Leviticus 27
1 And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
И рече Господь к Моисею, глаголя:
2 Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them anyone if he will make hard a vow by valuation of your persons to Yahweh.
глаголи сыном Израилевым и речеши к ним, глаголя: человек, иже аще обещает обет, яко цену души своея Господу,
3 And it will be valuation of your the male from a son of twenty year[s] and to a son of sixty year[s] and it will be valuation your fifty shekel[s] silver by [the] shekel of the holy place.
да будет цена мужеска полу от двадесяти лет до шестидесяти лет, да будет цена его пятьдесят дидрахм сребра весом святым,
4 And if [is] female she and it will be valuation your thirty shekel[s].
женска же полу да будет цена тридесять дидрахм:
5 And if from a son of five years and to a son of twenty year[s] and it will be valuation of your the male twenty shekels and of the female ten shekels.
аще же от пяти лет до двадесяти лет, да будет цена мужеску полу двадесять дидрахм, женску же полу десять дидрахм:
6 And if from a son of a month and to a son of five years and it will be valuation of your the male five shekels silver and of the female valuation your three shekels silver.
от месяца же единаго до пяти лет, да будет цена мужеска полу пять дидрахм сребра, женска же полу три дидрахмы сребра:
7 And if from a son of sixty year[s] and up-wards if male and it will be valuation your fif-teen shekel[s] and of the female ten shekels.
аще же от шестидесяти лет и вышше, аще убо мужеск пол будет, да будет цена его пятьнадесять дидрахм сребра, аще же женск пол, десять дидрахм.
8 And if [is too] impoverished he for valuation your and he will station him before the priest and he will evaluate him the priest on [the] mouth of [that] which it will reach [the] hand of the [one who] vows he will evaluate him the priest.
Аще же убог будет ценою своею, да станет пред жерцем, и да оценит его жрец: якоже может рука обещавшагося, тако оценит его жрец.
9 And if an animal which people will present from it a present to Yahweh all that someone will give from it to Yahweh it will be a holy thing.
Аще же от скотов приносимых от них дар Господу, иже аще даст от сих Господу, будет свято.
10 Not he will substitute it and not he will exchange it good for bad or bad for good and if ever he will exchange an animal for an animal and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing.
Да не пременит добра злым, ниже зла добрым: аще же изменяя изменит оный скот скотом, да будет и той и пременение свята.
11 And if any animal unclean which not people will present from it a present to Yahweh and he will station the animal before the priest.
Аще же всяк скот нечист, от нихже не приносится дар Господу, да поставит скота пред жерцем,
12 And he will evaluate the priest it between good and between bad according to valuation of your the priest so it will be.
и оценит его жрец между добрым и между злым: и якоже оценит его жрец, тако да будет.
13 And certainly [if] he will redeem it and he will add fifth its to valuation your.
Аще же искупуя искупит его, да приложит пятую часть к цене его.
14 And anyone if he will set apart as holy house his a holy thing to Yahweh and he will evaluate it the priest between good and between bad just as he will evaluate it the priest so it will stand.
И человек, иже аще освятит дом свой свят Господу, и оценит его жрец между добрым и между злым: якоже оценит его жрец, тако да станет.
15 And if the [one who] sets apart as holy he will redeem house his and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will belong to him.
Аще же освятивый его искупит дом свой, да приложит к сему пятую часть сребра цены его, и будет ему.
16 And if - some of [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy anyone to Yahweh and it will be valuation your to [the] mouth of seed its seed of a homer of barley for fifty shekel[s] of silver.
Аще же от нив одержания своего освятит человек Господу, и да будет цена его по сеянию его, за спуд ячменя пятьдесят дидрахм сребра.
17 If from [the] year of the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his according to valuation your it will stand.
Аще же от лета оставления освятит ниву свою, по цене ея да станет.
18 And if after the jubilee he will set apart as holy field his and he will calculate for himself the priest the money on [the] mouth of the years which remain until [the] year of the jubilee and it will be deducted from valuation your.
