Proverbs 14
1 Wise [women] of women she builds house her and a foolish woman with hands her she tears down it.
Genom visa qvinnor varder huset bygdt; men en galen bryter det neder med sina åthäfvor.
2 [one who] walks In uprightness his [is one] fearing Yahweh and [the] [one who] is crooked of ways his [is] despising him.
Den som Herran fruktar, han går på rätta vägen; men den honom föraktar, han viker af hans väg.
3 [is] in [the] mouth of A fool a shoot of pride and [the] lips of wise [people] it preserves them.
Dårar tala tyranniskt; men de vise bevara sin mun.
4 When there not [are] cattle [the] feeding trough [is] clean and abundance of produce [is] by [the] strength of an ox.
Der icke oxar äro, der är krubban ren; men der oxen hafver nog skaffa, der är nog inkommande.
5 A witness of faithfulness not he tells lies and he may breathe out lies a witness of falsehood.
Ett troget vittne ljuger icke; men ett falskt vittne talar dristeliga lögn.
6 He seeks a mocker wisdom and there [is] not and knowledge to a discerning [person] it is trifling.
Bespottaren söker vishet, och finner henne intet; men dem förståndiga är vishet lätt.
7 Go from before to a person a fool and not you have known lips of knowledge.
Kommer du till en dåra, der finner du icke ett förnumstigt ord.
8 [the] wisdom of A sensible [person] [is] to understand own way his and [the] foolishness of fools [is] deceit.
Det är dens klokas vishet, att han aktar uppå sin väg; men det är ens dåras galenskap, att det är alltsammans bedrägeri med honom.
9 Fools he mocks guilt and [is] between upright [people] favor.
De dårar drifva deras gabberi med syndene; men de fromme hafva lust till de fromma.
10 A heart [is] knowing [the] bitterness of own self its and in joy its not he shares a stranger.
När hjertat sörjandes är, så hjelper ingen utvärtes glädje.
11 [the] house of Wicked [people] it will be destroyed and [the] tent of upright [people] it will flourish.
De ogudaktigas hus varder förgjordt; men de frommas hydda skall grönskas.
12 There [is] a way right before a person and end its [is the] ways of death.
Mångom behagar en väg väl; men på ändalyktene leder han honom till döden.
13 Also in laughter it is in pain a heart and end its joy [may be] grief.
Efter löje kommer sorg, och änden på glädjene är ångest.
14 From ways his he will be satisfied [one] backslidden of heart and from with himself a person good.
Ene lösaktiga mennisko varder gåendes såsom han handlar; men en from man skall vara öfver honom.
15 A naive person he believes every thing and a sensible [person] he considers step his.
En fåkunnig man tror hvart ord; men en förståndig man aktar på sin gång.
16 A wise [person] [is] fearing and [is] turning aside from evil and a fool [is] arrogant and [is] confident.
En vis man hafver fruktan, och flyr det arga; men en dåre söker fram dristeliga.
17 [a person] short of Anger he does foolishness and a person of evil devices he is hated.
En otålig menniska gör galen ting; men en försigtig man hatar det.
18 They inherit naive people foolishness and sensible [people] they surround knowledge.
De flåkote handla ovarliga; men det är de förståndigas krona, att de varliga handla.
19 They bow evil [people] before good [people] and wicked [people] at [the] gates of [the] righteous.
De onde måste buga för de goda, och de ogudaktige uti dens rättfärdigas portom.
20 Also by neighbor his he is hated a poor [person] and [those who] love [the] rich [are] many.
En fattigan hatar ock hans näste; men de rike hafva många vänner.
21 [one who] despises Neighbor his [is] sinning and [one who] shows favor to (humble [people] *Q(K)*) how blessed [is] he.
Syndaren föraktar sin nästa; men säll är den som förbarmar sig öfver den elända.
22 ¿ Not do they go astray devisers of evil and loyalty and faithfulness devisers of good.
De som med illfundighet umgå, dem skall det fela; men der som godt tänka, dem skall trohet och godhet vederfaras.
23 In all hard labor it is profit and word of lips only to poverty.
Der man arbetar, der är nog; men der man umgår med ordom, der är fattigdom.
24 [is the] crown of Wise [people] wealth their [the] folly of fools [is] folly.
Dem visom är deras rikedom en krona; men de dårars galenskap blifver galenskap.
25 [is] delivering Lives a witness of reliability so he may breathe out lies deceit.
Ett troget vittne friar lifvet; men ett falskt vittne bedrager.
26 [is] in [the] fear of Yahweh confidence of strength and to children his it will belong a refuge.
Den som Herran fruktar, han hafver ett tryggt fäste, och hans barn varda också beskärmad.
27 [the] fear of Yahweh [is] a fountain of life to turn aside from [the] snares of death.
Herrans fruktan är lifsens källa, att man må undfly dödsens snaro.
28 [is] in [the] multitude of A people [the] glory of a king and in not a people [the] ruin of a ruler.
Der en Konung mycket folk hafver, det är hans härlighet; men der litet folk är, det gör en herra blödig.
29 A [person] long of anger great of understanding and [a person] short of spirit [is] exalting foolishness.
Den som tålig är, han är vis; men den som otålig är, han uppenbarar sin galenskap.
30 [is] [the] life of Bodies a heart of healing and [is] rottenness of bones jealousy.
Ett blidt hjerta är kroppsens lif; men afund är var i benen.
31 [one who] oppresses [the] poor He reproaches maker his and [is] honoring him [one who] shows favor to [the] needy.
Den som försmäder den fattiga, han lastar hans skapare; men den som förbarmar sig öfver den fattiga, han ärar Gud.
32 By wickedness his he is pushed down a wicked [person] and [is] seeking refuge in death his a righteous [person].
Den ogudaktige består icke uti sine olycko; men den rättfärdige är ock i dödenom frimodig.
33 In [the] heart of a discerning [person] it rests wisdom and in [the] inward part[s] of fools it is made known.
Uti dens förståndigas hjerta hvilar visheten, och varder uppenbar ibland dårar.
34 Righteousness it exalts a nation and [is] a shame to a people sin.
Rättfärdighet upphöjer ett folk; men synd är folkets förderf.
35 [the] favor of A king [belongs] to a servant [who] acts prudently and fury his it belongs [one who] acts shamefully.
En klok tjenare behagar Konungenom väl; men en skamlig tjenare lider han icke.
