Isaiah 28
1 Woe to! [the] crown of pride of [the] drunkards of Ephraim and a flower withering [the] beauty of splendor its which [is] on [the] head of a valley of fatness [those] struck down of wine.
अफ़सोस इफ़्राईम के मतवालों के घमण्ड के ताज पर और उसकी शानदार शौकत के मुरझाये हुए फूल पर जो उन लोगों की शादाब वादी के सिरे पर है जो मय के मग़लूब हैं।
2 There! a mighty [one] and a strong [one] [belongs] to [the] Lord like a storm of hail a tempest of destruction like a storm of water mighty overflowing he will thrust [it] down to the ground with a hand.
देखो ख़ुदावन्द के पास एक ज़बरदस्त और ताक़तवर शख़्स है, जो उस आँधी की तरह जिसके साथ ओले हों और बाद समूम की तरह और सैलाब — ए — शदीद की तरह ज़मीन पर हाथ से पटक देगा।
3 With feet they will be trampled [the] crown of pride of [the] drunkards of Ephraim.
इफ़्राईम के मतवालों के घमण्ड का ताज पामाल किया जाएगा;
4 And it will be a flower withering [the] beauty of splendor its which [is] on [the] head of a valley of fatness like an early fig before summer which he will see the [one who] sees it while still it [is] in hand his he will swallow it.
और उस शानदार शौकत का मुरझाया हुआ फूल जो उस शादाब वादी के सिरे पर है, पहले पक्के अंजीर की तरह होगा जो गर्मी के दिनों से पहले लगे; जिस पर किसी की निगाह पड़े और वह उसे देखते ही और हाथ में लेते ही निगल जाए।
5 In the day that he will become Yahweh of hosts a crown of beauty and a diadem of splendor for [the] remnant of people his.
उस वक़्त रब्ब — उल — अफ़वाज अपने लोगों के बक़िये के लिए शौकत का अफ़सर और हुस्न का ताज होगा।
6 And a spirit of justice for the [one who] sits on judgment and strength [those who] turn back battle [the] gate towards.
और 'अदालत की कुर्सी पर बैठने वाले के लिए इन्साफ़ की रूह, और फाटकों से लड़ाई को दूर करने वालों के लिए ताक़त होगा।
7 And also these with wine they reeled and with strong drink they staggered priest and prophet they reeled with strong drink they were confused from wine they staggered from strong drink they reeled in the vision they tottered decision.
लेकिन यह भी मयख़्वारी से डगमगाते और नशे में लड़खड़ाते हैं; काहिन और नबी भी नशे में चूर और मय में ग़र्क़ हैं, वह नशे में झूमते हैं; वह रोया में ख़ता करते और 'अदालत में लगज़िश खाते हैं।
8 For all [the] tables they are full vomit filth not room.
क्यूँकि सब दस्तरख़्वान क़य और गन्दगी से भरे हैं कोई जगह बाक़ी नहीं।
9 Whom? will he teach knowledge and whom? will he make understand [the] message [those] weaned from milk [ones] removed from breasts.
वह किसको अक़्ल सिखाएगा? किसको तक़रीर करके समझाएगा? क्या उनको जिनका दूध छुड़ाया गया, जो छातियों से जुदा किए गए?
10 For command to [the] command command to [the] command line to [the] line line to [the] line a little there a little there.
क्यूँकि हुक्म पर हुक्म, हुक्म पर हुक्म; क़ानून पर क़ानून, क़ानून पर क़ानून है; थोड़ा यहाँ थोड़ा वहाँ।
11 For by stammerings of lip and by a tongue another he will speak to the people this.
लेकिन वह बेगाना लबों और अजनबी ज़बान से इन लोगों से कलाम करेगा।
12 Whom - he said to them this [is] the resting place give rest to the weary and this [is] the place of rest and not they were willing to listen.
जिनको उसने फ़रमाया, “यह आराम है, तुम थके मान्दों को आराम दो, और यह ताज़गी है;” लेकिन वह सुनने वाले न हुए।
13 And it will be to them [the] word of Yahweh command to [the] command command to [the] command line to [the] line line to [the] line a little there a little there so that they may go and they will stumble backwards and they will be broken and they will be ensnared and they will be captured.
तब ख़ुदावन्द का कलाम उनके लिए हुक्म पर हुक्म, हुक्म पर हुक्म, क़ानून पर क़ानून, क़ानून पर क़ानून, थोड़ा यहाँ, थोड़ा वहाँ होगा; ताकि वह चले जाएँ और पीछे गिरें और सिकश्त खाएँ और दाम में फसें और गिरफ़्तार हों।
14 Therefore hear [the] word of Yahweh O people of mockery O rulers of the people this who [are] in Jerusalem.
इसलिए ऐ ठट्ठा करने वालो, जो येरूशलेम के इन बाशिन्दों पर हुक्मरानी करते हो; ख़ुदावन्द का कलाम सुनो:
15 For you have said we have made a covenant with death and with Sheol we have made an agreement (a scourge *Q(K)*) overflowing if (it will pass by *Q(K)*) not it will come to us for we have made falsehood refuge our and in deception we have hidden ourselves. (Sheol h7585)
चूँकि तुम कहा करते हो, कि “हम ने मौत से 'अहद बाँधा, और पाताल से पैमान कर लिया है; जब सज़ा का सैलाब आएगा तो हम तक नहीं पहुँचेगा, क्यूँकि हम ने झूठ को अपनी पनाहगाह बनाया है और दरोग़गोई की आड़ में छिप गए हैं;” (Sheol h7585)
16 Therefore thus he says [the] Lord Yahweh here I he has laid in Zion a stone a stone of testing a corner of preciousness of a foundation founded the [one who] trusts not he will make haste.