Аще же напоследок по оставлении освятит ниву свою, да причтет ему сребро жрец к летом оставшымся даже до лета оставления, и отимется от цены его
19 And certainly [if] he will redeem the field the [one who] set apart as holy it and he will add [the] fifth part of [the] silver of valuation your to it and it will stand to him.
аще же искупит ниву освятивый ю, да приложит пятую часть сребра к цене ея, и да будет ему.
20 And if not he will redeem the field and if he has sold the field to a man another not it will be redeemed again.
Аще же не искупит нивы, и отдаст ниву человеку иному, не ктому да искупит ю:
21 And it will be the field when goes out it in the jubilee a holy thing to Yahweh like [the] field of total destruction to the priest it will belong possession his.
но да будет нива минувшу лету оставления, свята хвална Господу, якоже земля отлученая: жерцу да будет во одержание его.
22 And if field of purchase his which not [is] from [the] field of possession his he will set apart as holy to Yahweh.
Аще же от нивы, юже стяжа, яже несть от села одержания его, освятит Господу,
23 And he will calculate for himself the priest [the] amount of valuation your until [the] year of the jubilee and he will give valuation your on the day that a holy thing to Yahweh.
да сочтет ему жрец останок цены от лета оставления, и да отдаст цену в той день святу Господу:
24 In [the] year of the jubilee it will return the field to [the one] whom he bought it from with him to [the one] whom [belongs] to him [the] possession of the land.
и в лето оставления да отдастся нива человеку, от негоже притяжа ю, егоже бе одержание земли.
25 And every valuation your it will be by [the] shekel of the holy place twenty gerah[s] it will be the shekel.
И всяка цена да будет весами святыми, двадесять пенязей будет дидрахма.
26 Nevertheless a firstborn which it will be born a firstling [belongs] to Yahweh among livestock not he will set apart as holy anyone it whether an ox or a sheep [belongs] to Yahweh it.
И всяк первенец, иже аще родится в скоте твоем, да будет Господу, и да не освятит его никтоже: аще телец, аше овча, Господу есть.
27 And if among the livestock unclean and he will redeem [it] by valuation your and he will add fifth its to it and if not it will be redeemed and it will be sold by valuation your.
Аще же от четвероножных нечистых, да пременит по цене его, и да приложит пятую часть его к сему, и да будет ему: аще же не искупится, да продастся по цене его.
28 Nevertheless every devoted thing which he will dedicate to destruction anyone to Yahweh from all that [belongs] to him from humankind and livestock and from [the] field of possession his not it will be sold and not it will be redeemed every devoted thing [is] a holy thing of holy things it to Yahweh.
Всяк же обет, егоже аше обещает человек Господу от всех, елика ему суть, от человека даже до скота, и от нив одержания его, не продастся, ниже искупится всякий обет свят святых будет Господу.
29 Every dedicated person who he will be dedicated to destruction from humankind not he will be redeemed certainly he will be put to death.
И всяк обет, иже аще обещан будет от человек, не искупится, но смертию да умертвится.
30 And all [the] tithe of the land from [the] seed of the land from [the] fruit of the tree[s] [belongs] to Yahweh it [it is] a holy thing to Yahweh.
Всяка десятина земли, от семене земнаго и от плода древянаго Господу есть, свято Господу.
31 And certainly [if] he will redeem anyone any of tithe his fifth its let him add to it.
Аще же искупуя искупит человек десятину свою, пятую часть его да приложит к нему, и да будет ему.
32 And all [the] tithe of [the] herd and [the] flock all that it will pass by under the rod the tenth it will be a holy thing to Yahweh.
И всяка десятина волов и овец, и всяко, еже аще приидет в число под жезл десятое, будет свято Господу.
33 Not he will scrutinize between good and the bad and not he will exchange it and if ever he will exchange it and it will be it and substitute its it will be a holy thing not it will be redeemed.
Не премениши добраго злым, ниже добрым злаго: аще же пременяя премениши е, то и пременение его будет свято, да не искупится,
34 These [are] the commandments which he commanded Yahweh Moses to [the] people of Israel on [the] mountain of Sinai.
сия суть заповеди, яже заповеда Господь Моисею к сыном Израилевым на горе Синайстей.
