Romans 8

1 Hence there is now, no, condemnation unto them who are in Christ Jesus;

၁ဘုရားသခင်ကယ်လွှတ်တော်မူသောကြောင့် ယေရှု ခရစ် ၌ တည်၍၊ ဇာတိပကတိအတိုင်းမကျင့်၊ ဝိညာဉ် ပကတိအတိုင်း ကျင့်သောသူတို့သည် အပြစ်စီရင် ခြင်းနှင့် လွတ်ကြ၏။

2 For, the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus, hath set thee free from the law of sin and of death; —

၂ယေရှု ခရစ် ၌ တည်၍ အသက် ရှင်စေသော ဝိညာဉ် တော်၏တရား သည် အပြစ် တရား ၏ လက်မှ ၎င်း၊ သေ ခြင်းတရား၏လက်မှ၎င်း၊ ငါ့ ကိုကယ်လွှတ် ပြီ။

3 For, what was impossible by the law in that it was weak through the flesh, God, by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and concerning sin, condemned sin in the flesh,

၃ဇာတိ ပကတိကြောင့် ပညတ် တရားသည် အားနည်း ၍ မ တတ်နိုင်သောအမှုကို ဘုရားသခင် ပြု တော်မူခြင်းငှာ၊ အပြစ် နှင့်ပြည့်စုံသော ဇာတိ ပကတိ၏ သဏ္ဌာန် ကို ဆောင် သော မိမိ သား တော်ကို စေလွှတ် တော်မူ၍၊ အပြစ် ဖြေဘို့ရာ ဇာတိ ပကတိ၌ အပြစ် ကို ဒဏ် ပေးတော်မူ၏။

4 In order that, the righteous requirement of the law, might be fulfilled in us—who, not according to flesh, do walk, but according to spirit;

၄အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ဇာတိ ပကတိအတိုင်း မ ကျင့် ၊ ဝိညာဉ် ပကတိအတိုင်း ကျင့်သောငါ တို့သည်၊ တရား၌ ပါသောပညတ် တို့ကို စောင့်ရှောက်မည်အကြောင်းတည်း။

5 For, they who according to flesh have their being, the things of the flesh do prefer, but, they according to the spirit, the things of the spirit;

၅ဇာတိ ပကတိရှိ သောသူ တို့သည် ဇာတိ ပကတိ နှင့် စပ်ဆိုင်သော အရာ တို့ကိုစွဲလမ်း သော စိတ်သဘော ရှိကြ၏။ ဝိညာဉ် ပကတိရှိသောသူ တို့မူကား ၊ ဝိညာဉ် ပကတိနှင့်စပ်ဆိုင်သောအရာ တို့ကို စွဲလမ်းသော စိတ်သဘောရှိကြ၏။

6 For, what is preferred by the flesh, [is] death, whereas, what is preferred by the spirit, [is] life and peace; —

၆ဇာတိ ပကတိစိတ် သဘောသည် သေ ခြင်းအကြောင်းဖြစ်၏။ ဝိညာဉ် ပကတိစိတ် သဘောသည် အသက် ရှင်ခြင်းအကြောင်းနှင့် ငြိမ်သက် ခြင်းအကြောင်း ဖြစ်၏။

7 Inasmuch as, what is preferred by the flesh, [is] hostile towards God, for, unto the law of God, it doth not submit itself, neither in fact can it.—

၇အဘယ်ကြောင့် နည်းဟူမူကား ၊ ဇာတိ ပကတိ စိတ် သဘောသည် ဘုရားသခင် နှင့်ဆန့်ကျင်ဘက် ဖြစ်၏။ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ တရား တော်အလို သို့ မ လိုက် တတ်။ ထိုမျှမကမ လိုက်နိုင်

8 They, moreover, who in flesh have their being, cannot please, God.

၈ထိုကြောင့် ဇာတိ ပကတိ၌ ကျင်လည် သော သူ တို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ စိတ်တော်နှင့်မ တွေ့ နိုင် ကြ။

9 But, ye, have not your being in flesh, but in spirit, —if at least, God’s Spirit, dwelleth in you; and, if anyone hath not Christ’s Spirit, the same, is not his; —