इसलिए ख़ुदावन्द ख़ुदा यूँ फ़रमाता है देखो मैं सिय्यून में बुनियाद के लिए एक पत्थर रख्खूँगा, आज़मूदा पत्थर मुहकम बुनियाद के लिए कोने के सिरे का क़ीमती पत्थर: जो कोई ईमान लाता है क़ाईम रहेगा।
17 And I will make justice a measuring-line and righteousness a leveling tool and it will sweep away hail [the] refuge of falsehood and [the] shelter waters they will overflow.
और मैं 'अदालत को सूत, सदाक़त को साहूल बनाऊँगा; और ओले झूठ की पनाहगाह को साफ़ कर देंगे, और पानी छिपने के मकान पर फैल जायेगा।
18 And it will be annulled covenant your with death and agreement your with Sheol not it will stand a scourge overflowing if it will pass by and you will become for it a trampling place. (Sheol h7585)
और तुम्हारा 'अहद जो मौत से हुआ मन्सूख़ हो जाएगा और तुम्हारा पैमान जो पाताल से हुआ क़ाईम न रहेगा; जब सज़ा का सैलाब आएगा, तो तुम को पामाल करेगा। (Sheol h7585)
19 As often as passes by it it will take you for in the morning in the morning it will pass by in the day and in the night and it will be only terror to understand [the] message.
और गुज़रते वक़्त तुम को बहा ले जाएगा सुबह और शब — ओ — रोज़ आएगा बल्कि उसका ज़िक्र सुनना भी ख़ौफ़नाक होगा।
20 For it is [too] short the bed for stretching oneself and the blanket it is narrow when wraps oneself up.
क्यूँकि पलंग ऐसा छोटा है कि आदमी उस पर दराज़ नहीं हो सकता; और लिहाफ़ ऐसा तंग है कि वह अपने आपको उसमें लपेट नहीं सकता।
21 For like [the] mountain of Perazim he will arise Yahweh like a valley in Gibeon he will rage to do deed his [is] strange deed his and to work work his [is] alien work his.
क्यूँकि ख़ुदावन्द उठेगा जैसा कोह — ए — पराज़ीम में, और वह ग़ज़बनाक होगा जैसा जिबा'ऊन की वादी में; ताकि अपना काम बल्कि अपना 'अजीब काम करे और अपना काम, हाँ अपना अनोखा, काम पूरा करे।
22 And therefore may not you show yourself a mocker lest they should become strong fetters your for complete destruction and [what] has been decided I have heard from with [the] Lord Yahweh of hosts on all the land.
इसलिए अब तुम ठठ्ठा न करो, ऐसा न हो कि तुम्हारे बंद सख़्त हो जाएं क्यूँकि मैंने ख़ुदावन्द रब्ब — उल — अफ़्वाज से सुना है कि उसने कामिल और मुसमम्म इरादा किया है कि सारी सर ज़मीन को तबाह करे।
23 Give ear and hear voice my pay attention and hear utterance my.
कान लगा कर मेरी आवाज़ सुनो, सुनने वाले होकर मेरी बात पर दिल लगाओ।
24 ¿ All the day does he plow the plowman to sow does he loosen? and he may harrow? land his.
क्या किसान बोने के लिए हर रोज़ हल चलाया करता है? क्या वह हर वक़्त अपनी ज़मीन को खोदता और उसके ढेले फोड़ा करता है?
25 ¿ Not if he has leveled surface its and does he scatter black cumin and cumin does he sprinkle? and does he put? wheat a row and barley an appointed [place] and spelt territory its.
जब उसको हमवार कर चुका, तो क्या वह अजवाइन को नहीं छांटता, और ज़ीरे को डाल नहीं देता, और गेहूँ को कतारों में नहीं बोता, और जौ को उसके मु'अय्यन मकान में, और कठिया गेहूँ को उसकी ख़ास क्यारी में नहीं बोता?
26 And he instructs him to judgment God his he teaches him.
क्यूँकि उसका ख़ुदा उसको तरबियत करके उसे सिखाता है।
27 That not with threshing sledge it is threshed black cumin and a wheel of a cart over cumin it is turned for with staff it is beaten out black cumin and cumin with rod.
कि अजवाइन को दावने के हेंगे से नहीं दावते, और ज़ीरे के ऊपर गाड़ी के पहिये नहीं घुमाते; बल्कि अजवाइन को लाठी से झाड़ते है और ज़ीरे को छड़ी से।
28 Bread it is crushed for not to perpetuity certainly anyone threshes it and he sets in motion [the] wheel of cart his and horses his not he crushes it.
रोटी के ग़ल्ले पर दाँय चलाता है, लेकिन वह हमेशा उसे कूटता नहीं रहता; और अपनी गाड़ी के पहिये और घोड़ों को उस पर हमेशा फिराता नहीं उसे सरासर नहीं कुचलेगा।
29 Also this from with Yahweh of hosts it has gone out he has made wonderful counsel he has made great sound wisdom.
यह भी रब्ब — उल — अफ़वाज से मुक़र्रर हुआ है, जिसकी मसलहत 'अजीब और दानाई 'अज़ीम है।
