညှင်းဆဲခဲ့ပြီ။ သူတို့၏ အမျက်ဒေါသကိုဘယ်အခါမျှ မပြေစေဘဲကမ်းကုန်လောက်အောင် ပင်ပြင်းထန်စေခဲ့သည်။-