၉သို့သော်လည်း ဘုရားသခင် ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် သင် တို့အထဲ ၌ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူလျှင် ၊ သင်တို့သည် ဇာတိ ပကတိဘက် ၌ရှိ ကြသည်မ ဟုတ်။ ဝိညာဉ် ပကတိဘက် ၌ ရှိကြ၏။ ခရစ်တော် ၏ဝိညာဉ် ကိုမ ရ သော သူ မည်သည်ကား ခရစ်တော် နှင့် မ ဆိုင်။

10 But, if Christ is in you, the body, indeed, is dead by reason of sin, whereas, the spirit, is life by reason of righteousness;

၁၀ခရစ်တော် သည် သင် တို့အထဲ ၌ရှိတော်မူလျှင် ၊ ကိုယ် ကာယသည် အပြစ် ကြောင့် အသေ ဖြစ်သော်လည်း ဝိညာဉ် မူကား ဖြောင့်မတ် ခြင်းကြောင့် အသက် ရှင်လျက်ရှိ၏။

11 If, moreover, the Spirit of him that raised Jesus from among the dead dwelleth in you, he that raised from among the dead Christ Jesus, shall make alive [even] your death-doomed bodies, through means of his indwelling Spirit within you.

၁၁ထိုမျှမက ၊ ယေရှု ကိုသေ ခြင်းမှ ထမြောက် စေတော်မူသော ဘုရား ၏ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် သင် တို့ အထဲ ၌ကျိန်းဝပ် တော်မူလျှင် ၊ ခရစ်တော် ကို သေ ခြင်းမှ ထမြောက် စေတော်မူသော ဘုရား သည် သင် တို့အထဲ ၌ကျိန်းဝပ် သောမိမိ ဝိညာဉ် တော်အားဖြင့် ၊ သေ တတ်သော သင် တို့၏ ကိုယ် ကာယကိုပင် ရှင် စေတော်မူမည်။

12 Hence, then, brethren—debtors, we are, not unto the flesh, that, according to flesh, we should live, —

၁၂သို့ဖြစ်၍ ညီအစ်ကို တို့၊ ငါတို့သည်ဇာတိ ပကတိအတိုင်း ကျင့် ရမည်အကြောင်း၊ ဇာတိ ပကတိ၏ ကျွန် ဖြစ် ကြသည်မ ဟုတ်။

13 For, if according to flesh ye live, ye are about to die, whereas, if in spirit, the practices of the flesh, ye are putting to death, ye shall attain unto life;

၁၃သင် တို့သည် ဇာတိ ပကတိအတိုင်း အသက်ရှင်လျှင် သေ ရကြမည်။ ဝိညာဉ် တော်အားဖြင့်ကိုယ် ကာယ ၏အကျင့် တို့ကို သေ စေလျှင် အသက် ရှင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။

14 For, as many as by God’s Spirit are being led, the same, are God’s sons, —

၁၄ဘုရားသခင် ၏ဝိညာဉ် တော် ဆုံးမ ပဲ့ပြင်တော်မူသမျှ သောသူတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား ဖြစ် ကြ၏။

15 For ye have not received a spirit of servitude, leading back into fear, but ye have received a spirit of sonship, whereby we are exclaiming—Abba! Oh Father!

၁၅အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ သင်တို့သည် တစ်ဖန် ကြောက်ရွံ့ တတ်သော ကျွန် ၏သဘော ကို ရ ကြသည်မ ဟုတ်။ အဗ္ဗ အဘ ဟုခေါ် ရသောအခွင့်နှင့် သား ဖြစ်ခြင်း၏ သဘော ကိုရ ကြပြီ။

16 The Spirit itself, beareth witness together with our spirit that we are children of God;

၁၆ငါတို့သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား ဖြစ် ကြသည်ဟု ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် ငါ တို့၏ဝိညာဉ် နှင့်အတူသက်သေခံ တော်မူ၏။

17 And, if children, heirs also—heirs, indeed, of God, but co-heirs with Christ, —if, at least, we are suffering together, in order that we may also be glorified together.

