Psalms 75

1 To the Chief Musician. "Do not Destroy." A Melody of Asaph, a Song. We have given thanks unto thee, O God, we have given thanks, And, in calling upon thy Name, men have recounted thy wonders.

Magapasalamat kami kanimo, Oh Dios; Magapasalamat kami, tungod kay haduol ang imong ngalan: Ang mga tawo nanagsugilon mahitungod sa imong mga katingalahang buhat.

2 Surely I will take a set time, —I, with equity, will judge:

Sa diha nga hipalgan ko ang natudlong panahon, Magahukom ako sa katul-id gayud.

3 Earth was melting away with all its inhabitants, I, have fixed the pillars thereof. (Selah)

Gilaglag ang yuta ug ang iyang mga pumoluyo didto: Ginapatindog ko na ang mga haligi niini. (Selah)

4 I have said to the boasters, Do not boast, And to the lawless, Do not lift up a horn;

Miingon ako sa mga mapahitason: Dili kamo magbuhat sa palabilabi; Ug sa tawong dautan: Dili mo pagpatindogon ang sungay:

5 Do not lift up on high your horn, Nor speak of the Rock, with arrogance;

Dili ninyo pagpatindogon sa itaas ang inyong sungay; Dili kamo managsulti nga pinagahi ang liog.

6 For neither from east nor west, Nor from the wilderness of the mountains [cometh exaltation];

Kay dili gikan sa silangan, ni sa kasadpan, Ni gikan pa sa habagatan, magagikan ang pagbayaw sa itaas.

7 For, God himself, is about to judge, One, he will cast down, Another, he will lift up;

Apan ang Dios mao ang maghuhukom: Pagapaubson niya ang usa, ug pagabayawon niya ang usa.

8 For, a cup, is in the hand of Yahweh, Whose wine is foaming, It is full of spiced wine, Which he hath caused to flow from one to another, —Surely, the dregs thereof, they shall drain out—they shall drink, Even all the lawless ones of the earth.

Kay diha sa kamot ni Jehova adunay usa ka copa, ug ang vino nagabula; Kini napuno sa mapait nga simbog, ug gikan niini magahowad siya: Sa pagkamatuod ang mga nalug niana, pagati-tion sa tanang mga tawong dautan sa yuta, ug pagaimnon nila.

9 But, I, will exult unto times age-abiding, I will sing praises unto the God of Jacob;

Apan ako magamantala sa walay katapusan, Magaawit ako ug mga pagdayeg sa Dios ni Jacob.

10 But, all the horns of the lawless, will I hew off, —Exalted shall be the horns of the Righteous One.

Pagabunggoon ko ang tanang mga sungay sa mga tawong dautan; Apan ang mga sungay sa mga matarung pagabayawon sa itaas.
