< Romans 15 >

1 We are bound, however, we, who are strong, the weakness of them who are not strong to be bearing, and not, unto ourselves, to give pleasure.
O Rangte damdi seng tuungmaang ah rongtangtang angli loong ah ih, larooklata ih tongla loong ah neng huijih ah roong huitheng. Seng teeteewah laroon theng.
2 Let, each one of us, unto his neighbour give pleasure—for what is good unto upbuilding;
Erah nang ih bah, hanpiite wahoh loong ah ese raang ih eroon et thuktheng tumeah neng tuungmaang ah rongtangtang toom ang ah.
3 For, even the Christ, not unto himself gave pleasure, but, even as it is written—The reproaches of them that we reproaching thee, fell upon me:
Kristo ih botseh heh teewah taroon thukta. Erah nang ih bah, Rangteele ni amet raangha, “O ih sen kaanju halan, erah kaanju ah nga sak ni dat hala.”
4 Whatsoever things, in fact, were written aforetime, [all] for our own instruction were written, —in order that, through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have their hope.
Rangteele ni jaatrep ah seng suh nyootsoot suh raangthiinta, seng loong ah roonsiit mui nyia naan mui ju eh ih seng laalom Rangteele ni raangha likhiik ah angsuh ah.
5 Now may, the God of the endurance and of the encouragement, give you, the same thing, to be regarding amongst one another, according to Christ Jesus;
Eno enaan jen etheng nyia eroonsiit mui theng chaan kotte Rangte ih, sen suh erah chaan ah sen chamchi nah toom kohan, Jisu Kristo ih enyootsoot etheng reeta loong ah phan anno ah.
6 In order that, with one accord, with one mouth, ye maybe glorifying the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Rangte nyia Teesu Jisu Kristo Wah ah sen eroom ih jengsiit kongsiit nawa ih toom phoongpha an suh ah.
7 Wherefore receive ye one another, even as, Christ also, hath received us unto the glory of God: —
Erah raangtaan ih, Rangte men raksiit suh Kristo ih sen kap tahan a likhiik sen chamchi nah uh emamah ih tongtha an.
8 For I affirm Christ to have become a minister of circumcision in behalf of the truth of God, —to confirm the promises of the fathers,
Ngah ih baat rumhala, Kristo roidong dowa mookaat Jehudi loong raang ih angta erah langla nengte nengwah suh kakhamta ah amiisak angkah ih Rangte ah tuungmaang theng ih noisokta,
9 And that, the nations, for mercy should glorify God: —even as it is written—For this cause, will I openly confess unto thee among nations, and, unto thy name, will strike the strings;
nyia Ranglajatte loong eh uh Rangte minchan ah toom mi phoongpha rum ah. Rangteele ni raangha jun ih ah, “Eno erah raang ih Ranglajatte loong dung nah ngah ih phoongpha ha; ngah ih an rang phoongpha boongkaat boong koha.”
10 And again he saith—Be glad ye nations with his people;
Amah nep et liiha, “Ranglajatte loong, Rangte mina damdoh tenroon ang an!”
11 And again, —Be giving praise all ye nations unto the Lord, and let all the peoples repeat his praise;
Eno amah nep we liiha, “Teesu phoong an, Ranglajatte loongtang ih; Warep mina ih heh phoongpha an!”
12 And, again, Isaiah, saith—There shall be the root of Jesse, and he that ariseth to rule nations, —upon, him, shall nations hope.
Isaia ih we liita, Jiisi sutoom ah dong raaha; “Ranglajatte loong ah pansuh raaha, eno neng ih heh suh laalom rum ah.”
13 Now, the God of the hope, fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that ye may surpass in the hope, in the power of Holy Spirit.
Laalom kotte Rangte ih, sen tuungmaang jun ih sen loong ah tenroon nyia semroongroong toom ang thuk han, tumeah sen laalom ah Esa Chiiala nawa ih ehak toom etthuk ah.
14 But I am persuaded my brethren, —even, I myself, concerning you: that, ye yourselves, also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also, unto one another, to be ministering admonition:
Ngaaphoh ngaano loong: nga teewah ih jat angdi sen mongtham nyia esiit suh esiit ih jen nyootsoot mui suh sen loong ah ese totoh.
15 Howbeit, the more boldly, have I written unto you, —in some measure, as bringing it back to your minds, —by reason of the favour given unto me from God, —
Enoothong arah le adi mararah tiit ah lacho thang ih raanghang sen suh jaakhoh dowa loong ah we dokthun thuk suh ah. Rangte ih saapootse kot thoih ih ba sen suh lacho laphaan ih raangkoh rumhala
16 That I should be a public minister of Christ Jesus unto the nations, doing priestly service with the glad-message of God, in order that the offering up of the nations might prove to be acceptable, being hallowed in Holy Spirit:
Ranglajatte loong damdoh Jisu Kristo laksuh jun ih mootkaat suh ah. Rangte jiin nawa Ruurang Ese ah Ranglajatte suh baat kot raang ih ngah ah romwah likhiik ih reelang, tumeah Ranglajatte loong ah Esa Chiiala ih saasiit rum ano Rangte suh koh arah ethang etjih toom ang rum ah.