၁၇သား မှန်လျှင် အမွေခံ ၊ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ အမွေခံ ဖြစ်ကြ၏။ ခရစ်တော် နှင့်အတူဘုန်း ဝင်စားမည် အကြောင်း၊ ထိုသခင်နှင့်အတူဆင်းရဲ ဒုက္ခကိုခံရလျှင် ၊ ထိုသခင်နှင့်ဆက်ဆံသောအမွေခံ လည်း ဖြစ်ကြ၏။

18 For I reckon that unworthy are the sufferings of the present season to be compared with the glory about to be revealed towards us;

၁၈ငါ တို့အား ပေါ်ထွန်း လတံ့ သော ဘုန်း ကိုထောက် သော်၊ ယခု မျက်မှောက်ကာလ ၌ ခံရသော ဆင်းရဲ ဒုက္ခကို ပမာဏမ ပြု ထိုက်ဟု ငါသဘော ရှိ၏။

19 For, the eager outlook of creation, ardently awaiteth the revealing of the sons of God, —

၁၉ဤ လောက သည် ဘုရားသခင့် သား တို့၏ ပေါ်ထွန်း ခြင်းအရာကို အလွန် တောင့်တမြော်လင့်လျက် နေ၏။

20 For, unto vanity, hath creation been made subject—not by choice, but by reason of him that made it subject, in hope

၂၀ဤ လောက သည် အနိစ္စ နိုင်ငံသို့အလိုလို လိုက် သည်မ ဟုတ်။

21 That, creation itself also, shall be freed—from the bondage of the decay into the freedom of the glory of the sons of God;

၂၁ဘုရားသခင် သား ထူးမြတ် သော လွှတ် ခြင်းချမ်းသာတည်းဟူသောဖောက်ပြန် ပျက်စီးခြင်းအနှောင်အဖွဲ့ မှ ကယ်လွှတ် ခြင်းချမ်းသာကို ဝင်စားမည်ဟု မြော်လင့် ရသော အခွင့်ကိုပေး၍အနိစ္စနိုင်ငံသို့ လိုက်စေ တော်မူသောသူ၏ အလိုတော်ကြောင့်သာ လိုက်ရ၏။

22 For we know that, all creation, is sighing together, and travailing-in-birth-throes together until the present, —

၂၂ဤ လောက တစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးသည် ယခု တိုင်အောင် တစ် ညီတစ်ညွတ်တည်းညည်းတွား၍ ဆင်းရဲ ခြင်းဝေဒနာကို ခံရသည်ဟုငါတို့သိ ကြ၏။

23 And, not only so, but, we ourselves, also, who have the first-fruit of the Spirit—[we] even ourselves, within our own selves do sigh, —sonship ardently awaiting—the redeeming of our body; —

၂၃ထိုမျှမက ဝိညာဉ် တော်၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်အစအဦးကို ခံ ပြီးသော ငါ တို့သည်လည်း ၊ သား အရာ၌ ချီးမြှောက်ခြင်းအကြောင်းတည်းဟူသောကိုယ်ခန္ဓါ ရွေးနှုတ် ခြင်းချမ်းသာကိုမြော်လင့် ၍၊ စိတ် နှလုံးအထဲ ၌ညည်းတွား လျက်နေကြ၏။

24 For, by our hope, have we been saved, —but, hope beheld, is not hope, for, what one beholdeth, why doth he hope for?

၂၄ငါတို့သည် မြော်လင့် ခြင်းအားဖြင့် ကယ်တင် တော်မူခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြ၏။ မြော်လင့် သောအရာကို တွေ့မြင် လျှင် မြော်လင့် စရာ အကြောင်းမ ရှိ ။ တွေ့မြင် သော အရာကိုအဘယ်ကြောင့် မြော်လင့် ရမည်နည်း။

25 If, however, what we do not behold we hope for, with endurance, are we ardently awaiting [it]; —

၂၅ငါတို့သည် မ တွေ့ မမြင်သောအရာ ကို မြော်လင့် လျှင် မူကား ၊ ထိုအရာကိုသည်းခံ သောစိတ်နှင့် ငံ့လင့် ၍ နေကြ၏။

