< Acts 13 >

1 Now there were in Antioch, distributed through the existing assembly, —prophets and teachers: both Barnabas and Symeon who was called Niger, and Lucius the Cyrenian, Manaen also, Herod the tetrarch’s foster-brother, and Saul.

4 They, therefore, being sent forth by the Holy Spirit, went down unto Seleucia, and, from thence, sailed away unto Cyprus;

11 Now, therefore, lo! the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun, until a fitting time. And, instantly, there fell upon him a mist and darkness; and, going about, he was seeking such as might lead him by the hand.
Etiya sabi, Probhu laga hath tumi uporte ase, aru tumi suku andha hoi jabo. Tumi olop din nimite suryo to nadikhibo.” Etu homoi te Elymas uporte andhera ahi jaise, aru tai manu khan ke tai laga hath dhurikena loi jabole modot mangise.

21 And, from that time, they asked for themselves a king, and God gave them Saul, son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, during forty years;
Titia taikhan raja mangise, aru Isor pora taikhan ke Kish laga chokra Saul dise, ekjon Benjamin laga jat pora, chalis saal tak raja hobole dise.
22 And, setting him aside, raised up, David, unto them for king, —of whom he also said, bearing witness—I have found David, the son of Jesse, —[a man] according to my heart, who will do all my will.
Kintu Isor pora Saul ke raja laga jaga pora hatai diya pichete, taikhan nimite David ke raja bonai dise. Aru David nimite bhi Isor pora koise, ‘Moi laga mon usorte te thaka ekjon Jesse laga chokra David ke paise, tai moi laga itcha kaam sob koribo.’
23 From this man’s seed, hath God, according to promise, brought unto Israel, a saviour—Jesus:

25 And, as John was fulfilling his course, he was saying—Whom are ye supposing that I am? I, am not he! But lo! there cometh, after me, one of whom I am not worthy, the sandals of his feet, to loosen.
Aru jitia John laga kaam khotom kori thakise, tai hudise, ‘Moike tumikhan kun ase bhabe? Moi etu nohoi. Kintu huni bhi, ekjon ahi ase, aru tai laga theng laga juta bandhi bole bhi moi layak nai.’
26 Brethren! sons of the race of Abraham, and those who among you revere God, —unto you, hath this word of salvation been sent forth.

27 For, they who were dwelling in Jerusalem, and their rulers, not recognising him, have, by judging him, fulfilled, the very voices of the prophets which every sabbath are being read;

29 And, when they had finished all those things which, concerning him, had been written, taking him down from the tree, they put him in a tomb.

33 That God hath fulfilled, the same, for our children, by raising up Jesus: as also, in the second psalm, it is written—My son, art, thou: I, this day, have begotten thee.
Isor he sob kotha to amikhan nimite, taikhan laga bacha khan nimite pura kori dise, Jisu ke jinda kori diya pora. Bhajan Geet te likhi kene thaka nisena: ‘Tumi Moi laga chokra ase, aji pora Moi tumi laga Baba hoise.’
34 And, in that he raised him from among the dead, no more destined to return unto corruption, on this wise hath he spoken—I will give unto you the faithful lovingkindnesses of David.
Taike mora pora jinda kori diya motlob ase Tai laga gaw to kitia bhi napuchibo, Isor to eneka koise: Moi tumike Pobitro aru hosa asirbad dibo juntu moi David ke kosom disele.’
35 Wherefore also, in a different [place], he saith—Thou wilt not give thy man of lovingkindness to see corruption.
Etu nimite tai dusra Psalms te aru koi kene ase, ‘Apuni kitia bhi Pobitro ekjon ke puchibole nadibo.’
36 For, David, indeed, unto his own generation having done service, by the counsel of God, fell asleep, and was added unto fathers, and saw corruption;
Kelemane David tai laga homoi te Isor laga itcha pora Tai nijor manu ke sewa kori thakise aru mori jaise, aru tai baba khan logot moidam te dise, aru puchi jaise.
37 But, he whom God hath raised, did not see corruption.

38 Be it known unto you, therefore, brethren, —that, through this man, unto you, remission of sins is declared;

40 Be taking heed, therefore, lest that come upon you which hath been spoken in the prophets—

41 See, ye despisers, and marvel, and disappear: in that, a work, am, I, working in your days, —a work, which in nowise will ye believe, though one relate it in full unto you.
‘Sabi, hinsa kora khan, asurit hoi kene nijor harai jabi; Moi apuni khan laga homoi te kaam kori ase, Etu kaam juntu tumikhan kitia bhi biswas nakore, jodi bhi kunba apuni khan ke ahikena koi dile bhi.’”

45 But, the Jews, seeing, the multitudes, were filled with jealousy, —and began speaking against the things which, by Paul, were being spoken, defaming them.
Kintu jitia Yehudi khan pora dangor bhir dikhise, taikhan suku jolise aru Paul laga biya kotha koise aru taike sorom khilai dise.
46 And Paul and Barnabas, speaking boldly, said—Unto you, was it necessary, that the word of God should first be spoken: seeing ye are thrusting it from you, and, unworthy, are judging yourselves of the age-abiding life, lo! we turn unto the nations; (aiōnios g166)
Kintu Paul aru Barnabas mon dangor kori kene koise, “Isor kotha apuni khan logote poila kobole bisi dorkar thakise. Kintu Isor kotha to hatai diya dikhi kene tumikhan Tai laga rajyote jabole layak nai, sabi, amikhan Porjati khan logot jai ase. (aiōnios g166)
47 For so hath the Lord commanded us—I have set thee for a light of nations, that thou mayest be for salvation unto the end of the earth.
Etu karone Probhu he moike hukum dise, aru koise, ‘Moi tumikhan ke biswas nathaka khan laga ekta puhor bonai dise, Etu pora tumikhan prithibi laga sob kona te jai kene anonto jibon laga kotha to koi dibo.’”
48 And they of the nations, hearing [this], began to rejoice, and to be glorifying God, and they believed—as many as had become disposed for life age-abiding. (aiōnios g166)
Jitia Porjati khan etu kotha hunise, taikhan khushi paise aru Probhu laga kotha ke dhanyavad dise. Aru jiman manu anonto jibon pabole ase eitu khan biswas kori loise. (aiōnios g166)
49 And the word of the Lord went on to be carried through the whole country.
Aru Probhu laga kotha sob usor-usor jagate prochar hoi jaise.
50 But, the Jews, urged on the devout women of the higher class, and the chief men of the city, and roused up a persecution against Paul and Barnabas, —and thrust them out from their bounds.

52 And, the disciples, were filled with joy, and with Holy Spirit.