17 I have, therefore, [my] boasting in Christ Jesus in the things pertaining to God, —
Erah lidoh Jisu Kristo damdoh roop angno ba ngah ih heh mootkaat ah molang ih jen hangbaat ang.
18 For I wilt not dare to speak anything save of the things which Christ hath wrought out for himself through me for the obedience of nations, —by word and deed,
Ranglajatte loong asuh Rangte jeng kap thuk suh Kristo ih nga mamet maak tahang erah tiit ah baat suh bah nga tachookang. Arah loong ah Kristo ih heh jengkhaap nyia heh reeraang nawa ih mokata,
19 By the power of signs and wonders, by the power of [Holy Spirit]; so that I, from Jerusalem and in a circuit as far as Illyricum, have fulfilled the glad-message of the Christ, —
nyia apaatjaajih chaan aphaan nawa ih, adoleh Rangte Esa Chiiala chaan aphaan nawa ih mokata. Erah thoih, Jerusalem nawa Ilirikam hadaang adi lengkhoom angdi, lam jangtang ih, Kristo Ruurang Ese tiit ah loongtang nyootsoot rumtang.
20 Although, thus, —as ambitious to be announcing the glad-message—not where Christ had been named, lest, upon another’s foundation, I should be building;
Saarookwih ngah thung ah langla marah di Jisu Kristo tiit lataat japchaatka Ruurang Ese ah tumbaat suh ramlang, tumeah mihoh ih baatcho hadaang adoh baatkaat suh tanookkang.
21 But, even as it is written—They shall see unto whom had been announced no tidings concerning him, and, they who had not heard, shall understand.
Rangteele ni liiha likhiik ah, “O suh heh tiit ah tabaat korumta erah loong ih japtup rum ah, nyia o ih tajap chaatta loong ih samjat rum ah.”
22 Wherefore, also, I have been hindered these many times from coming unto you;
Nga ih hedop hedop sen reenah kaat suh taatthun leh kaatthet thoih tajen ra tahang.
23 But, now, no longer having place in these regions, and having had, a longing, to come unto you a good many years, —
Enoothong amadi bah arah deek akaan adi nga mootkaat ah ejen etang, nyia ngah ih paang rookwih sen japtup suh banthun tang thoih,
24 As soon as I am journey to Spain, —I am hoping, in fact, when journeying through to get sight of you, and by you to be set forward thither, —if, with your company, I have first in some measure been satisfied.
amadoh re eang ih laalom lang. Ngah sen damdoh Spain Deek akaan nah wang angdoh lam nah dootsiit roongngit ih lidoh, sen ih ngah erah nah thoksiit rumhang ih laalom lang.
25 But, now, I am journeying unto Jerusalem, ministering unto the saints;
Amadi, bah ngah Jerusalem dowa Rangte mina loong raangtaan kalang.
26 For Macedonia and Achaia have been well-pleased to make a certain fellowship for the destitute of the saints who are in Jerusalem, —
Tumeah Mesidonia nyia Akaia Chaaste ih Jerusalem dowa Rangte mina marah changthih loong ah chosok suh thaangmuh lakkot ah lomse kotsuh roongwaan rumta.
27 They have been well-pleased, indeed, —and, their debtors, they are; for, if, with their spiritual things the nations have come into fellowship, they are bound also with their own carnal things to minister publicly unto them.
Erah tiit ah neng neng ih paatta, enoothong amiimiidi neng ih chosokjih angta. Tumeah Jehudi loong ih chiilam laalam nawa neng romseetam ah Ranglajatte suh roong chothuk ha bah, Ranglajatte loong eh uh neng hansi nyamka roomseetam cho rumla rah eh Jehudi loong ah chosok etheng.
28 This, then, having completed, and sealed unto them this fruit, I will come back by you unto Spain: —
Ngah ih neng suh ngun lomse rumta ah thoontang kothiin rum angno, ngah Spain nah wang lamdi sen jiinnah dong khoom hang.
29 And know that, when I come unto you, in the fullness of the blessing of Christ, I shall come.
Ngah ih jat ehang sen jiinnah raahang doh Kristo romseetam ah hantek ih huijah hang.
30 I beseech you, moreover, [brethren], through our Lord Jesus Christ, and through the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers on my behalf unto God, —
Nga phoh nga no long, seng Teesu Jisu Kristo nyia Esa Chiiala minchan kohalang ah baat korumhala: nga damdoh nga raangtaan ih Rangte rang ah rongrong ih roong soomhan.
31 In order that I may be delivered from them who do not yield in Judaea, and, my ministry which is unto Jerusalem, may prove to be acceptable unto the saints;
Judia dowa lahanpiite jiinnah semroongroong angsuh rangsoom kohe nyia Jerusalem nah reeraang pakna ah erah nawa Rangte mina loong ih raang ih ethang etjih toom ang ah.
32 In order that, with joy coming unto you through God’s will, I may together with you find rest.
Erah thoih Rangte thung ang abah, ngah sen damdoh rapne tenroonroon ih dong wanghang.
33 Now, the God of peace, be with you all. Amen.
Seng Rangte, semroongroong kotte wah ah, sen loongtang damdam toomroong tong ha. Amen.
