< Romans 2 >

1 Wherefore, inexcusable, thou art, O man, whoever judgest; for, wherein thou judgest some one else, thyself, thou dost condemn, —for, the very things, thou dost practise, who art judging:
Nga joonwah, an ih mihoh edande nikah et uh? Erah ang abah, an o angkoh ju bah uh tachiim ru. Tumeah an ih wahoh ah dande uno, neng reela jun ih re ubah, an teeteewah dut haat et hu.
2 We know, however, that, the sentence of God, is according to truth against them who, such things as these, do practise.
Seng ih jat et hi Rangte ih erah likhiik mih abah epun dande et ha.
3 And reckonest thou this, O man—who dost judge them who such things do practise, and yet art doing the same, that, thou, shalt escape the sentence of God?
Enoothong, nga joonwah an ih mih ah dande uno an teewah ah erarah ah reelu! An ih Rangte dande nawa epui eh ang ih nih thunhu?
4 Or, the riches of his kindness, and forbearance, and long-suffering, dost thou despise, —not knowing that, the kindness of God, unto repentance, is leading thee?
Adoleh an ih heh elong minchan, enaanjih nyia ten lakhatjih jengkhaap loong ah thaaju heh et kohu. An ih kamkam ih jat et hu Rangte ah minchan Rangte, tumeah heh ih an suh esekthun lam ah taatwoot sui kohalu.
5 But, according to thy hardness, and [thine] impenitent heart, art treasuring up for thyself anger, in a day of anger and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, —
Enoothong an ten ah jong ajaan likhiik lajat thang ih anglu, nyia an ih an teeteewah Rangte tenkhat nyia kateng lampo Dandeeja thok ha doh ehan ih boot chamnaang suh jam hu.
6 Who will render unto each one according to his works: —
Tumeah Rangte ih seng esiit esiit suh seng reeraang jun ih hethaang ah kohe.
7 Unto them, on the one hand, who, by way of endurance in good work, are seeking, glory, honour and incorruption, life age-abiding, (aiōnios g166)
Mararah mina ah ese mootkaat moh ela, eno hemen raksiit ah jam et ha, soomtu et ha, nyia latek roidong ah jam et ha; Erah loong asuh Rangte ih lathoonka roidong ah korum ah. (aiōnios g166)
8 Unto them, on the other hand, who are of contention, and are not yielding unto the truth, but are yielding unto unrighteousness, anger and wrath,
Rukho rah ih emoong lam adoh khoom suh liirum ano, neng nyamnyook nyia epun lam ah chiik rumha; Rangte ih erah loong asuh heh tenkhat rapne ih korum ah.

10 But glory and honour and peace—unto every one who worketh what is good, both unto Jew first and unto Greek:

11 For there is no respect of persons with God; —
Tumeah Rangte ih warep ah eliili ih dande ah.
12 For, as many as without law sinned, without law, also shall perish, and, as many as within law sinned, through law, shall be judged;
Ranglajatte loong adi Moses Hootthe tajeeta; neng ah rangdah ni tong rum ano Moses Hootthe laje thang ih mah rumta. Jehudi loong adi bah Hootthe ah eje angta; neng rangdah ah erah Hootthe rah ih dande rum ah.
13 For, not the hearers of law, are righteous with God, but, the doers of law, shall be declared righteous;
Hootthe ah mina ih boichaat ruh ih thaang ih Rangte damdi epun ela ih liijih tah angka, erah nang ih bah Hootthe jun ih re adoh ba ang ah.
14 For, whensoever the nations which have not law, by nature, the things of the law, may be doing, the same, not having law, unto themselves, are a law, —
Ranglajatte loong adi Hootthe tajeeta; enoothong nengdi Hootthe lataat jeeta bah uh, neng tumjih re rum ah nengte nengwah banlam ah nengdi neng ngiija Hootthe angta.
15 Who, indeed, shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience therewith bearing witness, and, between one another, their reasonings accusing—or, even excusing, them: —
16 In the day on which God judgeth the secrets of men according to my glad-message through Christ Jesus.

17 If, however, thou, art taking the name of Jew, and resting thyself upon law, and boasting in God,
Sendi mamah ah? Sen ih sen teeteewah suh Jehudi et liitan; eno Hootthe adi laalom anno Rangte damdi ejun ih tongsongli et thun anno ngaampo lan;
18 And art taking note of his will, and testing the things that differ—when receiving oral instruction out of the law,

19 Art persuaded, moreover, that, thou thyself, art—a guide of the blind, a light of them that are in darkness,

21 Thou, therefore, that art teaching someone else, thyself, art thou not teaching? Thou that proclaimest—Do not steal! Art thou, stealing?

23 That in law dost boast, Through the transgression of the law, art thou dishonouring God?
Sen ih Rangte hootthe phan et hi et thun ano ngaampo lan—enoothong hootthe ah thet haat anno Rangte rakriijih maakah reejan oh?
24 For the name of God, because of you, is defamed among the nations, —even as it is written.
Rangteele ni liiha, “Jehudi sen loong thoi ih, Ranglajatte loong ah ih Rangte tiit ah ethih lam ni thetbaat rum koha.”
25 For, circumcision, indeed, profiteth—if, law, thou be practising; but, if thou be a transgressor of law, thy circumcision, hath become, uncircumcision
Sen ih Hootthe lam ah phan an bah, sen khoopkhan banlam ah maak doh chap eah, enoothong sen ih hootthe lamok kap kanbah khoopkhanmuite loong likhiik ang an.
26 If then, the uncircumcision, be guarding the righteous requirement of the law, shall not, his uncircumcision, as circumcision be reckoned?—
Ranglajatte, o khoopkhan cho lah angka bah uh, hootthe lam ah naririh et phan abah, Rangte ih erah mina ah khoopkhanchoite loong likhiik tanih jen thiikka?
27 And the uncircumcision by nature, completing the law, shall judge, thee, who, notwithstanding letter and circumcision, art a transgressor of law!
Enoothong sen Jehudi loong ah, Ranglajatte loong ih dut haatte ang halan, tumeah sen ih marah Hootthe raang thiintan nyia sen khoop taat khantan ah phaaki et han; eno neng ih bah hootthe ah naririh et phan rumha, neng hansi ah lataat khan rumka bah uh ah.
28 For, not he who is one in appearance, is a Jew, nor is, that which is such in appearance in flesh, circumcision;
Erah ang abah, amiimi Jehudi khoopkhan cho ah o ang ah? Rangkhoh khoopkhante loong ah laklak Jehudi tala angja.
29 But, he who is one in secret, is a Jew, —and, [that is], circumcision, which is of the heart, in spirit, not in letter, —whose, praise, is not of men, but of God.
Erah thatnang ih bah, mina heten hemong ni lekla loong abah amiimi Jehudi khoopkhanchoite loong jun ih ang ah, erah ah Rangte Chiiala mola, Hootthe ni raangthiin arah tah angka. Erah likhiik mina ah Rangte ih phoongpha ah, mina ih taphoongphaaka.
