< Psalms 91 >
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High, Under the shadow of the Almighty, will tarry,
Mutu wowo wumvuandanga ku tsi suamunu ki Nzambi yizangama, wela vundila ku tsi kitsusula ki Nzambi ngolo yoso.
2 Saying of Yahweh—My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I will trust.
Ndiela tuba mu diambu di Yave: Niandi suamunu kiama ayi suamunu kiami kingolo. Nzambi ama, mu niandi ndintula diana.
3 For, he, will rescue thee, From the snare of the fowler, From the destructive pestilence.
Bukiedika niandi wela ku vukisa mu ntambu ntambi wu zinuni, ayi mu nsongo weti vonda.
4 With his pinion, will he cover thee, And, under his wings, shalt thou seek refuge, A shield and buckler, is his faithfulness.
Wela ku fukidila mu zitsala ziandi ayi ku tsi mavavi mandi, wela bakula suamunu. Kikhuikizi kiandi kiela ba nkaku aku ayi baka kiaku kizangama.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid, Of the dread of the night, Of the arrow that flieth by day;
Wulendi ko mona tsisi mu builu voti dionga dieti dumuka va muini;
6 Of the pestilence that, in darkness, doth walk, Of the plague that layeth waste at noonday.
voti nsongo weti vonda, wumviokila mu tombi, voti vunga kieti bunga va muini ngembele.
7 There shall fall, at thy side, a thousand, Yea, myriads, at thy right hand, Unto thee, shall it not come nigh;
Mili yimosi yilenda bua va ndambu aku voti dikumi di mili va koko kuaku ku lubakala, vayi kadi diambu dimosi dilendi fikama ko va widi.
8 Save only, with thine own eyes, shalt thou discern, And, the recompense of the lawless, shalt thou see.
Wela tala kaka mu meso maku ayi wela mona thumbudulu yi batu bambimbi.
9 Because, thou, [hast made] Yahweh, my refuge, —The Most High, thou hast made thy dwelling-place,
Enati kitudi Nzambi yizangama buangu kiaku weti vuanda bosi Yave, suamunu kiama.
10 There shall not be sent unto thee misfortune, Nor shall, plague, come near into thy tent;
Buna kadi mbimbi yimosi yilendi kubuila ko ayi kadi vuku kimosi kilendi fikama va nzoꞌaku yi ngoto ko.
11 For, his messengers, will he charge concerning thee, To keep thee, in all thy ways;
Bila, mu diambu diaku, wela tumina zimbasi ziandi muingi zikeba mu zinzila ziaku zioso.
12 On hands, will they bear thee up, Lest thou strike, against a stone, thy foot;
Ziawu ziela kuvumuna mu mioko miawu mu diambu di kulu kuaku kuedi bumina thutu mu ditadi.
13 On the lion and adder, shalt thou tread, Shalt trample on young lion and crocodile.
Ngeyo wela diatidila khosi ayi kusa; wela kosikisa khosi yiyunduka ayi nioka,
14 Because, on me, he hath set firm his love, Therefore will I deliver him, I will set him on high, Because he hath known my Name;
Yave kembi: “sumbu keta kunzola ndiela ku nkula, ayi ndiela ku nkeba bila zebi dizina diama.
15 He shall call me, and I will answer him, With him, will, I, be, in distress, I will rescue him, and will honour him;
Wela kuthela ayi ndiela kumvana mvutu. Ndiela banga yandi mu ziphasi ndiela ku nkula ayi ku nkinzika.
16 With length of days, will I satisfy him, And will show him my salvation.
Ndiela kunyukutisa mu luzingu lu mula ayi ndiela kummonisa phulusu ama.”