26 In the selfsame way moreover, even the Spirit, helpeth together in our weakness, —for, what we should pray for as we ought, we know not, but, the Spirit itself, maketh intercession with sighings unutterable,

၂၆ထိုမှတပါး ၊ ငါ တို့မ တတ်နိုင်သောအရာမှာ ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် မစ တော်မူ၏။ ငါတို့သည်ဆုတောင်း သင့် သည်အတိုင်း အဘယ် ဆုကို တောင်းရမည်ဟုမ သိ ကြ။ သို့ရာတွင် ငါတို့ဆုတောင်းခြင်းအမှုကို နှုတ် မမြွက်နိုင်သော ညည်းတွား ခြင်းအားဖြင့်ဝိညာဉ် တော်သည် စောင်မ တော်မူ၏။

27 And, he that searcheth the hearts, knoweth what is preferred by the Spirit—that, according to God, he maketh intercession in behalf of saints;

၂၇စိတ် နှလုံးကို စစ် တော်မူသောသူ သည်လည်း ဝိညာဉ် တော်၏ စိတ် သဘောကိုသိ တော်မူ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် သန့်ရှင်း သူတို့၏ ဆုတောင်းခြင်းအမှုကို ဘုရားသခင် ၏အလိုတော်နှင့်အညီ စောင်မ တော်မူ၏။

28 We know, further, that, unto them who love God, God causeth all things to work together for good, —unto them who, according to purpose, are such as he hath called;

၂၈ဘုရားသခင် ကို ချစ် သောသူ တည်းဟူသောကြံစည် တော်မူခြင်းအတိုင်း ခေါ် တော်မူသောသူ တို့၏ အကျိုး ကို ခပ်သိမ်း သောအရာတို့သည် တစ်ညီတစ်ညွတ် တည်း ပြုစုကြသည်ကို ငါတို့သိ ကြ၏။

29 For, whom he fore-approved, he also fore-appointed to be conformed unto the image of his Son, that he might be firstborn among many brethren, —

၂၉ဘုရားသခင် ၏သား တော်သည် အများ သော ညီ တို့တွင် သားဦး ဖြစ် တော်မူမည်အကြောင်း ၊ ဘုရားသခင်သည် ရှေ့မဆွ ကသိတော်မူသော သူ တို့ကို သားတော်၏ပုံ သဏ္ဌာန်နှင့်တညီတည်း ဖြစ်စေခြင်းငှာရှေ့မဆွက ခွဲခန့် မှတ်သားတော်မူ၏။

30 And, whom he fore-appointed, the same, he also called, and, whom he called, the same, he also declared righteous, and, whom he declared righteous, the same, he also made glorious: —

၃၀ထိုသို့ ခွဲခန့် မှတ်သားနှင့်သောသူ တို့ကို ခေါ် တော်မူ၏။ ခေါ် တော်မူသော သူ တို့ကိုလည်း ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာ၌ တည်စေတော်မူ၏။ ထိုသို့ တည် စေတော်မူသောသူ တို့ကိုလည်း ချီးမြှောက် တော်မူ၏။

31 What, then, shall we say to a these things? If God [is] for us, who [shall be] against us?

၃၁သို့ဖြစ်၍ ဤ အရာများတို့၌ အဘယ်သို့ ပြော စရာရှိသနည်း။ ဘုရားသခင် သည် ငါ တို့ဘက် ၌ရှိတော်မူလျှင် ၊ အဘယ်သူ သည် ငါ တို့တစ်ဘက်၌ နေနိုင်မည်နည်း။

32 He, at least, who his own Son did not spare, but in behalf of us all delivered him up, how shall he not also, with him, all things upon us in favour bestow?

