2 Thessalonians 1

1 Paul and Silvanus and Timothy—unto the assembly of Thessalonians, in God our Father and Lord Jesus Christ, —

2 Favour unto you, and peace, from God [our] Father and Lord Jesus Christ.

อสฺมากํ ตาต อีศฺวร: ปฺรภุ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏศฺจ ยุษฺมาสฺวนุคฺรหํ ศานฺติญฺจ กฺริยาสฺตำฯ

3 We are bound, to be giving thanks, unto God, continually, concerning you, brethren, even as it is, meet; because your faith groweth exceedingly, and the love of each one of you all one to another aboundeth,

เห ภฺราตร: , ยุษฺมากํ กฺฤเต สรฺวฺวทา ยถาโยคฺยมฺ อีศฺวรสฺย ธนฺยวาโท 'สฺมาภิ: กรฺตฺตวฺย: , ยโต เหโต รฺยุษฺมากํ วิศฺวาส อุตฺตโรตฺตรํ วรฺทฺธเต ปรสฺปรมฺ เอไกกสฺย เปฺรม จ พหุผลํ ภวติฯ

4 So that, we ourselves, in you, are boasting, in the assemblies of God, over your endurance and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations which ye are sustaining: —

ตสฺมาทฺ ยุษฺมาภิ รฺยาวนฺต อุปทฺรวเกฺลศา: สหฺยนฺเต เตษุ ยทฺ เธรฺยฺยํ ยศฺจ วิศฺวาส: ปฺรกาศฺยเต ตตฺการณาทฺ วยมฺ อีศฺวรียสมิติษุ ยุษฺมาภิ: ศฺลาฆามเหฯ

5 A proof of the righteous judgment of God, to the end ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, in behalf of which ye are also suffering: —

ตจฺเจศฺวรสฺย นฺยายวิจารสฺย ปฺรมาณํ ภวติ ยโต ยูยํ ยสฺย กฺฤเต ทุ: ขํ สหธฺวํ ตเสฺยศฺวรียราชฺยสฺย โยคฺยา ภวถฯ

6 If, at least, it is a, righteous thing with God, to recompense, affliction, unto them that afflict you,

ยต: สฺวกียสฺวรฺคทูตานำ พไล: สหิตสฺย ปฺรโภ รฺยีโศ: สฺวรฺคาทฺ อาคมนกาเล ยุษฺมากํ เกฺลศเกภฺย: เกฺลเศน ผลทานํ สารฺทฺธมสฺมาภิศฺจ

7 And, unto you that are afflicted, release, with us, —by the revealing of the Lord Jesus from heaven, with his messengers of power,

กฺลิศฺยมาเนโภฺย ยุษฺมภฺยํ ศานฺติทานมฺ อีศฺวเรณ นฺยายฺยํ โภตฺสฺยเต;

8 In a fiery flame; holding forth vengeance—against them that refuse to know God, and them who decline to hearken unto the glad-message of our Lord Jesus,

ตทานีมฺ อีศฺวรานภิชฺเญโภฺย 'สฺมตฺปฺรโภ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺย สุสํวาทาคฺราหเกภฺยศฺจ โลเกโภฺย ชาชฺวลฺยมาเนน วหฺนินา สมุจิตํ ผลํ ยีศุนา ทาสฺยเต;

9 Who, indeed, a penalty, shall pay—age-abiding destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might— (aiōnios g166)

เต จ ปฺรโภ รฺวทนาตฺ ปรากฺรมยุกฺตวิภวาจฺจ สทาตนวินาศรูปํ ทณฺฑํ ลปฺสฺยนฺเต, (aiōnios g166)

10 Whensoever he shall come, to be made all-glorious in his saints, and to be marvelled at in all who believed, —because our witness unto you was believed, —in that day.

กินฺตุ ตสฺมินฺ ทิเน สฺวกียปวิตฺรโลเกษุ วิราชิตุํ ยุษฺมานฺ อปรำศฺจ สรฺวฺวานฺ วิศฺวาสิโลกานฺ วิสฺมาปยิตุญฺจ ส อาคมิษฺยติ ยโต 'สฺมากํ ปฺรมาเณ ยุษฺมาภิ รฺวิศฺวาโส'การิฯ

11 Unto which end, we are also praying continually for you, that our God may count, you, worthy of your calling, and fulfil every good-pleasure of goodness and work of faith, with power, —

อโต'สฺมากมฺ อีศฺวโร ยุษฺมานฺ ตสฺยาหฺวานสฺย โยคฺยานฺ กโรตุ เสาชนฺยสฺย ศุภผลํ วิศฺวาสสฺย คุณญฺจ ปรากฺรเมณ สาธยตฺวิติ ปฺรารฺถนาสฺมาภิ: สรฺวฺวทา ยุษฺมนฺนิมิตฺตํ กฺริยเต,

12 That the name of our Lord Jesus may be made all-glorious in you, and, ye, in him, According to the favour of our God and Lord Jesus Christ.

ยตสฺตถา สตฺยสฺมากมฺ อีศฺวรสฺย ปฺรโภ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺย จานุคฺรหาทฺ อสฺมตฺปฺรโภ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺย นามฺโน เคารวํ ยุษฺมาสุ ยุษฺมากมปิ เคารวํ ตสฺมินฺ ปฺรกาศิษฺยเตฯ
