Romans 14
1 Him that is weak in his faith, receive ye, —not for disputing opinions: —
O neng tuungmaang ni larooklata angte loong ah noppoon et an, neng ngiija tenthun loong asuh nak thaam daanmu an.
2 One, indeed, hath faith to eat all things, whereas, he that is weak, eateth herbs:
Mararah mina tuungmaang ih jaatrep phaksat ah ejen phaksah etthuk ha, enoothong rukhookho tuungmaang ah larook lata ang thoidi polak luulu phak thuk ha.
3 Let not, him that eateth, despise him that eateth not, and let not, him that eateth not, judge him that eateth; for, God, hath received him.
Mina jaatrep phaksatte ih laphaksatte ah lathaangju theng; erah dam ih polak luulu phakte ih jaatrep phaksatte ah ladande theng; tumeah Rangte ih erah mina ah ethang eha.
4 Who art, thou, that judgest another’s domestic? To his own master, he standeth or falleth; he shall, however, be made to stand, —for his master is able to make him stand.
Mih laksuh dandeete sen o ah? Neng ejen tam tajen reeka neng Changte eba jen jat ah. Eno neng ejen re eah, tumeah Teesu ih jen reethuk rum ah.
5 [For], one, indeed esteemeth one day beyond another, whereas, another, esteemeth every day: —let, each one, in his own mind be fully persuaded.
Mararah sa ah saahoh loong nang ih hoondak rangwuung ih thiik ha, eno rukho loong ih thunha loongtang rangwuung ah eliili ang ah. Seng esiit esiit ih tenthun mamet thunjih ah erah naririh et thuntheng.
6 He that regardeth the day, unto the Lord, regardeth it, —and, he that eateth, unto the Lord, doth eat, for he giveth thanks unto God; and, he that eateth not, unto the Lord, doth not eat and give God thanks.
O ih mararah rangwuung ah hoondak rangwuungse ih thiik ha erah ih Rangte men raksiit thunha; o ih jaatrep phaksat phaksatte eh uh Rangte men ju raksiit ha, tumeah heh phaksat raangtaan ih Rangte suh lakookmi ju liiha. O mina erah phaksat ah edaan et ha erah eh uh Rangte soomtu suh ju daanha, nyia Rangte suh lakookmi ju liiha.
7 For, none of us, unto himself liveth, and, none, unto himself dieth;
Seng ethingtong ih bah uh, adoleh etek eh ih bah uh seng teewah luulu raang ih tah angka.
8 For both, if we live, unto the Lord, we live, and, if we die, unto the Lord, we die; whether therefore we live, the Lord’s, we are; or whether we die, the Lord’s, we are;
Seng ethingtong ih bah uh Teesu raang ih thingtongli, adoleh etek eh ih bah uh Teesu raang ih ju tekli. Erah thoih seng ething angkoji oh, etek ih koji oh seng ah Teesu raangtaan ih.
9 For, to this end, Christ died and lived, in order that, both of dead and living, he might have lordship.
Tumeah Kristo ah langla ething nyia tekchoite loong Teesu angsuh tek nawa ngaakthingta.
10 But, thou, why dost thou judge thy brother? Aye! and thou, why dost thou despise thy brother? For, all of us, shall present ourselves unto the judgment seat of God;
Erah ang abah, sen polak luulu phakte loong sen ih sen joonte ah mamet juuje han? Erah dam ih, sen jaatrep phaksatte loong—hanpiite wahoh tumet suh thaaju han? Seng loong thoontang Rangte nganah saasiit dande sa doh thokchap ete angli.
11 For it is written—Living am, I, saith the Lord, unto me, shall bow every knee, and, every tongue, shall openly confess unto God.
Tumeah Rangteele ni amet liiha, “Teesu ih liiha, Ngah amiisak ething Rangte, warep nga nganah neng lakuh doh tong rum ah, eno Rangte ah Ngah ih mirep ih dongjat rumhang.”
12 Hence, [then], each one of us, of himself shall give account unto God.
Erah raangtaan ih, seng loong ih seng reeraang pakna ah Rangte jiinnah noisok wanjih ang ah.
13 No longer, then, upon one another, let us be sitting in judgment, but, this, judge ye rather—not to be putting a cause of stumbling before your brother or an occasion to fall.
Erah thoih, seng wasiit wasiit rikri mui ah etoohaat et ih. Erah nang ih bah, wahoh lakhothut theng nyia rangdah nah ladat theng lampo thong reejih.
14 I know and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus—that, nothing, is profane of itself, —save to him who reckoneth anything to be profane, unto that man, [it is] profane,
Teesu Jisu damdi joon angno jatthuk halang, tumjaat phaksat ang abah uh banlam ih esot tah angka, enoothong mararah phaksat et suh esot ih hanpi ubah erah an raangtaan ih esot ju ehoon ah.
15 If, in fact, because of food, thy brother is being grieved, no longer, by the rule of love, art thou walking: —do not, by thy food, that man, be destroying, on whose behalf Christ died!
Mararah sen phaksat thoi wahoh tenthun ah thetthun thuk anbah, sen ah minchan nawa ih tareekan. Sen ih marah phaksah han erah ih mih lathetsiit thuk theng, tumeah Jisu ah erah mina loong raang ih tiita!
16 Therefore, suffer not to be defamed, your own good thing;
Sen ih marah suh ese ih liihan erah men ah lathetsiit theng.
17 For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in Holy Spirit;
Tumeah Rangte Hasong ah ejok ephak raang ih tah angka, erah nang ih bah Esa Chiiala ih koha abah kateng, nyia semroongroong eno tenroonjih loong ah.
18 For, he that in this doeth service unto the Christ, is acceptable unto God, and approved unto men.
Eno sen ah erah likhiik ih Kristo mootkaat ah moh anbah, Rangte ah eroon eah nyia wahoh ih uh elang ekah ih liihan.
19 Hence, then, the things pertaining to peace, let us pursue, and the things which belong to the upbuilding one of another:
Erah thoih, seng ih saarookwih ih semroonroong jih nyia mina chamchi nah chosokmuijih tenthun loong ah ban chungjih.
20 Do not, for the sake of food, be throwing down the work of God! All things, indeed, are pure; but, ill, is it for the man who with occasion of stumbling doth eat, —
Rangte mootkaat ah, phak asat tungthoih tathika. Jaatrep ah ejen phaksat et ah, enoothong marah phak asat ih seng joonte rangdah ni datsiit ha abah emoong reeraang.
21 Well, is it not to eat flesh nor to drink wine nor [to do aught] whereby thy brother is caused to stumble.
Hanpiite wahoh rangdah nah datsiit nang ih bah siiphak khamjok loong ah ethiinhaat et ih bah epun ang ah.
22 The faith which thou hast, have to thyself before God: happy, he that bringeth not judgment upon himself by that which he approveth;
Erah tiit loong ah hanpi han bah Rangte nyia sen chamchi nah naririh ih thiin an. O mina mongchi lah angthang ih epun ih re elang ih thunte aba tenroon ang ah!
23 But, he that is in doubt, if he eat, hath condemned himself, —because, [it was] not of faith, and, everything which is not of faith, is sin.
Enoothong, marah phaksat neng ih mongchi lam ih phaksah ha, Rangte eh uh erah phaksatte ah dut haat ah, tumeah heh reeraang ah heh tuungmaang jun ih tah angka. Eno tumjaat ang abah uh, tuungmaang jun ih lah angka bah, erah ah rangdajih ang ah.