၃၂မိမိ သား တော်ရင်း ကို မ နှမြော ဘဲ၊ ငါ တို့ရှိသမျှ အဘို့ အလိုငှာ စွန့် တော်မူသောသူ သည်၊ သား တော်နှင့်တကွ ခပ်သိမ်း သောအရာတို့ကို ငါ တို့အားမ ပေး ဘဲ အဘယ်သို့ နေတော်မူမည်နည်း။

33 Who shall bring an accusation against the chosen ones of God? God, who declareth righteous?

၃၃ဘုရားသခင် ရွေးကောက် တော်မူသော သူတို့ကို အဘယ်သူ သည် အပြစ်တင် မည်နည်း။ ဖြောင့်မတ် ရာ ၌တည်စေသောသူ ကား ဘုရားသခင် ပေတည်း။

34 Who is he that condemneth? Christ [Jesus] who died?—Nay! rather was raised [from among the dead], —who is on the right hand of God, who also is making intercession in our behalf?

၃၄အပြစ် စီရင်သောသူ ကား အဘယ်သူ နည်း။ အသေခံ ၍ခံသည်သာမက ၊ သေခြင်းမှထမြောက် ၍ ဘုရားသခင် ၏ လက်ျာ တော်ဘက်၌ နေ လျက်၊ ငါ တို့ အဘို့ ဆုတောင်း သောသူကား ခရစ်တော် ပေတည်း။

35 Who shall separate us from the love of the Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?—

၃၅ခရစ်တော် ၏ချစ် ခြင်းမေတ္တာနှင့် ငါ တို့ကို အဘယ်သူ ကွာ စေမည်နည်း။

36 According as it is written—For thy sake, are we being put to death all the day long, we have been reckoned as sheep for slaughter.—

၃၆အကယ်စင်စစ်ကိုယ်တော် အတွက် အကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အစဉ်မပြတ် အသေ သတ်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြပါ၏။ သတ် ဘို့ရာထားသော သိုး ကဲ့သို့ အကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကို သူတစ်ပါး မှတ် တတ်ကြပါ၏ဟု ကျမ်းစာလာ သည်နှင့်အညီ ၊ ဆင်းရဲ ငြိုငြင်ခြင်း၊ ညှဉ်းဆဲ နှိပ်စက်ခြင်း၊ မွတ်သိပ် ခြင်း၊ အဝတ် အချည်းစည်းရှိခြင်း၊ ဘေး နှင့်တွေ့ကြုံခြင်း၊ ကွပ်မျက် ခြင်းခံရသော်လည်း၊ ထိုအမှုတို့တွင် အဘယ်အမှုသည် ခရစ်တော်၏ချစ်ခြင်းမေတ္တာတော်နှင့် ငါတို့ကို ကွာစေမည်နည်း။

37 Nay, in all these things, we are more than conquering through him that hath loved us.

၃၇မကွာစေသည်သာမက၊ ငါ တို့ကို ချစ် တော်မူသောသူ ၏ ကျေးဇူးတော်ကြောင့်၊ ငါတို့သည် ထို အမှု ခပ်သိမ်း တို့ကို ခံစဉ်တွင်ပင် အထူးသဖြင့်အောင်မြင် ကြ၏။

38 For I am persuaded that—neither death nor life, nor messengers nor principalities, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers,

၃၈အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ သေ ခြင်းဖြစ်စေ ၊ အသက် ရှင်ခြင်းဖြစ်စေ ၊ ကောင်းကင်တမန် ဖြစ်စေ ၊ အထွဋ်အမြတ် ဖြစ်စေ ၊ အာဏာ တန်ခိုးဖြစ်စေ ၊ မျက်မှောက် အရာဖြစ်စေ ၊ နောင်လာ လတံ့သောအရာဖြစ်စေ ၊

39 Nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

၃၉အမြင့် ဖြစ်စေ၊ အနိမ့် ဖြစ်စေ၊ ဤအရာမှစ၍အဘယ် နိမ္မိတ အရာမျှသည်၊ ငါ တို့သခင် ယေရှု ခရစ် အားဖြင့် ခံရသောဘုရားသခင် ၏ မေတ္တာ တော်နှင့် ငါ တို့ကို မ ကွာစေနိုင် ဟု ငါသည်သဘောကျလျက်ရှိ၏။
